Data mining are known as KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database) is to digging up valuable knowledge from the data. Research purpose is to identify the right marketing strategy to sales the goods. The marketing strategy is took by analyze how much consumers demand for basic needs. The algorithms used in this research are FP (Frequent Pattern)-Growth and A-priori Algorithm. Finding combinations patterns between itemset using the Association Rule. FP-Growth algorithm is an algorithm that been used to determining a set of data in a data set that often appears on the frequency of the itemset. the KDD stages study are data cleansing, data integration, data selection, data transformation, data mining, pattern evaluation and knowledge presentation. the Testing used Rapidminer software with a minimum confidence value of 0.6 and a minimum support of 0.45. FP-Growth algorithm obtained 5 rule conclusions while Apriori Algorithm obtained 3 rule conclusions. Pos adalah perusahaan publik pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bisnis informasi, uang, dan layanan pengiriman paket. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas tingkat layanan paket pos di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bengkulu dan mengetahui kriteria apa saja yang harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL(Kualitas Layanan), Kano Model dan penyebaran kualitas fungsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan, terdiri dari SERVQUAL(Kualitas Layanan), Model Kano, dan Penyebaran Fungsi Kualitas (Quality Function Deployment/QFD). Informasi yang diperlukan diperoleh dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui kuesioner SERVQUAL dan kuesioner kano kepada pelanggan yang pernah mendapatkan layanan perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diproses dengan metode kualitas layanan dan dikelompokkan ke dalam kategori kano kemudian penyebaran fungsi kualitas (PFK) sebagai desain perbaikan. Berdasarkan analisa kuesioner dihasilkan bahwa skor gap Kualitas Layanan -1,02, model Kano diperoleh dua atribut yang diklasifikasikan Attractive (A), 11 atribut diklasifikasikan dalam one dimensional (O) dan sembilan atribut diklasifikasikan dalam Must-be (M). Hasil Penelitian memberi tahu kepada kita bahwa Kebijakan Berwawasan Lingkungan di Sekolah Menengah Atas dilakukan dengan melalui membuat visi misi yang peduli dan berbudaya lingkungan; pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan lingkungan hidup; peningkatan kapasistas Sumber Daya Manusia; kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung terciptanya sekolah yang bersih dan sehat; Kebijakan Kepala Sekolah dalam upaya penghematan Sumber Daya Alam dan kebijakan sekolah untuk pengalokasian dan penggunaan dana bagi kegiatan yang terkait dengan masalah lingkungan hidup. In community empowerment program, the position of the community is as program consumer but as program producer instead. Community empowerment aims to achieve community independence and welfare. Zakat is a subsystem which can support community empowerment program. It’s consistent with the objective of zakat, which is material and spiritual wellbeing. To encourage the success of the program, there should be support from various parties, including companion and social capital supports.The purpose of the present study was determining the direct effects of companion and social capital on participant of zakat recipient and its impact of economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman. The present study used primary data by involving 72 zakat-receiving micro businesspeople (mustahik businesspeople) in Wonosari Sub-district, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research instrument was questionnaire with likert-5 scale which has high reliability and validity based on Cronbah Alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin values. It is affected by various factors including financial health which is measured by risk-based capital, technical reserve and equity. The study aims at analyzing the effect of these financial health measures on the financial performance of life insurance firms. Secondary data which include financial performance (i.e., return on assets), risk-based capital, technical reserve and equity of thirty three life insurance firms for the periods of 2011-2016 was used. Panel data regression analysis was performed to analyze the obtained data. Financial performance was affected by risk-based capital, technical reserves and equity in different directions. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu  metode penelitian yang mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang terjadi kemudian mencatat secara teliti dan sistematis sesuai dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengendalian intern terhadap piutang sudah dilakukan sejak dini, sehingga konsumen sudah terbiasa melakukan pembayaran sesuai tanggal jatuh tempo dan tepat waktu. Berwirausaha adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi pengangguran. Namun tidak semua orang tertarik untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor internal dan eksternal seseorang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha. Faktor internal dimaksud adalah harga diri, tantangan pribadi, keinginan menjadi bos, inovasi, kepemimpinan, fleksibilitas dan harapan keuntungan sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah lingkungan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 230 orang mahasiswa aktif STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara daring. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi, harapan keuntungan dan lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dan variabel yang dominan adalah inovasi. Berwirausaha menuntut seseorang untuk lebih jeli dalam menangkap peluang ditengah ketatnya persaingan. Inovasi menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi seseorang untuk setidaknya masuk, bertahan dan bersaing. Berwirausaha memberikan fleksibilitas bagi pelakunya dalam mengatur waktu, operasional sampai keuntungan. While the sample is only 100 people. The instruments that use to collect data are through questionnaires and hypothesis testing which is done by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, through the help of SPSS version 17. It is concluded that the Quality of service consisting of variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible simultaneously and partially has significant effect on people’s satisfaction at Health Center of Rantau Badauh Barito Kuala with emphatic variable has the dominant influence. Keywords: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang pernah meminta pelayanan pada Puskesmas Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala yang berjumlah lebih dari 5.000 orang, sedangkan sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 100 orang. Instrument pengumpulan data kuesioner dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f melalui bantuan program SPSS versi 17.
