Perilaku bullying sulit dibedakan antara pelaku dan korban bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun skala yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi korban dan pelaku bullying. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MIN dan SMA sebanyak 213 siswa. Hasil pengembangan alat ukur menunjukkan bahwa skala korban bullying sesuai dengan teori terdapat 4 faktor dan sesuai dengan parameter model fit, sedangkan skala perilaku bullying belum memenuhi 4 faktor hanya terbentuk 2 faktor dan sesuai dengan parameter. STUDI META-ANALISIS","authors":"Eny Purwandari","doi":"10.31001/j.psi.v15i2.2057","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31001/j.psi.v15i2.2057","url":null,"abstract":"This meta-analysis study aims to analyze the effect of student attitudes on student learning discipline with precise values using sample data from previous larger studies. The use of meta-analysis is also to collect various findings from previous studies to see differences in attitudes and discipline in various schools. Data from this study were obtained from searching scientific articles published in national or international journals with a range of 2012-2021. The sample of this study were 9 articles that met the criteria. Journal article database sources from keywords related to student attitudes and discipline. The overall results of this study obtained a final correlation coefficient of 0.848. The sampling error and measurement error in this study is small (4.02%). On the other hand, the results of the study also explain that SMA/SMK students have a better attitude than junior high school students to improve discipline. Where the mean value of SMA/SMK students is 0.75 with an SD value of 0.18 and SMP students is 0.69 with an SD value of 0.21. Responden penelitian merupakan mahasiswa tingkat sarjana yang mengikuti organisasi IMM di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, serta sampel sebanyak 202 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrument penelitian berdasarkan skala psychological well-being Ryff (1989) (α=741), Prosocial Tendencies Measure-Revised (α=0,792), dan skala religiusitas Stark & Glork (1968) (α=907). Analisis data menggunakan model analisis jalur mediasi (mediated path model) menggunakan software JASP 0.17.2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara religiusitas dengan psychological well-being (p=0.045<0.05), serta perilaku prososial dapat memediasi secara parsial hubungan religiusitas dengan psychological well-being pada mahasiswa aktivis organisasi IMM (p= <0.001). Pada fase ini, lansia mengalami berbagai macam proses kehidupan, salah satunya adalah sarang kosong. Anak-anak yang meninggalkan rumah menyebabkan mereka merasa hampa. Akibatnya, lansia mengalami berbagai kesulitan dalam hidupnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasa bersyukur terhadap kesepian pada lansia. Berdasarkan kajian literatur, peneliti menetapkan hipotesis penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara rasa syukur dan kesepian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan quota sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 lansia anggota IPPK (Ikatan Purnakaryawan Pendidik dan Kebudayaan) yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Jumapolo. Variabel penelitian diukur dengan menggunakan skala gratitude dan skala empty nest. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r_xy= -0,352 p= 0,019 (p<0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara rasa syukur dengan sarang kosong pada lansia, sehingga hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Analisis tambahan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara aspek gratitude dengan empty nest. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai signifikansi p = 0,69 (tidak signifikan) (p> 0,05). This is because the ability to regulate emotions in adolescents is still very minimal. This becomes quite concerning if emotions cannot be regulated properly because it can lead to affecting mental health such as depression to suicide. The purpose of this research is to see how the role of the dimensions of differentiation of self can contribute to the use of the Emotional Regulation strategy. This study involved respondents with the characteristics of teenagers aged 18-25 years and domiciled in Greater Jakarta. Researchers used a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. The results of data collection in the field were 128 respondents but after only 108 respondents were declared valid and involved in the final results of the study. The results of data analysis using the JASP program version 0.15.10, with the multiple linear regression test method. The results of the correlation analysis showed that there was only a significant correlation in Cognitive Reappraisal with the Maintaining Identity dimension. On the other hand, the Expressive Suppression strategy is significantly correlated with all dimensions of the Differentiation of Self. This study has fulfilled all the classic assumption tests and regression tests showing that only the Maintaining Identity dimension can contribute significantly positively to the use of Cognitive Reappraisal strategies. Participant in this research was 70 permanent employees in an \"X\" Automotive company in Yogyakarta who had worked a minimum of one year. The data collection used OCB, job involvement, and servant leadership scales. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS program V.21. The result of simultaneous data analysis indicates that job involvement and servant leadership could influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (F = 406.135, p = 0.000). The partial data analysis shows job involvement (Standardized Coefficients = 0.536, p = 0.000) and servant leadership (Standardized Coefficients = 0.440, p = 0.000), respectively, influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job involvement and servant leadership simultaneously contribute as much as 92 % to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job involvement contributes 51%, and servant leadership contributes 41%. Therefore, it can be concluded that an internal factor, job involvement, and an external factor, servant leadership, influence the formation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). One of the scholarships that are in great demand is the Bidikmisi scholarship. Being a student who receives a Bidikmisi scholarship certainly has challenges and obstacles in lectures. To overcome these obstacles and demands, students who receive a Bidikmisi scholarship need to have good academic resilience. Optimism is one of the factors in the formation of academic resilience. With an attitude of optimism in students who receive Bidikmisi scholarships, it can make these students carry out their duties and responsibilities in the academic field well. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between optimism and academic resilience in students receiving Bidikmisi scholarships. The method used is a quantitative method with a correlational design. The total participants in this study were 110 students receiving Bidikmisi scholarships throughout Indonesia using the incidental sampling technique. This study used the Academic Resilience Scale (α = 0.869) and the Optimism Scale (α = 0.894). The results of this study indicate a positive relationship between optimism and academic resilience (r=0.366 and sig. = 0.000). Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan ABK berfokus pada komunikasi, instruksi secara langsung, dan pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan melatih kemampuan regulasi emosi pada ABK dengan media yang menarik ABK, yaitu Emotional Activities. Emotional Activities terdiri dari buku cerita bergambar, boardgame, lembar aktivitas dan video. Instrumen pengukuran menggunakan The Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) dengan reliabilitas cognitive reappraisal sebesar α = 0.910 dan expressive suppression sebesar α = 0,658. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Responden ABK berjumlah 18 orang. Hasil validasi SME (Subject Matter Experts) menujukkan Emotional Activities telah mencakup tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Analisis data untuk menguji keefektifan Emotional Activities menggunakan Wilcoxon menghasilkan p=0,043 (p<0,05). Dibutuhkan beberapa hal yang dapat membantu individu agar tidak mengalami krisis tersebut salah satunya adalah dengan emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence dianggap penting untuk membantu individu terlepas dari quarter-life crisis dan mampu mengambil keputusan yang tepat bagi kehidupannya ke depan. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap quarter-life crisis pada generasi Z usia 22-25 tahun. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan proses analisis statistik regresi sederhana. Terdapat 310 generasi Z usia 22-25 tahun yang menjadi partisipan penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Pengukuran penelitian menggunakan The Developmental Crisis Questionnaire (α = 0,846) dan Emotional Intelligence Scale (α = 0,908). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara emotional intelligence terhadap quarter-life crisis. Emotional intelligence memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 42,8% terhadap quarter-life crisis. Lingkkungan belajar daring sebagai lingkungan belajar yang baru bagi mahasiswa berbeda kondisinya dengan ligkungan belajar di kelas ketika luring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi akademik dan lingkungan pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 218 mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, yang terjaring dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua skala yang diedarkan secara daring dalam bentuk Google form. Responden juga diminta menyertakan hasil prestasi akademik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi akademik dan lingkungan pembelajaran daring secara simultan dapat menjadi prediktor prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Secara terpisah, hanya motivasi akademik yang berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa.
