Por otra parte, el campo de conocimiento sobre lo criminal, se sistematizó en la hoy conocida como criminología, como área acumuladora de la génesis de los estudios criminales desde múltiples ópticas, para canalizarlos a través de la política pública en acciones transformadoras de la realidad social, siendo esta la esencia de la filosofía general y filosofía criminal. El presente trabajo analiza y reflexiona sobre la propuesta educativa y la situación de las lenguas indígenas en el Instituto Superior Intercultural Ayuuk (ISIA), toda vez que la preservación y revitalización lingüística en la región es un imperativo actual. The tasks, responsibilities, and traditions that are asserted through teacher preparation and reinforced through in-service professional development help determine what teachers do and try to do. There is always a tension between what larger society seeks, what students want, and what teachers attempt to achieve. But these discrepancies can become wider and more complicated if/when there are changes in student demographics. This article uses contributions from anthropological theory to make sense of transnational students and the challenges that their educators confront. If we say that demographic changes in turn impact what teachers should teach and perhaps how they should comport themselves, then we should analyze the ways that anthropological theories can help guide possible changes in schooling. Such theory can explain some of the challenges that children and adolescents, now in Mexican schools but previously in US ones, encounter. In doing so, it can inform ways that teaching could change. Yet we also need to consider teacher culture and teacher identity as we propose ways to better respond to transnational students. Their number has been registered since 2000, increasing notably as a result of the escalating return migration at the national level that affects the state level. By 2015 there is a decrease in the amount, however, those who arrived in 2010 are still present in the country. Being underage, these children have the right to access the school system in the State of Mexico. How is that process? Previous investigations have detected administrative, cultural, economic, and educational barriers, among others, in the process of incorporation and integration of children from the United States at school. For this reason, this article proposes to identify and socio-demographically characterize the underage US population living in the State of Mexico, emphasizing the analysis of school attendance and academic performance, which translates into detecting access and permanence in the State Educational System. However, although having new and different educational needs, this childhood is subjected to strong processes of disregard and exclusion in the Mexican educational system. The objective of this work is to analyze how these processes are concatenated in the schools of the State of Oaxaca and what repercussions they have on these children. For this, a qualitative methodology of anthropological field work carried out between the years 2018 and 2019 used different ethnographic techniques to obtain data: participant and non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and informal conversations. We posit that the importance of children and youth migrants can be read through the analytical triad formed by the notions of everyday life, multi-scale spatial production and the mobility/immobility continuum. By reinterpreting the empirical findings on two singular migratory experiences in contexts of mobility/immobility stemming from communities in the Andes region of Ecuador and the northern Mexican border, the article shows how children and young migrants deploy diverse tactics and strategies in response to the de facto mobility produced by the current neoliberal regimes border control. Esto lleva a una hermeneutica variada de analisis de teorias con opticas multiples que permiten conocer a la criminalidad, interpretando, definiendo su situacion, su capacidad y posibilidad de intervenir el problema. De tal modo, cabe precisar el ejercicio reflexivo acerca de como se ha producido el conocimiento en criminologia, concretandose a otras ciencias que, en algunos momentos de su estudio, se han ocupado de aspectos globales y abarcativos de la violencia, crimen, delito, antisocialidad. Esto ocurre en la actualidad, pero en los comienzos de los estudios sistematicos de la criminalidad, que hoy llevan por nombre “criminologia”, antecedieron los antropologicos fisicos, que luego se tornaron a los culturales.
