Huliak","doi":"10.38014/ehs-ss.2022.1.07","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.38014/ehs-ss.2022.1.07","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the issues of intellectual and spiritual improvement of personality in the process of foreign language training of future specialists in tourism and economics, whose viability can be facilitated, above all, by quality education that emphasizes the return to the human-oriented model of society development and the realization of the humanistic potential of the general cultural context as a means of preventing conflicts and contradictions within a culture. The article traces how the actualization of this aspect determines the educational intentions in the process of teaching foreign languages, in particular to students majoring in tourism and economics, as well as what conditions should be created to implement these educational intentions in the context of foreign language training. Thus, the purpose of this study is to consider the educational intentions of foreign language training of future experts in tourism and economics through the prism of intellectual and spiritual development of the personality in the process of its professional formation, as well as to focus on the laws of personal and professional evolvement in education in a broad sense as a process of mastering a social experience, cultural advancements of the nation, and the values of universal culture. The methodological basis for the interpretation of the issues raised is taking into account the fundamental principles of psychological, pedagogical and linguistic science concerning the laws of personality formation in the process of its cognitive activity, and the role of language in cognition, and evolvement of consciousness and self-consciousness in the context of cultural experience. The study concludes that in an increasingly global and digital information society, there is a contradiction between awareness in certain fields and areas and the appropriate quality of knowledge, whose truth is confirmed by practice, and whose effectiveness is the result of knowledgebased beliefs, and value priorities of the individual. Thus connections are indicated between (1) the objectivist paradigm with the time prescribed; (2) the constructivist-cum-interpretative paradigm with the assigned and shared with others; (3) the transformative paradigm with one’s own prescribed time. The analysis of the study of the informatization of the educational process to achieve educational goals was presented. It was noted that electronic educational resources contribute to improving the quality of training of future specialists. Electronic educational resources have significant informational, didactic and communication capabilities. Electronic educational resources have the following functions: knowledge management, communication, joint student activity in macro and micro groups, knowledge control and assessment. Future educators learned about industry standards in higher education, the scientific foundations of professional activity, the essence of theoretical, methodological and technological training, the readiness of a future educator to learn methods of preschool education. The quality ofassimilation of teaching material by future educators depends on the use of electronic educational resources. It was found that the use of electronic educational resources is associated with the following aspects: educational and methodological aspects, such as the gradual assimilation of material by modules; organizational aspects, such as conducting training in a group and individually; aspects of control and evaluation, such as exercising control based on materials from a discipline. The consistent mastering by master's degree students of semantic modules of academic discipline by means of tools of electronic educational resources is presented. In different paradigms, they could be called modes of being, existentials, onotological constructs, etc. - mandatory and necessary dimensions, levels, the sphere of development of life - and individual potential - of a particular person. Here they will be considered both in the context of the historical past and the historical present: how they manifest themselves in the life of a particular person (or a particular generation as a whole) and how they can be used to analyze what is happening and model the future - historical and one's own. Georgy Chelpanov's teachings about the Social, the Individual and - about Time were presented as a model example of interpretive models. The methods of theorizing and modeling in this study were the principles of classical ontology, hermeneutics, historical-critical analysis, comparative analysis, meaningful reconstruction and ontologically oriented interpretation. The purpose of the study is to show the ontological relationship of these levels of development of human being, the impossibility of extracting / rejecting any of them - for a holistic attitude to one's life and living one's life as an integral entity. The importance of it especially high in the post-industrial era-based on information, knowledge, and creativity. As the goal behind education is the preparation of the student for the world, in which he or she will live and operate, it should aim at the stimulation of the student's creative potential. By nature, the human is a creative individual. The goal of education is the intellectual and individual development of the student, for which reason it should pursue the development of the student'screative potential and creative lifestyle. The four most important aspects of creativity are dispositions, achievements, process, and the environmental pressure. In the process of education, it is most important to concentrate on the development of creativity in the sense of disposition (creative potential). All of these factors play an important role in the way a language learner will approach their language learning as well as in the degree of autonomy of a given individual. Modern technologies together with the internet and the access to mobile applications may help a language learner in developing their autonomy in L2 or L3 language acquisition. The significance and features of transformations taking place in the field of higher education in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic are revealed. Educational and noneducational problems faced by participants in the educational process are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of psychological health and psychological well-being of students and teachers.
