One of the efforts to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the education sector is to conduct distance learning which is carried out using various types of platforms and media to support the learning process. The purpose of this study is to review the teacher's strategy in growing students' learning motivation. This research method is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. The results of this study are that the teacher uses a flipped classroom learning model strategy assisted by madrasa e-learning media made by the teacher himself. 摘要

世界对Covid-19病毒的传播感到震惊,这对几乎所有领域都产生了重大影响,包括印度尼西亚的教育领域。为尽量减少COVID-19病毒在教育部门的传播,努力之一是开展远程学习,利用各种平台和媒体支持学习过程。本研究旨在探讨教师培养学生学习动机的策略。本研究方法为描述性定性研究方法。使用的数据收集技术是观察和访谈技术。本研究的结果是,教师使用翻转课堂学习模式策略,并辅以教师自行制作的伊斯兰教电子学习媒体。实践证明,它能够培养学生的学习动机,从而对提高学生的学习成果产生影响,从而实现学习目标。
