An on-line monitoring platform for substation operation environment safety is constructed. The platform realizes signal acquisition through A/D conversion and transmits it to the data display unit for unified packaging and display of data. The point distribution optimization model is established with the minimum average monitoring distance as the objective function and the constraints are set. Finally, the monitoring model is constructed by using fuzzy mathematics method, which realizes the on-line monitoring of substation operation environment safety. The experimental results show that this method effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional methods, the overall monitoring time is less than 1.5s, and the accuracy of the monitoring results is high, which fully verifies the effectiveness of this method.","PeriodicalId":278054,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114073892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

If the power generated by the energy storage device does not match its own physical characteristics, there will be serious consequences such as overcharge, over-discharge and even device damage. In this paper, the moving average filtering method combined with particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to determine the grid-connected target power, which can increase the grid-connected smoothness and reduce the total energy burden and maximum instantaneous power value of the energy storage unit. Power calming tasks were then assigned with Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD). In this paper, after setting the fitness function that can reflect the above indexes, the optimal combination of filtering window length, VMD decomposition numerical mode, penalty factor and boundary frequency is determined by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Combined with the prior knowledge of wind power grid connection standard and healthy charging and discharging cycle of energy storage device, the range of each parameter is limited to accelerate the convergence speed. Simulation results show that the smoothness of grid-connection can be improved as much as possible and the distribution of power leveling tasks between energy storage devices is reasonable. The charge and discharge burden of the energy storage device is very balanced and the capacity demand is low. It is proved that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.","PeriodicalId":278054,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT)","volume":"228 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123065396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Taking Nanjing urban passenger transport as the research object, this paper analyzes the development status of urban passenger transport. On this basis, taking the CO2 generated by energy consumption as the measurement caliber, the \"top-down\" method is used to calculate the CO2 emission of Nanjing from 2014 to 2019. At the same time, taking the carbon peak in 2030 as the constraint boundary, assuming ideal, enhanced and radical scenarios, the energy structure objectives and power demand are analyzed. The research results show that the carbon emission in 2019 is 13260kt, 1.6 times that in 2014. In addition, Nanjing’s urban passenger transportation carbon emissions may reach a peak in 2030, and the proportion of electric cars should be increased to 26%-30%.","PeriodicalId":278054,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134018147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the gradual advancement of China's new round of power system reform, electricity retailer has become an indispensable role in power trading. While the power purchase and sales business is carried out, electricity retailers and users also bear the responsibility of renewable energy quota. In this paper, considering the renewable energy quota system and aiming at maximizing the revenue of electricity, a flexible pricing model of electricity retailers considering the response of user demand side is established. Through the wind power purchase as the method of quota implementation, the objective function is optimized by chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm, so as to obtain the best revenue of electricity retailers. The simulation results of an example verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model, which has a certain guiding significance for the power purchase and sales strategy of electricity retailers.","PeriodicalId":278054,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125828586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to improve the construction safety management level of operating railway line, strengthen construction management and strengthen safety awareness, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the construction safety risks of railway operating lines. Firstly, the construction safety risk characteristics and safety accident types of operating railway line are analyzed, and then the construction safety risk indexes are analyzed from two stages before and after construction, construction organization, human factors, environment, safety construction effect, and on this basis, the safety risk evaluation index system is constructed. Finally, the applicability of the evaluation method is verified by an example. The evaluation results show that the evaluation method is effective and feasible. In order to ensure that the measurement process does not cause damage to the building and has good operability, a non-contact measuring device for the relative position of building fire-fighting facilities using the handheld alignment mode of end mechanism is designed. The device is used for building fire-fighting modeling with image acquisition equipment, and its structural design needs to meet specific constraints such as viewing angles, obstacle avoidance, and retracting. Through the magnetic scale, encoder and laser rangefinder, real-time measurement of the distance and angle data of the device is realized. On this basis, the DH method is used to construct the kinematic model of the measuring device, and the kinematic simulation and workspace simulation are carried out.
