In this thesis, an improved hybrid ant colony optimization was proposed, which decomposed the complex path problem into several sub-problems for optimization. The results show that the algorithm not only improves the installation efficiency, reducing the production time cost, but also improves the installation accuracy. By optimizing the main circuit design, optimizing the selection of key components, using new technology and new process, the localization alternative development of the original vehicle traction system is carried out, and the localization traction system is tested through type test and main line loading test. Then, the THW (Time Headway), the opening of the accelerator pedal, TTC, the velocity of ego-vehicle and preceding vehicle were selected to analyze the driving characteristics of drivers under three different car-following styles. They also used the risk assessment model and software to analyze the overall traffic safety risks along the whole line, and key observations were made on hair pin turns, clarify the high-risk points and sections and analyze the risk causes. In the aspect of system software, background subtraction is used to extract the target object, and the binary images of the two objects are matched together to get the relatively accurate position information. A reverse short distance measurement method of grounding resistance of large grounding grid is proposed. The scattered current of the grounding grid and the return current of the current electrode will form a positive and a negative electric field between the grounding grid and the current electrode, so as to determine the ground potential distribution law and calculate the hemispherical grounding current electrode potential of the grounding grid. In order to eliminate the influence of shunt on grounding resistance measurement, the injected current of grounding grid is shunted. Through theoretical derivation, the analytical function of the ground potential measurement data in the very near area of the current is obtained, the undetermined parameters of the analytical function are solved by the least square principle, and the reverse short-distance measurement method of the grounding resistance of the grounding grid is deduced by the compensation principle. The test results show that the reverse short distance measurement method can effectively measure the grounding resistance. A good characterization of the feasible region of tie-line transmission plays a vital role in improving the utilization efficiency of tie-line power exchanges. With the increase of converter stations in power systems, the feasible region of tie-line transmission considering converter stations is for the first time studied in this paper. A bi-level determination method is presented for the characterization. In the upper level, impacts of integer variables in converter stations are incorporated into the feasible region by exploring the critical combinations of integer variables that are associated with boundaries of the feasible region. In the lower level, the operational constraints with the found integer variables are projected to the domain of tie-line transmission by the existing algorithms. In the application process of electronic control devices and communication equipment, the messages transmitted by the entire vehicle bus will continue to increase, and information exchange will become more and more frequent, which will cause the load rate of the vehicle bus network to continue to increase. The traditional message arbitration scheme can no longer meet the real-time requirements of current automobile communication. In the process of real-time research on the vehicle power bus, effective measures need to be taken to improve the real-time performance of the CAN bus. The main purpose is to increase the transmission rate of the bus. At the same time, the traditional CAN bus network should be optimized to ensure that it can increase the information transmission speed under the condition of the high load rate of the car. At this stage, the highest transmission rate of the CAN bus is 1Mbps, and the bus can reach a higher transmission speed in FlexRay, but it cannot be widely used in a short time because of the economic cost. When researching the real-time nature of the CAN bus, it is necessary to use the 4WID new energy bus network as a carrier to conduct an in-depth analysis of the CAN bus technology and the vehicle network. At the same time, it discusses related technologies to improve the real-time performance of CAN bus. However, due to the complex form of the equations of natrual gas transmission, the simplified algebraic equations are used as the model of the natural gas system. It is not clear how the features retained by the proposed gas model have affected the optimal dispatch of the electricity-gas integrated system. This paper theoretically analyzes the influence of gas system modeling characteristics on electricity-gas cooperation from the perspective of the feasible region, which is a concept in optimization theory. The PD data of four typical insulation defects were collected by using GIS PD test platform built in the laboratory. The envelope of PD signal was obtained by Hilbert transform, and the statistical characteristic parameters, time domain characteristic parameters and frequency domain characteristic parameters of PD pulse waveform were extracted based on the envelope. Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) was used to reduce the dimension of PD feature parameter, and random forest classifier was used to classify and identify PD feature parameters after dimensionality reduction.
