Meanwhile, basing on getting the traffic flow of private cars and buses, the paper considers that the total travel cost in urban transportation network is made up three parts, which are the travel cost of private cars and the travel cost of buses, combines the total travel cost with the land cost of transportation terminal and the passenger transfer cost, and then constructs two-tier location model that bases on the ultimate goal that the total travel cost and land cost all achieve optimization. Abstract

There are a lot of relevant researches about location of urban passenger transportation terminal at home and abroad, but the traditional location models are often rarely considered the influence which urban transportation terminal location to bus-sharing ratio and generalized cost of transportation terminal sitting. 城市客运码头选址优化研究
国内外对城市客运枢纽选址的相关研究很多,但传统的选址模型往往很少考虑城市客运枢纽选址对公交共享率和客运枢纽广义成本的影响。本文基于用户均衡理论,研究了超网络中私家车与公交车的交通流相互作用,在城市中选择不同的交通枢纽位置时,得到了上述两种交通方式的最优交通流,并使公交车共享比达到最大。同时,在得到私家车和公交车交通流的基础上,认为城市交通网络中的总出行成本由私家车出行成本和公交车出行成本三部分组成,并将总出行成本与交通枢纽的土地成本和乘客换乘成本相结合;然后以总出行成本和土地成本均达到最优为最终目标,构建了双层选址模型。最后,通过一个实例对双层区位模型进行了检验。
