However, from 3 dimensional point of view, it is far away from the fact that the effect is come from many points along the rail while the trains move through rapidly. Two-step is defined to simulate environmental vibration. In the first step, the train-track system is simplified as a series of subsystems. Taking into account the track power irregularity, each subgrade reaction under ballast block was calculated when trains move on the track. All the forces constitute point source array to simulate the source. In the second step, the foundation is simulated as isotropic layered media, combined with artificial boundary conditions in the calculation border region, using the decoupling finite element method to calculate the surface environmental vibration. The simulation result was compared with those from field observation in Beijing, China. The result is quite close to the field observation data, and provides a good foundation for further study on environmental vibration impact to buildings and human beings.","PeriodicalId":333542,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Optoelectronics and Image Processing","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129161338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Secondly, the paper considers the impact on the multiindex decision, establishes the standard index decision-making matrix and positive-negative ideal solution decision-making matrix, and researches the analyzing model for transport network optimization which takes the objective functions as set of indexes and alternatives as set of domain by quantitative analysis according to the TOPSIS. According to the cumulative prospect theory and gray relational analysis, the prospect value function is defined, an optimization model is built, the optimum weight vector is solved, and the order of the program is determined. Finally, the example shows that this method can adjust the public transport network better, and the result was much more reasonable and practical.","PeriodicalId":333542,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Optoelectronics and Image Processing","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132655629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The merits of the ROIC include small layout area, CTIA (capacitive transimpedance amplifier) integrator, selectable integration capacitors, adjustable operation bandwidth and anti-blooming. Through the snapshot mode and adjustable integration time from 1µs to 33ms (calculated by 30Hz frame frequency), the dynamic range can be extended efficiently, which provides high and low background operation abilities to the whole system. Based on the Gray code theory, random window access, dynamic image transposition, and 1, 2, 4 selectable channel outputs, can be realized by digital control circuits of the ROIC. The 32×32 array with pixel area of 30×30µm2 was successfully manufactured by 0.35µmCMOS process of HHNEC. The transducer is based on the converse piezoelectric effect of quartz. The piezoelectric deformation of the cylinder-shaped transducer crystal induced by an applied ac voltage is sensed by an elliptical-core dual-mode fiber wound onto the circumferential surface. White-light interferometer and active homodyne phase tracking detect the resulting modulation of the differential phase between LP01 mode and LP11 mode in fiber. Based on the measure of signal phase, a new active homodyne phase tracking technology is proposed. An experiment is designed on to validate the feasibility of the high voltage transducer designed in this paper. In this paper, the rough surface and the dichromatic speckle patterns are simulated, and the effects of different radius of curved surface on speckle patterns and speckle elongation ratio are discussed. The results show that the factor of surface radius is valid in dichromatic speckle autocorrelation measurement. Moreover, the larger curvature radius is, the larger speckle elongation becomes, and the smaller the deviation of measured surface roughness is. Therefore, influence of curvature of rough surface on measurement precision should be taken into consideration during measuring process.","PeriodicalId":333542,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Optoelectronics and Image Processing","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128360392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper, basing on user equilibrium theory, studies the interaction between the traffic flow of private cars and that of buses in super-network, gets the optimize the traffic flows of the two transportation modes above when choosing different location of transportation terminal in city, and makes the bus-sharing ratio to maximize. Meanwhile, basing on getting the traffic flow of private cars and buses, the paper considers that the total travel cost in urban transportation network is made up three parts, which are the travel cost of private cars and the travel cost of buses, combines the total travel cost with the land cost of transportation terminal and the passenger transfer cost, and then constructs two-tier location model that bases on the ultimate goal that the total travel cost and land cost all achieve optimization. Finally, the paper brings out an example to examine the two-tier location model.","PeriodicalId":333542,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Optoelectronics and Image Processing","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132979125","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The 3 - D finite element method is used to obtain the four-pole parameters of a muffler which are in turn used to calculate the transmission loss. With this method, the distribution of sound pressure in a muffler is obtained, the effects of HOMW on the muffler performance are investigated and a technique to improve the muffler performance is put forward. Dynamic traffic data collection is the precondition of forecasting. Many traffic data collection methods have been adopted, such as loop inductive vehicle detector, radar detector, video detector, GPS floating car and so on. Due to the widely distribution, GPS floating car has become the most efficient mean to collect instantaneous traffic information. How to take use of the collected GPS floating car data to forecasting the travel time is a popular research topic. In this paper, we develop a travel time forecasting method with the combining phase space reconstruction theory and SVM. Phase space reconstruction theory is used to determine the number of forecasting variable. SVM is used to forecast the future travel time value.
