Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan library research. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa remaja dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki perlu memiliki kepercayaan diri. Peserta didik memerlukan wadah dalam usaha mengekspresikan dan melatih rasa percaya diri. Selain itu bimbingan dari orang tua, guru, teman sebaya, dan lingkungan dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri. Pengembangan kepercayaan diri dapat dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah. Salah satu wadah yang melatih kepercayaan diri peserta didik melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam setting kelompok. Various problems, difficulties and challenges they must face. For this reason, they should have the right coping strategies to deal with and overcome any problems that cause stress in their final writing.This study aimed to identify or investigate how guidance and counseling students are able to cope with their problems and life’s situation when they are doing their final writing or thesis. A descriptive method with Coping Responses Inventory-Adult Form (CRI-Adult) was used. Results revealed that the students capitalized on different coping strategies when they deal with the problems that came up when they are doing their final writing. This study used a pre-post test quasi-experimental research design with a control group. The samples were 74 nursing students who were assigned to the intervention group and the control group. Data were collected using the instrument of DASS and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results showed that in the intervention group, there was a significant difference in the stress levels before and after the intervention. Meanwhile, in the control group, there was no significant difference in the stress levels before and after the intervention. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap efektivitas relaksasi teknik meditasi untuk membantu mengatasi stres siswa sebelum menghadapi Ujian Nasional. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekaan pre-eksperimen melalui rancangan The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 12 orang. Data mengenai tingkat stres siswa sebelum menghadapi Ujian Nasional diperoleh melalui angket dengan menggunakan model Skala Likert kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skor ideal dan uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat stres siswa sebelum menghadapi Ujian Nasional setelah diberi perlakuan berupa relaksasi teknik meditasi dengan angka probabilitas asymp. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik PCT dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosi. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Pair test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data nilai sign sebesar 0,018 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pembelajaran berbicara menggunakan model cooperative learning berbasis literasi informasi terbukti dapat meningkatkan nilai kompetensi dasar mempresentasikan teks laporan pada hasil tahap pasca-implementasi. Nilai rata-rata peserta didik pada kemampuan mempresentasikan teks laporan dalam pembelajaran pasca-implementasi mengalami peningkatan. Sebelumnya, pada pra-implementasi nilai rata-rata peserta didik adalah 53,75 berada dalam kategori nilai kurang baik. Kemudian pada tahap pasca-implementasi nilai rata-rata peserta didik naik menjadi 68,44 termasuk kategori nilai cukup baik. Penggunaan model cooperative learning dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna, menyenangkan, dan memotivasi peserta didik untuk belajar. Selain keterampilan berbicara yang meningkat, juga terjadi perubahan sikap positif pada peserta didik kelas XI-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Pegandon. Implementasi model cooperative learning berbasis literasi informasi juga meningkatkan Higher Order of Thinking Skills (HOTS) pada peserta didik. The research subjects are 36 students participating in the Group Dynamics Course. This research method is a pre-design one-group pre-test-posttest design. The research instrument used the Scale of Self-Respect and Others Attitudes totaling 25 items with a reliability value of 0.936. This study uses descriptive data analysis techniques with categorization, and t-paired sampel test. The results showed that 27.78% of students had self-respect and others in the very high category before accepting lectures increased to 55.56% after receiving lectures. In the high category, 47.22% of students are required after attending college from 58.33% before receiving college. In the category there was a decline, namely before college there were 19.44% of students became absent (0%) after attending college. The conclusion of the results of this study is that lectures with the nuances of guidance services using CTL and IPP in the Group Dynamics Course effectively increase the self-respect and and other attitudes based on the t-paired sampel test with a significance value Sig. This study aims to determine the role of teacher attitudes in the dimensions of cognitive, affective, conative towards the efficacy of teachers in inclusive education at the Jakarta Public Elementary School. This study uses quantitative methods with survey approaches and multiple regression techniques, three predictors. The respondents in this study amounted to 143 teachers who taught in Public Elementary Schools in Jakarta who implemented inclusive education, data collection techniques using incidental sampling. The results obtained in this study are teacher attitudes in cognitive, affective and conative dimensions which play a role in teacher efficacy. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sikap guru dalam dimensi kognitif, afektif, konatif terhadap efikasi guru dalam pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik regresi ganda tiga prediktor. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 143 guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Jakarta yang mengimplementasi pendidikan inklusi, teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan insidental sampling.
