Teknik pengolahan data yang akan dilakukan oleh penulis adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui komputer spss sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 66 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profesionalisme kerja, variabel penghargaan dan variabel pengawasan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja tenaga kerja kontrak Kebersihan Bidang Pertamanan dan Kebersihan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang, Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kapuas. Yellow Duck Banjarbaru. This research uses descriptive data analysis method. Research conducted by the authors to give the conclusion, that: the implementation of Final Income Tax by Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013 on the CV. Yellow Duck Banjarbaru, concludes that: New tariff calculation based on PP. 46 of 2013 there is no need for fiscal correction, because the calculation is not from net income, but from gross income. So hopefully in the future, from the results of research provide input on the CV. Yellow Duck, to apply and make payments in the years to come. Implementation of the final corporate income tax based on Government Regulation no. 46 of 2013 on the CV. Yellow Duck Banjarbaru, memberikan kesimpulan bahwa: Perhitungan tarif baru berdasarkan PP No. 46 tahun 2013 tidak perlu dilakukan koreksi fiskal, karena perhitungannya bukan dari laba bersih, melainkan dari peredaran bruto. Sehingga diharapkan kedepannya, dari hasil penelitian memberikan masukan pada pihak CV. Yellow Duck, untuk diterapkan dan dilakukan pembayaran pada tahun-tahun kedepannya. The analytical approach model is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the results of the distribution of questionnaires to Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin employees who become sample. The population in this study is all employees of Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin which amounted to 42 employees. To confuse the data using the SPSS 17 app. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that leadership factor, motivation, and work ethic have significant effect on the performance of Correctional Institution (Bapas) Class I Banjarmasin officer. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling in this study was conducted by census technique. This technique is used because all the population is taken into the sample, considering the samples taken from 25 villages and one kelurahan each 3 people namely the Village Head (1 person), Village head assistant (1 person) and Chairman of the Village Consultative Board. The result of the research shows that partially, belief and responsibility are not significantly influence community satisfaction, where only the attitude has significant effect to the community satisfaction. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sensus. Teknik ini digunakan karena semua populasi diambil menjadi sampel, mengingat sampel yang diambil dari 25 Desa dan satu kelurahan masing-masing 3 orang yaitu Kepala Desa (1 orang), Sekdes (1 orang) dan Ketua Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara secara parsial kepercayaan dan tanggung Jawab tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dimana hanya sikap yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuantitatif, tahap uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis faktor, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F dan analisis jalur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan data yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 216 responden. Metode untuk melakukan penentuan pengambilan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel e-service quality, kemudahan transaksi, dan manfaat kegunaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan sedangkan kualitas sistem aplikasi tidak berpengaruh. Variabel kemudahan transaksi dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas sedangkan kualitas sistem aplikasi, e-service quality, dan manfaat kegunaan tidak berpengaruh.
