CJ CheilJedang Feed Kalimantan. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique is by incidental sampling type which means that sampling does not give equal opportunity or opportunity for every member of the population to be selected as sample and sample determination based on chance to meet the researcher with the respondent. And to determine the number of samples using a Slovin formula so as to obtain a minimum number of 90 (ninety) respondents out of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) populations assisted with SPSS computer application program to obtain relevant analysis results. The results of the research analysis showed that the level of job stress on employee performance is low but not very low. And the relation between work stress and employee performance got insignificant result because correlation analysis more than 0,05. Keywords: work Stress, Job Performance, correlation Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan hubungan antara variabel stres kerja dengan prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Kalimantan.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan jenis incidental sampling yang artinya pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dan penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan bertemu peneliti dengan responden. Dan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus dari Slovin sehingga mendapatkan jumlah minimum 90 (sembilan puluh) responden dari 116 (seratus enam belas) populasi dibantu dengan program aplikasi komputer SPSS untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis yang relevan. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan tergolong rendah namun tidak sangat rendah. This study uses a descriptive approach through qualitative methods, the design of this study uses a case study research design. The unit of analysis in this study is the sasirangan business in Banjarbaru. The informant in this study were the sasirangan business people who were considered important to explain the extent to which technology and information were used. The instruments of this study are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and secondary data. Triangulation analysis is to explore the truth of information from the business actor sasirangan in Banjarbaru through various methods of data collection. Besides through interviews and observations, researchers use secondary data documents. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the majority of business actors in the city of Banjarbaru, as much as 60%, have used technology and information to support the promotion and sale of their products. But it is still not maximal considering the various obstacles faced in Sasirangan business. Keywords: innovation diffusion, information technology, creative economy Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam kerangka proses difusi inovasi untuk pemberdayaan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui metode kualitatif, desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha sasirangan di Banjarbaru. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha sasirangan yang dianggap penting untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan data sekunder. Analisis triangulasi ialah menggali kebenaran informasi dari pelaku usaha sasirangan di Banjarbaru melalui berbagai metode pengumpulan data. Selain melalui wawancara dan observasi, peneliti menggunakan dokumen data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaku usaha sasirangan di kota Banjarbaru sebagian besar yaitu sebanyak 60 % telah memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi untuk menunjang promosi dan penjualan produk sasirangannya. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research Methods using correlational research. Types of data are primary and secondary data using questionnaires and documentation. The total population is 547 people. With the number of respondents 137 employees of PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So, if motivation is carried out and applied properly by all employees, the employee's performance will also increase. Work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. So, if the employee has a high level of discipline in the work then the performance will also be achieved optimally. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. So the higher the motivation and the employee's discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Keywords: motivation, work disciplines, employee performance Abstrak: Banyak faktor yang memiliki dampak terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja pada karyawan di perusahaan swasta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui motivasi dan disiplin Kerja Berpengaruh tehadap Kinerja Kayawan PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Desa Saring Sungai Bubu Kecamatan Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Metode Penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Jumlah populasi 547 orang. Dengan jumlah responden 137 orang karyawan PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Desa Saring Sungai Bubu Kecamatan Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, jika motivasi kerja dilakukan dan diterapkan dengan baik oleh semua karyawan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, jika karyawan memiliki kedisiplinan yang tinggi dalam bekerja maka kinerja juga akan tercapai secara maksimal. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The problem that the author thoroughly is a problem or symptoms that factual and also occur in the present (at the time of research done), then in this study the author uses descriptive method. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) Simultaneously or together the quality of service consisting of physical appearance, trust, responsiveness, assurance and empathy proved to significantly influence the satisfaction of library users of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. 2) Partially or separately service quality variables that affect the satisfaction of library users Faculty of Medicine, University of Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru is the physical appearance and guarantee. 3) Quality Variables The most dominant service affects the satisfaction of library users of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru is a guarantee. Keywords: service quality, user satisfaction, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru’s Library  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial variabel kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari berwujud (penampilan fisik), reliabilitas (kepercayaan), daya tanggap (responsiveness), assurance (jaminan) dan empati (empati) terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Masalah yang penulis tuntas adalah masalah atau gejala yang faktual dan juga terjadi pada masa sekarang (pada saat penelitian dilakukan), maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Secara simultan atau bersama-sama kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari penampilan fisik, kepercayaan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive research by taking samples of 93 respondents and using questionnaires as the main data collection tool according to KEPMENPAN Number 14 of 2017. The results of the study can be concluded based on the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index referring to the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017, showing the performance of service units predicated \"Good\" with 82.00 IKM values covering 9 indicators based on Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. Keywords: community satisfaction, public services, Cempaka Subdistrict Banjarbaru City Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan ingin mengetahui mengetahui pengukuran kepuasan masyarakat atas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru berdasarkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dan memberikan masukan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru yang seharusnya dilakukan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel 93 responden dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok sesuai KEPMENPAN Nomor 14 Tahun 2017. Data type used is secondary data from date of sales os Samsung brand mobile phone. Data analysis techniques used is using method Double Exponential Smoothing with alpha 0,1 ; 0,3 ; 0,5 and 0,7. Based on the result reseach that has do then could explained that alpha 0,1 produces Mean Absolute Error of 39.477.372,73 ; alpha 0.3 produces Mean Absolute Error of 34,280,518.18 ; alpha 0.5 produces Mean Absolute Error of 22,722,636.36 ; and alpha 0.7 produces Mean Absolute Error of 74,937,330.82. With calculation forecasting the best for sales brands Samsung Mobile [roducts in counter Samsung Q Mall Banjarbaru for three month to front is with using alpha 0,5 , this proven from the result forecasting the error smallest that is amounting to 22.722.636,36 compared with use alpha 0,1 ; 0,3 and 0,7.With knew forecasting sales for 3 months forward expected can tobe reference for company for estimate profit and make Policy company for future period. Keywords: forecasting, sales, Samsung, Q Mall Banjarbaru Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meramalkan (Memforecast) penjualan produk Handphone Merk Samsung Di Counter Samsung Q Mall Banjarbaru selama tiga bulan ke depan.  Jenis Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari data penjualan Handphone Merk Samsung.  Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu,  menggunakan metode Doubel Exponential Smoothing dengan alpha 0,1;  0,3;  0,5; dan 0,7.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa:  alpha 0,1 menghasilkan Mean Absolute Error sebesar 39.477.372,73;  alpha 0,3 menghasilkan Mean Absolute Error sebesar 34.280.518,18;  alpha 0,5 menghasilkan Mean Absolute Error sebesar 22.722.636,36; dan alpha 0,7 menghasilkan Mean Absolute Error sebesar 74.937.330,82. Dengan demikian perhitungan peramalan (Forecast) yang terbaik untuk penjualan produk Handphone Merk Samsung Di Counter Samsung Q Mall Banjarbaru selama tiga bulan ke depan adalah dengan menggunakan alpha 0,5, hal ini terbukti dari hasil peramalan (Forecast) Errornya terkecil yaitu sebesar 22.722.636,36 dibandingkan dengan menggunakan alpha 0,1;  0,3  dan 0,7. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Customers Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey analitik. Pendekatan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling berjumlah 60 orang pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel pada bulan Desember tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with a SWOT analysis approach with a sample of 93 respondents. The results of the study can be concluded that the marketing strategy at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Banjarbaru Branch which should be based on a SWOT analysis has the opportunity and strength, so that it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist. The strategy that must be applied in conditions in quadrant I is to support an aggressive strategy (growth oriented strategy), among others, expanding market share by expanding its wings outside the city of Banjarbaru which still has the potential, increasing cooperation with cooperatives in order to become partners and establish cooperation with educational institutions which is in Banjarbaru City. Keywords: marketing strategy, SWOT, BRI Syariah Banjarbaru Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui strategi pemasaran pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Cabang Banjarbaru selama ini dan yang seharusnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Cabang Banjarbaru yang seharusnya berdasarkan analisis SWOT dengan memiliki peluang dan kekuatan, sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. This study uses purposive sampling technique. An intelligent sample of 19 companies from 42 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, research data analyzed 57. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed (1) the size of the company had no significant effect on audit delay, proved the regression coefficient -1,148; significant value (0.199> 0.05). (2) the complexity of operating the company has no significant effect on audit delay, proven regression coefficient = 13.420; significant value (0.194> 0.05). (3) the type of opinion has a significant effect on audit delay, proven regression coefficient 203.3365; significant value (0,000 <0,05).Keywords: company size, complexity of company operations, type of opinion, audit delayAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit delay,(2) mengetahui pengaruh kompleksitas operasi perusahaan terhadap audit delay, (3) mengetahui pengaruh opini audit terhadap audit delay, pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 19 perusahaan dari 42 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017, sehingga data penelitian yang dianalisis berjumlah 57. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi -1,148; nilai signifikan (0,199>0,05). (2) kompleksitas operasi perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi=13,420; nilai signifikan (0,194>0,05).
