In the aspect of hardware, according to the object and working condition of substation video monitoring, the module of video monitoring and infrared sensor is designed. In the aspect of system software, background subtraction is used to extract the target object, and the binary images of the two objects are matched together to get the relatively accurate position information. Abstract
