Power allocated to SU transmitter on the basis of two constraints of PU, viz., outage threshold and outage transmission rate. In this case, performance of PU does not degrade due to these tolerable constraints. Direct link does not occur between the SU transmitter and receiver because of shadowing. A SR used to link the SU transmitter to SU receiver that is based on decode-and-forward (DF) scheme. Outage probability (OP) calculated by considering the interferences from all PUs at SR and secondary receiver. We see that the performance of SU network does not always degrade after the consideration of interferences from all PUs and thus, SU transmitter reliably communicates with its receiver under the specific range of primary transmit power of PUs in this system model. Results of this model are verified by the MATLAB simulation.","PeriodicalId":289216,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Recent Advances in Information Technology (RAIT)","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126543394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Autonomation is a lean manufacturing concept that integrates automation with a human factor. The ability of self-diagnosis is achieved in the automated line by incorporating a computational intelligence tool like fuzzy logic. The decision support model proposed here provides intelligent decisive signals similar to the fuzzy capability of human brain. Fuzzy Logic control (FLC) model is designed to recognize the events that are likely to create defects and output action signals are generated. Speed difference between conveyor rollers and rolled products, percentage of carbon content and impact force on groove rollers are the three inputs and it produces two outputs in the form of either Andon (a visual signal) or line stoppage. By using Multiple Input and Multiple Output (MIMO) autonomation system, surface defects can be prevented by monitoring level of inputs.","PeriodicalId":289216,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Recent Advances in Information Technology (RAIT)","volume":"351 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115974505","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The slot loaded antennas can be designed from 1 to 6 GHz frequency ranges. By using this model, accuracy is found to be really beneficial, even if the required number of training data has been brought down to half. This method requires less time and scales down the complexities of the design processes. The solutions obtained by this neural approach are compared with the CST simulation results. The results of the KBHNN method are in good accord with the simulated values.","PeriodicalId":289216,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Recent Advances in Information Technology (RAIT)","volume":"394 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133699503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But it also has some challenges which need to be addressed. Fair packet scheduling is one of the challenging issues as it affects the quality of service (QoS) offered by the WMN to its users. For measurement of fairness, delay is an appealing parameter as the delay suffered by the users of the WMN should be fair enough to get a fair treatment from the network. In this paper, a new fairness index has been computed considering total delay experienced by the packets. For calculating total delay both queuing delay and MAC delay have been considered. Finally, a comparative study have been carried out among different standards of IEEE 802.11s to study the fairness that they offer.","PeriodicalId":289216,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Recent Advances in Information Technology (RAIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128782372","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Users share their views on a particular topic or events and receive feedback from their followers, friends and colleagues in form of comments, like, dislike, upvote, downvote etc. Since the user has a very limited control on previously shared information and has limited storage space in his/her account, the management of users information is a very tedious task. In this paper, we discuss different types of social networking services and user's information shared on these services. We categorize the content based information into two categories namely textual content based information and visual content based information. Then we discuss the major efforts made for retrieval of these information from different social networks. We also outline a procedure for content based information retrieval from multiple social networks.","PeriodicalId":289216,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Recent Advances in Information Technology (RAIT)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127014316","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
