Institutional Changes in Contemporary Theatre 当代戏剧的制度变迁

But there is anothercriterion, not purely artistic, according to which artistically different phenomena of contemporary theatre could be united in wholeness. It is an institutional kind of criterion. Contemporary state of theatre as a kind of art could not be clearly described and then productively investigated without interpretation of those strong and deep transformations that have happened to theatre as a kind of societal institution. The thing is that researchers usually do observe artistic and societal qualities of art separately. Of course, it is one of the results of knowledge coming into depth and getting specialized, but sometimes it seems as if in development of art there were two divided processes – artistic, on the one hand, and societal, on the other hand. In reality, this development is one and whole total process with many various aspects. To keep in mind the unity of artistic and societal transformations of theatrical art is the challenge for methodological discourse within any aesthetic investigation in this field. Institutional theory of art, according to the author’s point of view, is the very case of methodological attitude that allows a researcher stay realistic in relation to the abovementioned unity. There is the key point that demonstrates it – the approach of the institutional theory of art to the problem of psychical distance between performance and spectators, its historical institutionalization in the phenomenon of classical and the following changes within this institutional state that finally brought theatre from classical to non-classical aesthetic regime. Institutional theory looks at this transition as artistic in the inspiriting causes, but societal is focused on fixation of their results. So, this theory allows an aesthetic observer keep the balance on the blade of the artistic and the societal contents of the institutional state of contemporary theatre. It adopted a qualitative approach. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. Simple random sampling and convenience sampling were both employed in the selection of participants for the study. The results show that most phone users prefer to use their phones to make voice calls than to send text messages. Observations and responses from the respondents showed that students and general users of smart phones had easy access to information. Omotoyinbo","doi":"10.13165/SMS-16-8-2-01","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.13165/SMS-16-8-2-01","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this article is to show that the massive quest by governments and stakeholders to integrate technology into education, with little or no consideration for undesirable outcomes, is dangerous because technologies are not value-neutral. The aim of the article is also to encourage social-determinism, in that social and national values determine the choice of educational technology (edtech) to be adapted and integrated. The first section involves a conceptual clarification of edtech. We take the common desire for the use of edtech in developing societies as an indication that it is considered value-neutral. We also present “value-neutrality” as a development that stems from the philosophy of technology, and consider three senses in which technology could be deemed value-neutral. The second section is an analysis of the value-neutrality of edtech in light of these three senses of the term. We note faults with regard to the value-neutrality of edtech, and use the third section to assess the value-ladenness of technology by means of two senses in which it could be considered valueladen. We further explore a way to properly conceive the idea of the value-ladenness of edtech. The fourth section contains a positivistic explanation of the three ways in which edtech could be considered value-laden, and a brief suggestion on how best to react to this concept. We identify that edtech is not value-neutral because it involves elements that are inclined towards moral evaluation. It is instead value-laden, not as a moral agent but as a moral entity with significant influences on human actions and values. Edtech could influence undesirable values in students, and may also change educational and national values. Tyrinėjimo problema atspindi tradicinės ir naujosios teisės sankirtos sritį Islamo valstybėje, kurioje santuokos institutas įgauna naujų bruožų. Tradicinė Islamo teisė, kuri sudaro Maroko teisinės sistemos pagrindą, neatitiko siuolaikinės visuomenės poreikių ir vertybių. 2004 m. Maroke įgyvendinta Seimos teisės reforma, siekiant VII a. religines normas pritaikyti siandienos socialinei aplinkai ir kartu islaikyti bei užtikrinti islamo tradicijų testinumą. Pagrindinis reformos uždavinys – pertvarkyti seimos modelį taip, kad būtų įtvirtinti musulmonų visuomenės pokyciai, nulemti urbanizacijos, ekonominio vystymosi ir kitų veiksnių, kartu issaugant dalies kodifikuotos Islamo teisės ir vietinių tradicijų socialines bei kultūrines israiskas. Naujajame Seimos kodekse, laikantis Islamo nuostatų, santuoka reglamentuojama modernia dvasia:nustatoma abiejų sutuoktinių teisių ir pareigų lygybė, apribojama poligamija ir pan. Usually the term is related to the sphere of preschool and elementary classroom training, as it is one of the most important predictors of reading in normally developing children. However, when it comes to adult teaching, for example non-native English philology students, an in-depth study of phonetics is a necessity. The nature of the subject requires building cumulative knowledge, ear-training and taking a good grasp in phonology of both native and target languages, i.e. developing their phonological awareness. When combined with poetry of the studied language, it may become an interesting and motivating activity, leading to a better understanding of the language, phonetic proficiency as well as expansion of the general knowledge of English literature. The main objectives of this article are 1) to discuss the general terminology and content of phonological awareness 2) to share experience on how poetry may be applied as a successful teaching tool for developing students’ phonological awareness. Personalo darbo vieta – senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūra Svedijoje ir Danijoje. Analizuojama medžiaga buvo sukaupta tarpvalstybinio projekto CareSam metu. Vykdant projektą, personalui, prižiūrinciam senyvo amžiaus žmones, buvo sudaryta galimybė pateikti savo požiūrį į klausimą „Kaip galima įprasminti senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūros profesiją Danijos ir Svedijos kontekstuose?“ Straipsnyje apžvelgiami keli aspektai. Viena vertus, aptariami senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūros sferoje dirbancių įvairaus rango personalo grupių susitikimai mokymosi bei bendravimo erdvėse. Kita vertus, pastebima senjorų ir jų priežiūros įvairovės apibrėžties siaurėjimo tendencija. Atliktas empirinis tyrimas mokymosi, priežiūros ir politiniais aspektais, interpretuojami pokalbiai, filmas ir projekto grupių veikla. Teorinė tyrimo metodologija susijusi su ekologinio formavimosi modeliu, perauganciu į entrekologinį (angl. entrecology) modelį. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidžia, kad Svedijoje dirbantis personalas linkes į instrukcijomis grįstą darbą bei atliekamas pareigas, o Danijos priežiūros darbuotojai lankstesni, linke labiau vertinti laiką, skirtą bendrauti su senyvo amžiaus žmonėmis. Nustatyta, kad svedų senjorų priežiūros sektoriaus darbuotojai labiau susitelke į veiklas nei Danijos specialistai. Konstatuota, kad tarp Svedijos ir Danijos senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūros srityje dirbancių asmenų esama daug skirtumų – ir organizacinių, ir struktūrinių. Danijos senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūros sferos darbuotojai savo profesinėje veikloje yra labiau entrepreneriski. Teigtina, kad tiriant ir lyginant profesinį bendradarbiavimą, įmanu prisidėti prie žinių, tapatumo ir asmens pozicijos formavimo. Keli profesiniai požiūriai gali leisti kokybiskiau įsigilinti į senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūrą, svarstant profesijos prasmingumą. Tarpvalstybinė tyrimo dimensija, susijusi su įsiklausymu į įvairias nuomones, suteikia tvaresnį pagrindą rastis žinioms, įprasmina senyvo amžiaus žmonių priežiūros profesiją. Since both the sensory and synesthetic studies have intensified over the last few decades, there has naturally been a need to recognize and articulate synesthesia in various layers of culture. Synaesthesia in theology has not been thoroughly and consistently researched, so this article outlines possible guidelines for such research from sensory research, opening up anthropological foundations and cultural dynamics, then exploring the tradition of spiritual senses in Christian theology, starting with Origen thinking and reviewing the patristic, medieval mystic tradition and turning to the return of the doctrine of spiritual senses to theology in the 20th century. Consistent attention is given to the synesthetic assumptions of theological aesthetics. Some of the best Russian novels of the 21st century (by authors such as Alexander Chudakov and Eugene Vodolazkin) are genetically linked to hagiography, while Maya Kucherskaya adapts the genre of patericon. Similar processes are characteristic of modern Russian elevated poetry. Timur Kibirov’s collection, Greek and Roman Catholic Songs and Nursery Rhymes, reflects the Evangelic realities of a new era. In his poetry collection Tsaritsa Subbota, Sergei Kruglov turns to the Old Testament. Alexei Ushakov, Olga Sedakova and Sergei Averintsev are brilliant poets who, in their poetry and translations, turn to the religious and philosophical paradigm. The current stage of spiritual Russian literature differs from the post-Perestroika period. The Russian poets and writers of the latter were inspired by the very possibility of freedom and the opportunity to address theological topics and problems and bridge the gap after 70 years of silence. Today, Russian writers feel more confident in the realm of theological problems. They need it to cover current events and contemporary life. The literature of the 21st century “came out of the ghetto” and has accumulated some experience, which enabled it to become prose. The main character of Chudakov’s novel of modern Christian prose first gives a new understanding of the actual tradition of Russian literature – a picture of the world from today’s point of view, and the ways and methods of its description. The predecessors of the literary process today are not so much Dostoevsky and Tolstoy with their novel form, but rather –Old Russian writers such as Leskov, Chekhov, and to a certain extent Bunin. Most writers create cycles of stories, united by a single protagonist or author’s narrative. The objective of the research is to show the possibilities of developing entrepreneurship in university studies. Students of MRU, VU, VGTU and LEU participated in the research. Research methods were the following: 1. Theoretical – analysis of scientific literature, analysis of EU and Lithuanian documents regulating entrepreneurship, analysis of study curriculum and strategic plans in MRU, VU, VGTU and LEU; 2. Empirical research – questionnaires for students about possibilities of developing entrepreneurship at university; 3. Statistical method – descriptive statistics. The results of the research. Having analyzed the data, the results showed that conceptions of entrepreneurship and its development do not differ in all 4 universities; they are the same in MRU, VU, VGTU and LEU. Students agree that it is a must to develop entrepreneurship in institutions of higher education but they do not know if such studies can be chosen in their curriculum. Also, they are not interested in the activities about developing entrepreneurship and have no idea if they are enterprising themselves. Students do not know if such a subject as developing entrepreneurship is present in their curriculum and if they can freely choose it themselves. Students would like to have developing entrepreneurship as a subject in their study curriculum which they would be able to choose freely by themselves. The results of the research have shown that entrepreneurship is best developed in MRU and VU.
