Apabila masalah kedisiplinan ini terabaikan, maka tidak heran akan menimbulkan kekacauan sosial seperti pelanggaran tata tertib atau kepribadian yang melakukan tindakan semaunya. Sikap disiplin sendiri merupakan indikator keberhasilan suatu negara dan penentu lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas. Indonesia sendiri menempati posisi ke-111 dari 175 negara sampel yang ada berdasarkan penelitian PERC. Lembaga pendidikan formal belum bisa menjamin terbentuknya karakter disiplin yang dibuktikan dengan pendidikan agama khususnya pendidikan karakter yang jarang diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan khususnya pada sekolah umum.Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya serta kontribusi dari semua pihak khususnya pada kesadaran individu dan peran dari lembaga pendidikan diluar pendidikan Formal seperti Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an untuk membentuk karakter disiplin. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu menyajikan fenomena hasil temuan yang disajikan secara naratif dengan fokus masalah proses pembentukan karakter disiplin santri melalui kegiatan kultum di TPA Nur Alamsyah AT-Tarbiyah Desa Kabba Kabupaten Pangkep dan implikasi pembentukan karakter disiplin santri melalui kegiatan kultum di TPA Nur Alamsyah AT-Tarbiyah Desa Kabba Kabupaten Pangkep. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pembentukan karakter melalui 4 tahapan yaitu pengenalan dan motivasi, penerapan, penguatan dan pembudayaan. {"title":"Teachers’ Perception Toward The Role Of Instructional Supervisor","authors":"M. This Study employs a quantitative methodology and using questionnaire in collecting data. Respondents were teachers of Darussalam Boarding School Gontor, the population was 300 teachers, stratified random sampling was employed to get sample because the population is homogenous in their dedication and varied in their characteristics. The study aim to assess teachers’ perception on the important of some supervisory task and examined teachers’ perceptions toward to which extent supervisors involved in the tasks. The finding indicate that supervisory tasks were regarded as important by teachers and were proven by the high percentages of teacher (68%-99%) who agreed to supervisory tasks. On the other hand, teachers regard on supervisor’s involvement toward the tasks was also positive. Another finding shows that supervisory activities also regarded as important by most teachers, the percentages of important assumption of teachers indicated in range 80%-99%,, in which evaluating the teaching-learning process become most important tasks of supervisor (99%), at the same time, teachers regard school supervisors very well involved in supervisory activities during teaching and learning process which was can be noticed from the high percentage of teachers’ responses toward each task. That is, their morality is getting worse. At the same time, many organizations in Sidorejo Village are not developing well. Adolescence is a period where individuals seek a way of life, accept moral (ethical) norms as well as religious and aesthetic norms. Many have limitations, however, thereby making their external activities depend on others. This contradictory situation goes hand in hand, and constitute the background of this study. The present study aims to figure out how people living in Sidorejo Village react to the behavior of the youth group in forming their morality during the pandemic. This study is informed by the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber. The study is a case study using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques involving interviews. The results showed that only some of the youth who were participants in the youth organization were willing to take part in these activities due to being member activities held in schools or others. The role of the community is to guide the holding of religious activities such as reading the Qur'an and memorizing via virtual means. The results showed that the formation of adolescent morals have both good and not so good characters, which means that many teenagers participate in those activities but also spend their times doing things that are not useful. The purpose of this study is to review the teacher's strategy in growing students' learning motivation. This research method is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. The results of this study are that the teacher uses a flipped classroom learning model strategy assisted by madrasa e-learning media made by the teacher himself. This learning media is the development of Microsoft PowerPoint which is already known by teachers and students. The purpose of this learning media is to facilitate understanding of Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially the material for praying jama' and qashar. The research subjects were seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Megaluh Jombang. The type of research is RnD with Borg and Gall model. 4D in question is the define (defining), design (design), develop (development), and disseminate (dissemination). Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Observations were made on the learning process that took place in the classroom. Interviews were conducted with teachers to find out students' problems in understanding Islamic Religious Education lessons. Questionnaires to assess learning media were assessed by three experts, namely material experts, media experts, and linguists. The rating scale uses a Likert scale with 5 categories, namely very feasible, decent, fairly decent, less feasible, and very less feasible. The results of the assessment from material expert validators are 90.625% in the very appropriate category, the assessment from linguists is 90.63% in the very appropriate category, and the assessment from media experts is 80.88% in the appropriate category. The average value of the three experts is 87.26% with a very decent category. This study will examine the practice of inclusive and integrative learning at schools. Researchers will take a case study at SD Putra Harapan Bantar, West Purwokerto. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and interpreting the condition of the situation and according to the reality in the field related to the practice of integrative inclusive learning at the Putra Harapan Primary School Bantarsoka Purwokerto Barat. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is the Flow model, which includes data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The subjects in this study are principals, students, teachers and others. while the object of this research is the practice of inclusive and integrative learning at the Putra Harapan Bantarsoka Elementary School, West Purwokerto District. The results obtained by the researcher are that the Putra Harapan Bantarsoka Elementary School, Purwokerto Barat is a Fulday school and the learning materials are more than those exist in many schools in general, such as congregational prayer dhuhur prayer, dhuha prayer, brushing teeth, washing dishes, practicing ablution, eating snacks together. In the beginning, the learning process at UM Jember was held offline, but it has turned into online more recently. This study is based on a qualitative approach with a focus on collecting data on strengthening the theo-anthropocentric value of Islam through in-depth interviews. The data analysis process uses a triangulation model. Competent educators must have skills, where the ability of the instructor has 4 kinds of abilities. First, character abilities, educational skills, proficiencies and social skills. The Effect of Educational Capability of PAI Instructors on Learning Income uses a quantitative plan by polling. The sample used in this study amounted to 160 students consisting of 4 classes. The variable of the Educational Capability of the PAI Instructor was estimated through a poll survey of Variable X using research instruments and the Premium Variable in Learning was estimated through a survey of variable Y with 10 items each from each factor. To examine the need for investigations though testing the regularity of information by using instructive factual tests in the flagship program. Then, the investigation using the Sperman Rank Connection synopsis was carried out. To find out the consequences of speculative testing, it can be seen that there is a relationship between the learning model of PAI Educators' Educational Ability and student learning income. In the Sperman Rank Connection table, the ends are: The theory being tried is recognized whether the t value is calculated in the t table.
