The exchange rates data of US Dollar (USD) versus Japanese Yen (JPY), British Pound (GBP), and Euro (EUR) are used to test the efficacy of proposed model. Productivity of mines sometimes can be increased just by incorporating simple modifications in variables of the mine activities and operations which also boost up the safety conditions. Recent advancement in the technology especially with the application of Information Technology, it is now possible to identify the variables for improving existing production of mine with reduced operational cost, ensuring higher level of safety to the miners as well. Radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology is an effective tool to ensure safety in mining operations as it offers a real time tracking system during blasting and has the potential to revolutionise the mining operations. Radar technology has been widely popular for several decades globally, and can be a best tool to avert the hazards due to ground movement in surface mining. Field oriented training is of great importance in mining and realising that there is no substitute to the real life training, the mining sectors now-days tends to use different software to shorten the training time with ensuring the high quality of training. Virtual reality has the potential to cater the need of quality training with real time simulations of field conditions to the miners. Using the labelled information from a source domain, the proposed method utilises the disagreement among the MLPs to figure out the `most informative' patterns from the target domain using transfer learning. These selected patterns are then labelled by human expert and are used for training the ensemble. Finally the land-cover classes for a target region are predicted by applying a non-trainable majority voting rule among different MLPs in ensemble. It is also most challenging task in video, where the variation of illuminations, noise, locations of human face and pose can differ from one frame to another. For face detection and tracking from video database is being presented a unique technique in this paper. In this study, primary goal is to recognize location of faces from video. Moreover, finding face motion leads to be a part of face recognition system. Firstly, face edges are detected using Robert edge detector followed by a set of arithmetic operations between an initial frame and the nearest ones. Thereafter, non-desired edges and noise are removed by Gaussian filtering technique. A logical operation is then performed between the previous two output frames and noiseless face contour frame for detecting edges corresponding to face video. Finally, four corner points i.e. top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right are computed to draw rectangle around the face and detect face contour of each frame. To track human face from video, scalar and vector distance between four corner points of two consecutive frames are calculated. Displacement of corner points means position and location of face changes in the next frame. Multilevel inverter became popular in the arena of medium voltage and higher power rating application as the better solution. It generates higher staircase output voltage levels employing lower value of voltage sources with required number of power electronics switches. Switching losses reduces in-return provides better power factor by increasing the levels of output voltage. This work is focused on achieving minimum harmonic distortion with the minimum number of power supplies at low switching frequency using nearest level modulation control strategy for three phase asymmetrical cascaded H-bridge configuration. Here, in the FLC, scaling factor has been introduced and are optimized by using quasi opposition harmony search (QOHS) algorithm along with the other tunable parameters of the considered system. Performances of the scaling factor based FLC's are compared with their corresponding proportional-integral-derivative controller, in terms of several performance measures such as integral absolute error (IAE), integral of multiplied absolute error (ITAE), integral square error (ISE) and integral of time multiplied square error (ITSE), in addition to the deviation due to step load perturbations. Existing hardware implementations are not at all cost effective, and require specific knowledge of hardware platform. In this paper a cost effective implementation of a statistical classifier has been proposed on Raspberry Pi, an open source hardware platform. This proposed implementation provides on board training of the classifier and real time class prediction. The GA-based LQR control technique will elude the trial-and-error approach in constructing the appropriate weighting matrices. The proposed controller is compared with the conventional LQR control method for the stator terminal voltage perturbations. The stability and the dynamic responses of the studied system are examined through eigenvalues and the time response analysis. In this process we can see the Real time video and can control the movement of the Wi-Fi bot from anywhere. Using the present technology, we have designed a system that will be advantageous to the human beings and this will provide a great support to the community. This Wi-Fi control bot with Real Time Video Streaming paper gives the design and working principle of flexible Wi-Fi control system in which we controlled the bot using local Wi-Fi server by a compatible webpage. The communication between our Personal computer and Arduino board is wireless and done by ADAFRUIT CC3000. Electronics governance is the application of Information Technology by government to transform itself and its interactions with customer, citizen in order to create impact on the society. It considers social, economic and environmental aspects of decision making of it policies. It brings down the cost, improves the quality service and makes a speedy reach to all objects targeted. E-governance strongly supports good governance through simplicity, accountability, transparency, participation and predictability. Information Technology strongly transforms the relations with citizens, business and other functions of government. These technologies can serve a variety of different ends such as better delivery of government services to citizens, improved interactions with business and industry, citizen empowerment through access to information, or more efficient transparent government management. This paper described the review of computerization of land record management in the different states specially in Jharkhand. It is complex operation, requiring coordination with various departments at different levels. It also deals with the problems which occurs during the process of land registration and suggestions for the improvement.
