The author raises the scientific discourse resulting, on the one hand, from the acceptance of a set of logistic paradigms, and, on the other hand, from the existence of the potential of the space of definition essentially linked to the heterogeneity of the needs of the actors of the urban space. Therefore, it emphasizes the need for reflection on systems and processes in relation to urban logistics, as well as understanding in the context of the proposed methodological scheme: characteristic - property - advantage - benefit (CPAB). The author offers a holistic vision of scheduling, however treating it as a creative alternative that does not exclude other possibilities.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116947676","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In fact, it made the world work remotely during several months and created an assorted uncertainty for medical service recipients. Thus, anticipating novel everyday patient income in relation to the COVID-19 has become pivotal for clinical, political, and different authorities who handle on a daily basis, COVID-19 related planned operations. Current machine learning draws near, in an attempt to get dynamic results. This work intends to demonstrate the wayan Emergency Department (ED) is able to use machine-learning approaches during the daily patient flow forecasting for better management in an emergency department. Thus, it is essential to test five different supervised machine-learning approaches by evaluating their coefficient of determination (R2) to figure the everyday patient flow income for better management.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117087812","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem consists of selecting a subset of commodities available in the transportation network and assigning them to optimal routes for truckers in their return journeys to reduce the empty miles. The objective is to increase truckers' total profit while respecting the constraints of availability and time windows. To simplify the complex constraints of the problem, we transform it into a kind of am-TSPTW. Then, based on this transformation, we adapt a reactive tabu search (RTS) to solve it. The offered RTS is assessed and compared with the CPLEX solver on randomly generated data from the literature. The results prove that the RTS significantly beats the CPLEX regarding solution quality and CPU time.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115418419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The changing role of women in society in recent decades raises the question of whether differences in mobility play a key role. Human mobility is undergoing an evolution towards a greener mode based on vehicle sharing and travel between two or more people in urban and suburban areas. Our research examines the gender differences in carpooling and the main determinants of this daily practice in Tunisia. In its current form, this paper addresses the phenomenon of carpooling among Tunisians. We study user behavior by referring to their travel patterns and transportation habits to identify the individuals exhibiting this behavior. The data collection method for our study is a web-based survey. A total of 1082 responses were compiled using this method, highlighting the characteristics of men's and women's travel on Tunisian territory. Our main results demonstrate the importance of age, marital status, and socio-occupational category in determining female ridesharing profiles. Almost four in five female carpoolers are under the age of 30, compared to less than 50 percent of men, and only one in four men are married, compared to 30 percent of women.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127379583","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite the importance of using these Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in many areas of life, the issue of acceptance and use has been and continues to be of interest to many researchers. The objective of this paper is to find out the determinants of acceptance and use of ICT in the field of payment of port dues in the case of cross-border trade. In this study, 144 users of the multi-channel payment platforms for rights of way at Moroccan ports were interviewed. After processing the collected data, the results of the study showed that the ease of use as well as the perceived usefulness of these new means of payment positively impacted users' attitudes towards these payment solutions and subsequently increased the percentage of usage, which reconfirms previous tests of the validity of the TAM and T AM2 Technology Acceptance Model.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127444674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While at the same time, the application of the lean manufacturing tools has reduced the wastes and improving efficiency. The technologies of industry 4.0 have facilitated the management of production flows from the raw material to the delivery of the finished product to the final customer. Several technologies have been used to manage the workflow, such as Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, machine learning, security, Big data, Block chain, Deep learning, Digitization, and Cyber-physical system (CPS), without knowing the best of these technologies are adapted to the management of production flows. Therefore, there is an increased need for automated solutions in the production flow management (PFM) in order to increasing the production efficiency and reduce the lead times by using these industry 4.0 technologies. Such solutions need to replace the manual effort and creating new ways of innovation technologies and development. The aims of this paper is the study the application of industry 4.0 technologies to manage the production flow in automotive industry. The first part is based on the literature; it reviews the main characteristics of the growing trend of outsourcing and summarizes the existing research on the maintenance of airport facilities. The second part aims to present the different tools applied to the study that managers will draw on to make a good maintenance outsourcing decision in the airport industry. In terms of maintenance outsourcing decision criteria, this study is relevant, and timely because all the research in the airport industry on outsourcing has been developed by considering only airlines and aircraft maintenance, without ever dealing with airport facilities. Having the primary tools to make such strategic decisions could make airports more flexible and agile.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130531339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
