Abstract

Aiming at the problem of mounting efficiency of the existing SMT machine, the mounting path was optimized to improve the mounting efficiency and the precision of components. In this thesis, an improved hybrid ant colony optimization was proposed, which decomposed the complex path problem into several sub-problems for optimization. The results show that the algorithm not only improves the installation efficiency, reducing the production time cost, but also improves the installation accuracy. 基于蚁群算法的SMT机床优化研究
