During the first stage, a non-parametrical DEA method (Data Envelopment Analysis) provided us with the means to compare efficiency scores of 30 ports related to 9 European countries, these ports deemed as the largest container ports. During the second stage, we have used a truncated bootstrap regression so as to identify the determinants of the technical efficiency. Results show that an intense inter-port competition leads to over-investment and a decrease in technical efficiency.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130014754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our methodology is based on a theoretical framework associated with the dimensions of sustainability (economic, social, environmental, territorial and health). We mobilize a database resulting from 121 surveys conducted among producers, distributors and consumers. To process the collected data, we have chosen the method of weighting the sub-indicators by maximizing scores from the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach and the method of weighting by arithmetic means. The results show that the overall durability of SCF&V/Meknes has improved considerably, especially during the strict containment related to COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134004264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to reschedule the delayed interventions, a quantification of the decline in activity is necessary. The aim of this work was to evaluate compared to 2019 the reduction in trauma and orthopedic surgical activity during 2020. Methods: This is a retrospective analytical study performed in the orthopedic surgery department B4 of the Hassan II University Hospital of Fez, comparing the surgical activity of the department in 2020 with the reference year 2019. Including all patients operated in the department during these two years. The data collected were: dates of interventions, surgical indications, type of intervention, type of hospitalization and time of occupation of the operating room. The comparison was made by calculating the variation between the two years according to months, type of surgery and surgical categories. The data received were entered and processed in Excel 2013. Different proportions were compared using a Chi2 test. Results: We observed a decrease in the overall activity of the service of 46% between 2019 and 2020 (1022 and 551 interventions respectively). The oncology activity recognized the largest drop of 72%. Ambulatory and orthopedic activities decreased by 64% and 62%. Approximately 1109 hours of surgery will need to be rescheduled to make up for the canceled operating program. Conclusion: Surgical activity has clearly decreased after the decision to confine and postpone any non-urgent activity, in favor of the care of patients with Covid-19. To cope with this critical situation, a massive and balanced reprogramming is necessary, taking into consideration the new patients.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"7 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132815493","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Yet, the frequency of disruptions due to different factors, generated an increase in the level of vulnerability which impacted the continuity and sustainability of their operations. This has garnered a lot of interest in supply chain resilience causing it to become an important topic in supply chain management research field. Additionally, practices such as integrating economic, environmental and social goals in terms of supply chain resilience has garnered further interest among supply chain professionals. This paper aims to explore the literature related to supply chain sustainability and resilience in an attempt to build a theoretical framework.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132936704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is also considered the beginning of a continuum of care that forms a chain. mapping process consists of documenting the activities of a process in a detailed graphic format. Our objective is to map the process of the pre-hospital transport trajectory of road accident victims in Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC), transported specifically by the basic vehicle. This model could be effective to better understand the resources needed to perform the activities and tasks for the victim to achieve an optimal outcome. In this perspective, we have confronted the concordance of the academic literature - professional - and scientific practice for the elaboration of the mapping process of the pre-hospital transport of victims of road accidents in TDABC. The mapping obtained is adapted to the various situations of pre-hospital transport of victims of road accidents by basic vehicle. However, this mapping shows that the TDABC applied to the pre-hospital transport process favours a better knowledge of all the activities and tasks necessary for pre-hospital pick ups of victims by basic vehicles.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122196157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indeed, Pharmaceutical performance is multi criteria activity. Tt is no longer expressed in terms of cost but also in terms of innovation, product quality, quality of service, shortening of lead-times, flexibility and responsiveness. Nonetheless, going through the literature, we note the non-existence of any model integrating the different dimensions of pharmaceutical performance, given those in charge are content to base themselves on purely financial elements such I. as expenditure control or on elements that are turned towards clinical efficacy as well as on indicators which are part of a control and a posteriori verification logic. Consequently, how can we assess the performance of the Pharmaceutical logistics taking into account its several criteria? In order to respond to this purely judicious problem, it is appropriate to propose a new methodology for evaluation and develop a model based on the identification of action levers to anticipate the causes and improve the performance of pharmaceutical logistics. this research work emphasizes the specificities of pharmaceutical logistics and applies a performance evaluation approach to pharmaceutical logistics. So, this model integrates both an operational aspect and a strategic one. It is a management tool in the definition of priorities and in ensuring the performance of pharmaceutical logistics. It identifies the interactions between the actors and the actions. It also anticipates the possible dysfunctions of the pharmaceutical supply-chain which could be improved. That's why; we opted for a model that is based on a set of interrelated steps, System demarcation, System representation, Prioritization of the process, Identification and operationalization of indicators, setting of preferences and Identification of improvement levers. The validation of our model will be carried out by a case study in the pharmacy of Sahloul University hospital center. Therefore, by having these results, it clearly appears that pharmaceutical logistics is neither flexible nor reactive and presents sources of non-performance at the level of intangible capital.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125192829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, most countries around the world impose mobility restrictions on their citizens. Society changes impact the demand for transportation, reducing the number of trips and altering modes of transportation, as well as affecting the price of living. Inequalities between various groups of the Soussian community have been further aggravated by the current health crisis. This is particularly relevant since there is already a gap between genders, and women are the most affected. In this paper, we attempt to identify the hierarchy of the travel patterns of females in the various delegations of the Grand Sousse, analyzing mobility behavior of women. Based on results from two household/travel surveys conducted before and during COVID (in 2019 and 2020), a descriptive analysis was conducted according to four categories: general mobility characteristics, travel rate, mobility characteristics (modal split and reasons for travel) and the trinomial; distance, time, and cost. The results of our analysis are consistent with similar analysis done by other researchers, with significant differences between genders, indicating that women are at greater risk of mobilizing in the “Grand Sousse”. A large percentage of individuals impacted by this epidemic is females. By applying a detailed spatial reading of mobility characteristics, it was possible to clarify these differences under a significant variation in the daily mobility characteristics of women in favor of the best-equipped delegations.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127100231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
