Methodological bases are substantiated and directions of using of different types of test control in the structure of learning of students during studying of clinical disciplines applied. The improvement of the organization of independent work of students and working off of practical skills in the conditions of partial or full transition to distance learning is defined. The advantages of using such effective assessment methods as clinically oriented test tasks, case methods, online testing, work in small groups, and the use of educational computer programs as the main components of technology of problem-based learning are analyzed. The actualization of such a plan provides an opportunity to view the stages of development of education at the level of educational systems and the impact of value-semantic principles and moral and ethical norms of society on the formation of educational, cultural and upbringing. The author proves the fact that it is impossible to draw conclusions about the results of educational processes without systematizing the influences of society and public demands de jure and / or de facto existing at the level of education systems. The understanding of creativity as an internal structure and set of meshanisms of search actions and creativity person as an individual is given. Creativity is defined as a productive activity, as aresult of which a new product is created, which is distinguished by novelty, originality. At the sam e time, creativity is described as a meaningful, useful, interesting, accessible and harmonious, effective solutions to problems, conflicts, as well as way to self actualization and self expression. Peculiarities of training a future creative foreign language teacher in the condition of education modernization are analyzed. The main features of a creative teacher are determined. The task facing a modern creative foreign language teacher are specified. Emphasis is placed on the need to use didactic games to develop the creative abilities of participants in the educational process. The main aspects of forming a creative active personality of a modern teacher are considered; psychological and pedagogical conditions of development of pedagogical creativity at students of pedagogical specialities are considered. Flexibility of cognitive control was used as a marker for cognitive integrity. 116 respondents aged 56-84 participated in the research. Participants have being learning from 8 to 36 years in their lives. Some of them have even four different educations. Statistically significant correlation between indices of cognitive flexibility and years of education has been obtained in the research. The conclusion that formal education with considerable years of education promotes cognitive well-being has been drawn. Life-long education makes it easy to adapt to challenges of modern world. It is asserted that the term “interrelation” is often used for relationshipsbetween people. It is determined that pedagogical communication is the interaction of the teacher with students and the content is the exchangeof information. It is noted that the interrelations “teacher-student” mean purposeful interaction of subjects of the pedagogical process and aredetermined by general socio-psychological mechanisms, social and role functions of partners and social norms of the institution of higher education. Relationships are distinguished that differ into primary and secondary ones, where it is established that, in contrast to primary relationships, secondary ones (“teacher-student” relationship) are rarely characterized by high emotional involvement and the participants in the relationship can be easily replaced. The three-component model of the mindset is characterized: cognitive (knowledge, understanding by the teacher of the child's inner world), emotional (the teacher's attitude to the student) and behavioral (the choice of means and methods of influence). It is noted that sympathy and antipathy determine the circle of persons with whom contact is maintained in the collective and the assimilation of group norms of behavior is carried out. It has been proven that the enthusiasm for the common cause of students and teachers, friendly disposition, combined with an interest in science, in a future profession, give rise to a joint creative search. The article provides a justification for the relevance of the study of clip thinking in the aspect of functional asymmetry of the brain. Today there are significant changes in the cognitive style of perception and processing of new information by modern youth due to the active usage of various gadgets. Such changes significantly affect the peculiarities of working with educational information in applicants for secondary special and higher education. The authors give a decisive role in these changes to the factor of functional asymmetry of the brain, which depends on the features of cognitive activity in this aspect. The article analyzes modern research on this issue, in particular, the content and relationship of the concepts of \"functional asymmetry of the brain\" and \"clip thinking\". There is presented empirical study, as a result of which it was found that the activity of the right frontal part of the brain dominates in the perception of information with the majority of respondents. Also, it was found that the so-called \"clip thinking\" is inherent in less than half of the subjects. It has been summed up that professional online learning nowadays demands a rather high level of skills and competencies formation in implementation of online self-regulated learning, and ,especially, self-control being its dominating component under pandemic and lockdown. The current article deals with technological, psychological, social and emotional difficulties which students-beginners face in the online learning process. The views of foreign and Ukrainian scholars are offered on the students’ online self-control profiling types , and their impact on academic performance, the quality and outcomes of University learning. This requires a review of the training conditions for future teachers, taking into account the development of senior specialized school and the needs of the modern labor market in specialists who have formed the relevant general and professional competencies. The purpose of the article is to specify the methods and means of forming intercultural competence of future primary school teachers who carry out educational activities in a multicultural environment. In the process of research methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, systematization of identification of scientific approaches to the decision of the specified problem, theoretical generalization of results of research were used. It is shown that the training of future teachers in free economic education and its further effective innovative and humanistic educational activities in schools that operate in a multicultural environment is one of the leading tasks of education reform in Ukraine.
