It was stated that the prevention of ostracism in the educational environment is one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century. Introducing the psychosocial support program of ostracizers to educational environments may be a long-term solution to the problem. The program aims to provide qualified support to children who tend to ostracize and display deviant behavior; assist them in developing constructive communication skills, self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-regulation skills; establish friendly and respectful relationships with each other; develop partnership and cooperation skills and competencies. The main factor in the program's effectiveness is the involvement of a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, teachers, social workers, and speech-language pathologists (SLP). Substantiation of the Individual approach to student’s first year necessity in process of adaptation made in this work. Such adaptational mechanisms as a Customisation, Adjustment, Reprodusement, Interedition, Creation, Management and Self-Management are distinguished here. Successful adaptational criterions are noticed in this article. There are such as Cognitive, Motivative, Effective, Informational, Will-Power and Emotional. The actual transitional period of the first year Student's effective individual didactic adaptation are point out at that item. Correlation between adaptation and self-realization processes of the students’ first recruitment are determined. Objective and subjective circumstances complex of the successful of the psychological security of Personality of the war described here. In our research the practical psychological and pedagogical recommendations about the Personality's Student adaptation properties development and improvement the quality of education was made for higher school teachers, academical groups curators, student's parents and student's leaders. The importance and benefits of using innovative methods in teaching foreign languages, which provides the development of communicative, professional and creative competencies and stimulate the need for a future specialist’s self-education is discovered. The implementation of innovative means of teaching foreign languages have a positive effect at motivation of students and the end result of learning – level of language acquisition is found in it. The formation of readiness for the innovation activity of future teachers-philologists is one of the main tasks of the educational process from a higher school is accented attention. The conceptual approaches of forming the professional competence of teacher-philologists are analyzed; socioculture bases, its contribute of formation and development of personality specialist are grounded in it. The theoretical aspects of the problem of readiness to innovation activity are analyzed, the meaning of «interactive methods», »innovation means«, «preparation». The purpose of this article consists in the research of innovative means of teaching in the professional preparation of future teachersphilologists, regarding the possibility theirs using in the educational process of establishments higher education. Results. The professional development of the future teacher of philological subjects – the process is complicated and lengthy. Theoretical and practical study is a necessary part during of future teacher’s master of system or research knowledge in the branch of philological subjects in conjunction with general professional training. The problem of using interactive methods in the preparation of teacher-philologists of higher school is considered in the article. The readiness to innovation teaching activities – particularly personal status of teacher, which implies the presence of a motivational approach to the professional activity. Thus, the analysis of the scientific and methodological literature has shown that innovative interactive methods, in contrast to traditional teaching methods, are more effective. As a result, there is not only a transformation of goals, from teaching a foreign language to learning speaking a foreign language, but also rethinking the role of teacher and students. The use of innovative teaching means of teaching during learning of English allows building a new model, where dominant place belongs of future specialist of philological is determined in it. It is obvious that it will be time of a great co-operation of nations, of an enormous exchange of people, goods and ideas. The basic condition to effective, creative and secure life in such a society is high level of tolerance and cultural openness. Tolerance is a disposition to be indulgent towards those who opinion and costumes are different, cultural openness is a disposition to be not only tolerant, but also actively a lively interested in other cultures. However, many local European societies have many troubles in this area. Nationalism is still strong in Europe, still provokes conflicts. In the results of our research we can see, that In Poland today programme of teaching is much more open to other nations and culture than used to be in the past (before the war and in the period of communism). The global results of almost every person tested are encouraging – they are positive which shows that generally both teachers and pupils are tolerant and open to other cultures. But some aspects are less optimistic. First of all, the investigation shows, that results of pupils are higher that results of teachers. It means, that Polish school could be obstacle rather than stimulation in the process of opening to other cultures. An analysis of the causes of what happened today should be carried out not with a theoretical, but with an instrumental goal: its results should provide a clear understanding and specific tools of influence – «here and now» – on what is happening, since the war is relevant, it unfolds in real time and space, taking real lives and destroying real cities of a real country - Ukraine. The article analyzes war as a Phenomenon and a terrible Reality that occurs and unfolds «here and now»... An ontological analysis of the principle of inequality is undertaken – as a deep mechanism for the coexistence and interaction of states, whose value, discursive, existential and other differences inevitably lead to wars, if systemic “instruments of deterrence” are not purposefully and methodically introduced. Аnd the rules of mutual observance of common values in the process of their existence and life. The attitudes to the Past (History), Truth and the Other are analyzed as ontological foundations of the subjectivity of the state, dysfunctions within which lead to tragic crises, including war. Antinomic (opposite and invariably accompanying each other) traitssigns of societies-cultures are presented, which lead to antagonism and the impossibility of peaceful coexistence, since they reveal an essential, ontological contradiction – the inequality of values. The purpose of the theoretical research is to determine the pedagogical problems of the development of entrepreneurial competence of students in institutions of vocational education in Ukraine after 2014 and until now. Theoretical (analysis, comparison, classification, systematization of data) and empirical research methods (interviews and observations) were used to identify such problems as youth employment, mobility; the content and quality of vocational education; readiness of vocational teachers to implement the competence approach in the educational process; adaptation of the educational process; the content, theory and practice in education; state standards in vocational education; low prestige of vocational education in society; legislation of Ukraine for self-employment, deregulation in business; harmonization of the professional education system of Ukraine with EU education. But it turned out that pedagogical and socio-economic problems co-exist together being a challenge for the development of entrepreneurial competence among students of vocational educational institutions. In order to solve pedagogical problems, the need to develop educational programs for the economic disciplines “Financial Literacy”, “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment”, methodological recommendations were substantiated for the effective development of entrepreneurial competence among students. To reduce the negative impact of socio-economic problems on the development of entrepreneurial competence among graduates of vocational educational institutions, it was suggested developing and submitting recommendations to the Chamber of Commerce, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and relevant ministries, although the determination of socioeconomic problems were not considered to be the purpose of this study. The author emphasizes insufficient information coverage of the theme, despite its high urgency. The author defines basic directions of studies: studies of training the future medical PhDs and studies of shaping their academic communicative competence. Another classification of the future medical PhDs training can be classified in the following groups: studies of shaping the scientific research competence in future PhDs, Studies of shapingacademic competence in future PhDs, studies of shaping the pedagogical competence in future PhDs and studies of shaping the professional competence in medical PhDs. The studies of shaping the skills of future research are represented by papers by V.Miniajlo, O.M. Spirin, S. Nikolajeva, who emphasize shaping the research skills of future PhDs as the key training component. The authors stress upon the importance of informational education of future PhDs as the basic components of their training. The article describes the studies of shaping the academic competence within training future PhDs (O. Semenog), dwelling on the modernity of the term. The studies of teaching professional specialized and teaching competences by M. Filonenko and I.Panchenko are dedicated to shaping both the academic and teaching skills during the PhDs training. The significance of academic culture shaping, was studies by several scientists, of which the professional training was covered by V.Lekhan, I.Klishch and L.Lymar. Some Russian scientists studied peculiarities of distance training of the aspirants(postgraduate position in Russia), though they neglect and arrogantly treat this type of education. The article separates basic directions of the studies: studies of teaching the PhDs in “Healthcare” and studies of shaping the academic communicative competence of the last.
