Abstract

Aiming at the low efficiency of video surveillance in digital substation, this paper presents an intelligent video surveillance method based on background difference for digital substation. In the aspect of hardware, according to the object and working condition of substation video monitoring, the module of video monitoring and infrared sensor is designed. In the aspect of system software, background subtraction is used to extract the target object, and the binary images of the two objects are matched together to get the relatively accurate position information. 基于背景差分的数字化变电站智能视频监控方法
