After all, the main goal of inclusive higher education is not only to eliminate barriers to access of students with special educational needs to the development of their natural potential, but also to enable them to achieve maximum independence, competence, competitiveness as necessary qualities and prerequisites for effective self-realization. It is proved that the effectiveness of the process of optimization of education and upbringing of students with special needs in higher education institutions depends on a set of organizational and pedagogical aspects. The first organizational and pedagogical aspect is the formation of a high level of readiness of teachers to carry out activities aimed at optimizing the teaching and education of students with special needs in higher education institutions. The second aspect of optimizing the education and upbringing of students with special needs is the development and implementation of a program of full inclusion of people with special educational needs in the educational process of higher education institutions. It provides primarily semantic and methodological support of this process on the basis of a holistic system approach. The third aspect optimization of education and upbringing of students with special needs is the formation of the educational space of higher education institution tolerant to the inclusion of people with special educational needs. The fourth organizational and pedagogical aspect of optimizing the education and upbringing of students with special needs in higher education institutions is defined - pedagogical monitoring of the relevant process.","PeriodicalId":261606,"journal":{"name":"EUROPEAN HUMANITIES STUDIES: State and Society","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124108229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Rozina","doi":"10.38014/ehs-ss.2020.3-2.02","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.38014/ehs-ss.2020.3-2.02","url":null,"abstract":"The relevance of the research is related to the need for studying the character of psychosomatic disorders in adolescence, which is insufficiently investigated and requires more in-depth research, in particular designing a comprehensive program that includes a system of training exercises to overcome psychosomatic disorders. The problem of studying psychosomatic relationships is one of the most difficult problems of modern psychology and medicine, despite the fact that the close connection between mental and somatic has been studied for several centuries. Mental trauma is a leading cause of neuroses formation and progress, its pathogenic significance is determined by the complex interaction with many other factors being a result of an individual’s life, formation of his body and personality, especially in adolescence. The subject of the research is to study special features of psychosomatic disorders, as well as to design a program for adolescents with signs of neurotic disorders. The subject matter of the research is the peculiarities of psychosomatic disorders manifestation and neurotic signs in adolescence. The article presents a theoretical analysis of modern approaches in psychology to the study of psychosomatic disorders peculiarities, their classification, considering the signs of neurotic disorders in adolescence. The work analyzes age characteristics of psychosomatic disorders in adolescence. Modern adolescents are exposed to various stressors, to the impact of audiovisual information, school overload, extra classes, exams, and a special problem that is a change in quality of life and prevalence of alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction, especially drug addiction among adolescents. The complex of these factors has negative consequences both on a psychological and physical level. Most authors who study the causes of psychosomatic illnesses recognize the important role of parents in the development of mentally and physically healthy children. Many studies highlight the role of early mother-child relationships in the formation of psychosomatic pathology. Various violations of this relationship usually lead to abnormalities in a child’s development. (M. Mahler, E. T. Eidemiller, Yustitskis, D. Winnicott, M. Klein). The results of an empirical study aimed at identifying signs of psychosomatic disorders are considered. The following methods were used: observation, questionnaires, and such methods as diagnosis of neurotic disorders in adolescence (DND), diagnosis of the level of school anxiety by Phillips, “Non-existent animal” by M.Z. Drukarevich. The peculiarities of designing and testing the correction program, which is aimed at reducing the signs of neurotic manifestations in adolescence, are revealed. Objectives of the correction program are: searching for interaction of adolescents with society, finding and testing skills of effective response to external stimuli; increasing the level of self-esteem; removal of emotional tension; reducing an","PeriodicalId":261606,"journal":{"name":"EUROPEAN HUMANITIES STUDIES: State and Society","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116443924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Directly, the pandemic has led to the closure of enterprises in countries with a high percentage of patients, a sharp increase in demand for everyday products, speculation in the market of certain goods: antiviral drugs, sanitary masks, disinfectants. Quarantine has negative consequences for the economy, directly or indirectly affecting the shutdown of entire sectors of the economy or reduce their productivity. Economic ruin will result in tens of millions of people losing their jobs as trade and production simply cease. Trade, logistics and transport are the most powerful drivers of modern economic growth. Business is facing a scarce financial flow and a hitherto unknown supply crisis. The population loses income as a result of forced downtime and current solvency. Ukrainian and world medical systems are not ready for coronavirus treatment. For the scientific and medical world, the current experience of countering the Covid-19 outbreak will be extremely valuable. Isolation divides people into two types: some enjoy home comfort and free time, while others do not find a place and want to regain their freedom as soon as possible. But in the end, quarantine will negatively affect the psychological and physical health of both the first and the second, because we are social beings and long solitude has a devastating effect on us. An event of this magnitude can't but affect our psychological state: forced isolation, inability to do many familiar things and see live with friends and family, news of the growing number of infected and dead, fear for themselves and loved ones cause anxiety and tension even in those who does not feel it at other times.","PeriodicalId":261606,"journal":{"name":"EUROPEAN HUMANITIES STUDIES: State and Society","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121429648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ignoring the manifestations of cognitive impairment is primarily due to the fact that the range of cognitive abilities has individual characteristics for each person and therefore their definition does not have clear criteria for evaluation. The article presents the traditional methods of psychodiagnostics studies for identifying cognitive disorders, depressive states, individual typological features in the military with mental and behavioral disorders due to alcohol consumption to improve the quality of diagnosis and further medical support for patients in this category. Typical symptoms in this group of patients were: sleep disturbances; low mood; unexpected attacks of anger, indignation, unreasonable fear; anxiety; irritability, autonomic disorders, depression. According to the informed consent, we used several standardized neuropsychological tests, which had high characteristics of validation and reliability, to study the individual psychological differences of patients, according to the literature [1,2]. Emotional disturbances were assessed before and after treatment using the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale [10], which determined short-term and long-term memory in patients; auditory functions were studied according to the method of A.Luria; to conduct a clock drawing test, the subject was asked to draw a clock, the results of which indicated that the patient had clinically significant cognitive impairment; G. Eisenko's questionnaire was used to identify the main individual personality traits; Spielberger-Hanin questionnaire was used to assess the manifestations of reactive and personal anxiety [7]; the level of depression was determined by the Tsung scale. To objectively assess the pain response, dynamic recording of pupil diameter (pupillometry) was used to determine the human autonomic response [13] and a visual analog scale (VAS). According to the results of the study, it was found that in patients of both groups - 86 people (main and control) revealed up to 50% borderline cognitive impairment, which can be considered a reliable prognostic informative sign of the mental state of patients. Low anxiety on the Spielberger-Hanin scale has been reported in patients with depressive symptoms. All other screening diagnostic scales revealed borderline cognitive impairment in all patients. Thus, it has been proven that borderline cognitive impairment in patients with mental and behavioral disorders due to alcohol use interacts with depression, which significantly affects cognitive abilities. To eliminate cognitive impairment (CI), patients of both groups were offered a comprehensive traditional treatment with the additional use of the metabolic drug cytoflavin. Literature sources [8] confirm the expediency of using a complex metabolic neuroprotectiv","PeriodicalId":261606,"journal":{"name":"EUROPEAN HUMANITIES STUDIES: State and Society","volume":"235 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131543597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
