The entry of a higher pedagogical school into the European educational space is a complex and multifaceted task that requires the study of the best foreign experience in ensuring the quality of teacher training in the context of deepening European integration. Inside the education system teachers have a complex mission as far as the production and reproduction of official and unofficial school knowledge is concerned. The analysis of teacher education and training institutions development, and the recentpolicy initiatives and legislation, suggest that these Departments Teacher Education Policies and Developments in Europe are under the influences of diverse social and political forces. The concept of a psychological security of an individual, its structural components, criteria and factors of influence are taken into account; features of a psychological security of a specialist in extreme conditions are examined. It has been established that a person’s professional activity has an impact on his/her physical, mental, and social health, leading to specific forms of mental disorders. This is especially evident in the activities of health professionals. Peculiarities of structural components concerning psychological security of a nurse, namely the motivationalvolitional, value-semantic, and inner comfort components are studied. The following research methods are used: the viability test by S. Maddy (adapted by D. Leontiev and O. Rasskazova) and “The scale of professional activity motivation” by K. Zamfir (modified by A. Rean) to study the motivational-volitional component of psychological security of an individual; the method of difficult life conditions by D.O. Leontiev to study the value-semantic component; the questionnaire “State of health in extreme conditions” by A. Volkov and N. Vodopianova to study the inner comfort of an individual. Spearman’s correlation method was used for statistical analysis. The results of the study allow us to talk about the heterogeneous andnon-linear dynamics in gerotranscendence formation. Gerotranscendence increases with age, which corresponds to the formation of positive attitude to aging, understanding that each age stage is unique, giving its own advantages in the development of personality. At the same time gender features of gerotranscendence have shown that women in general are more ready to accept age changes and themselves. The paper presents survey results aimed at defining the attitude of students and academic staff towards online learning, highlighting the drawbacks of mentioned above type of education as well as development and implementation of required online resources based on methods and tools that can be used during online learning in order to enhance students’ academic performance. The influential peculiarities of distance learning have been suggested and a comparative analysis of traditional and distance learning under the conditions of quarantine has been carried out. The main focus is on the problem of introducing an internal quality assurance system in higher education institutions. The block entitled: \"Existence of internal quality assurance system\" of the research \"Development of internal quality assurance systems in Ukrainian higher education institutions\" conducted by National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (2020) was analyzed: to outline the main problems in the practice of implementation of internal quality assurance systems, to definition of the basic approaches to organizational maintenance, coordination, functioning of such systems. Using testing, we use the method of researching the level of student's knowledge, abilities and skills. Standardized tasks, namely tests (tasks related to each other), are solved using the basic knowledge available after studying the discipline and logical approaches. «Standardization of medicines» is discipline that studies the development of medicines (drugs) quality standards that ensure an appropriate level of quality of medicines. It is based on the material of pharmaceutical chemistry and is the logical conclusion of the study of a complex of chemical pharmaceutical sciences.
