Rio Motor Angsana Tanah Bumbu Regency - South Borneo. The research method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) is a multivariate statistical analysis technique used to build, estimate, and test causal relations. Partial Least Square (PLS) estimation method in analyzing SEM and building a desktop-based application for the PLS method that is easy to use. The use of PLS method itself is because it is an alternative method in analyzing SEM models that have small amounts of data and are not normally distributed. This study uses R software to help analyze the use of the PLS method. The results showed that the value of R2 produced was 51%, which meant that the model built was categorized as a good model. In the significance test with a significance level of 5%, the results showed that work motivation and work ability had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) merupakan teknik analisis statistik multivariat yang digunakan untuk membangun, mengestimasi, dan menguji relasi sebab akibat. metode estimasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam menganalisis SEM dan membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis desktop untuk metode PLS yang mudah untuk digunakan. Penggunaan metode PLS sendiri dikarenakan sebagai metode alternatif dalam menganalisis model SEM yang memiliki data berjumlah kecil dan tidak berdistribusi normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan software R untuk membantu menganalisis penggunaan  metode PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R2 yang dihasilkan adalah 51% yang berarti model yang dibangun dikategorikan model yang baik. Pada uji signifikansidengan taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada pada bengkel UD. Pelayanan dalam bentuk berwujud untuk masyarakat bisa jadi berupa fasilitas yang mendukng kehidupan masyarakat, seperti jalan raya, air bersih dan lainnya. Semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan dalam bentuk barang publik maka kehidupan masyarakat akan baik, artinya tidak ada masalah yang menghambat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sehari-hari. Sementara pelayanan dalam bentuk jasa sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat, seperti pelayanan kesehatan dan pendidikan serta penyelenggaraan transportasi. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and used analytical methods with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the two variables were organizational culture variables, the work environment significantly affected the performance of Banjarmasin Post employees. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dalam analisis regresi linier berganda didapatkan bahwa kedua variabel yaitu variabel budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Banjarmasin Post. This study is a research study by collecting data with documentation techniques and data used is secondary data in the form of material inventory raw soybeans and other costs. Continuing with these data so that the production process can run smoothly by fulfilling the raw material inventory needs, namely by applying raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results showed that the SKM Tofu Factory could save the purchase of raw materials for soybeans by Rp 129,132,512.5, - Analysis of raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method. the results of the application of the method obtained EOQ value with a total quantity of 2,908 Kg per month for January each time ordering and the frequency of ordering 5 times a month. Raw material inventory (SS) is 11,124.38 Kg per month, the maximum inventory (MI) is 10,293.72 Kg and the Total Supply Cost is Rp. 1,325,854,300. Savings on inventory control using the EOQ method is Rp 129,132,512.5 when using this method Keywords: Inventory , Tofu Factory, EOQ Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui analisis pengumpulan biaya produksi pada Pabrik Tahu SKM di   Banjarbaru dan menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi dengan mengumpulkan data dengan teknik dokumentasi dan data yang digunakan adalah data  sekunder berupa  pembelian persediaan bahan baku kacang kedelai dan  biaya lainnya. Selanjutkan dengan data tersebut agar proses produksi dapat berjalan lancar dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan persediaan bahan baku yaitu dengan menerapkan  pengendalian persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pabrik Tahu SKM dapat menghemat pembelian bahan baku kacang kedelai sebesar   Rp 129.132.512,5,-  Analisis pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan menggunakan  Metode Economic Order Quantity ( EOQ). hasil dari penerapan metode tersebut didapat nilai EOQ dengan jumlah kuantitas sebanyak 2.908 Kg perbulan untuk bulan Januari setiap kali melakukan pemesan dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 5 kali dalam  sebulan. Pengaman persediaan ( SS)  bahan baku  sebanyak 11.124.38 Kg rata rata perbulan, persediaan maksimum (MI) adalah sebanyak 10.293,72 Kg dan Total Biaya Persaediaan sebesar Rp 1.325.854.300. The analysis in this study  used the multiple linier regression with 32 observations. Simultaneously all variables affect the stock price of Banking Companies of BUMN that listed on the  Indonesian Stock Exchange  for the period of 2010-2017. Kinerja keuangan yang diuji meliputi Non performace Loans (NPL), Return on assets (ROA), CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), Price Earnings Ratio(PER),dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda,dengan sampel sebanyak 32 observasi menunjukkkan hasil bahwa secara simultan semua variabel yang terdiri dari Non performace Loans (NPL), Return on assets (ROA), CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), Price Earnings Ratio(PER),dan Net Profit Margin (NPM)  berpengaruh terhadap harga saham . (2) Dimensi biaya promosi mana yang lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan penjualan budi daya ikan oleh kelompok tani pakat sasama. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan metode analisis dengan SPSS Windows For Data sebagai sebuah alat analisis data. One of the effects of these events is a market reaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the capital market reacted to the suicide bombings that occurred in Surabaya, by observing the Abnormal Return behavior obtained by investors and the difference in Avarage Abnormal Return on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) before and after the bombing. This research was conducted using the event study method with the Market Adjusted Model approach. The sample used is a company whose shares have been listed and included in the calculation of the LQ-45 index. Statistical test of Abnormal Return, Avarage Abnormal Return using paired sample t -test. The results of the first hypothesis testing are accepted, because there is a significant abnormal return for investors due to the explosion of Suicide Bombers in Surabaya. While the results of testing the second hypothesis were rejected, because there was no significant difference obtained by investors between Avarage Abnormal Return before and after the suicide bombing in Surabaya Keywords: Abnormal returns, Event Studies, Bombs in Surabaya, LQ-45, Market Adjusted Models, Market Reactions Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilukan atas dasar pengamatan terhadap peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi di dalam negeri yang dapat menggaggu stabilitas keamanan. Salah satu dampak dari peristiwa (event) tersebut yaitu terjadi reaksi pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pasar modal bereaksi terhadap peristiwa Bom Bunuh diri yang terjadi di Surabaya, dengan mengamati perilaku Abnormal Return yang diperoleh oleh investor serta perbedaan Avarage Abnormal Return di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa Bom tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode event study dengan pendekatan Market Adjusted Model. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang sahamnya telah tercatat dan masuk  dalam perhitungan indeks LQ-45. Uji statistik terhadap Abnormal Return , Avarage Abnormal Return menggunakan Uji t.
