This type of research is quantitative research with a true experimental design, research method with a pretest posttest control design. The sample in the study was 18 students of class VIII SMP N 4 Semarang who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool used is stress scale. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test results obtained t count = 3.78. 摘要
本研究旨在确定团体咨询认知行为治疗方法和压力接种训练技术对学生测试压力体验的影响。这种类型的研究是采用真实实验设计的定量研究,采用前测后测对照设计的研究方法。本研究的样本为18名三宝垄SMP N 4班的学生,他们采用了有目的的抽样技术。所使用的数据收集工具是压力表。基于假设检验的计算结果,得到t计数=3.78。然后查阅显著性水平为5%的t表,即2.120,表明t计数=3.78>t表=2.120。
