To deal with this problem, we proceeded with generalities on the systemic approach. Then we justified the chosen method for understanding the medical transport system. Then we tried to determine the actors of the health system and the existing interrelations between them. Finally, the components of the medical transport system were defined using the principles of the systemic approach.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115597666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Twelve factors were identified and the causal relationships that are developed among them were evaluated and analyzed using a grey-based Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach. Towards this end, eight supply chain experts from Greece were asked to express their perceptions on the relationships among these factors. According to the findings of this paper, the factors are classified in two groups of cause and effect factors, each of which contains six factors.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124591049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indeed, the crisis has generated a disruption of supplies and therefore of supply and demand in different countries [2], a transformation of customer and supplier paradigms [3], and a revitalization of transport and logistics modes ([4]; [1]). If the crisis continues to disrupt both the design and the management of companies' supply chains [5], the measurement of their performance, which is already largely controversial, must be revisited. This study aims at proposing the measurement of the performance of SCs with respect to the challenges and opportunities induced by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Its objective is to propose a prospective model for evaluating this performance in the post-pandemic period. The study analyzes the existing literature and proposes a set of indicators to measure the performance of SCs through a prospective approach. The indicators selected are relatively global and integrate financial and non-financial, strategic, tactical and operational dimensions.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130311267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Electric vehicles seem therefore to be the future solution for sustainable transportation. However, the issue of performance of electric vehicles due to technical constraints limits their usefulness. Battery performance, technological advances, and energy management as well as their application to electric vehicle routing problems are therefore important research issues. In this paper we present a review of the different technologies and technical constraints of electric vehicles, as well as the issues and constraints considered in electric vehicle routing problems ““EVRP”. The environmental benefits of using EV's compared to combustion vehicles is defined. Compatibility and adoption of EV's in freight transportation is studied, and variation of EVRPs is reviewed.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129974789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We used an eco-friendly constraint to push the manufacturer toward getting its electricity from renewable energy suppliers. Even if it's not cost-effective to do so, renewable energy has a much lower carbon footprint. The obtained model was implemented in solver software and simulated annealing meta-heuristic algorithm to compare the two solution approaches. For small-sized instances both approaches proved to be effective in terms of solution quality and compilation time, meanwhile, for large-sized instances, the solver couldn't find the optimal solution within a one-hour compilation time. For the meta-heuristic, it gave satisfactory results, especially in terms of the time needed for compilation.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"190 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134320069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We propose an integrated strategy to determine the best action decision to manage the most important risks. This strategy is based on two stages: the first stage consists on detecting the most serious risks using the AMDEC method and proposing a set of corrective actions for each of these risks; the second stage is responsible to determine the most appropriate action about the set of proposed alternatives using the AHP multi-criteria decision-making approach. Finally, to validate the proposed strategy, real data are collected from a Tunisian maritime transport company and the obtained results show the effectiveness of the proposed integrated method.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117125253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its main mission is to provide the various actors in the hospital with the material means to operate in order to have a more flexible and resilient entity. The logistics function plays an indispensable role in the care process and brings great added value. –To this end, this article aims to understand in a theoretical framework the concept of the hospital supply chain, and thereafter, Our subject is articulated around a literature review based mainly on the work that we carried out during twenty years on hospital logistics processes in European and American contexts. Nevertheless we were able to find an interesting number of books, articles and finally we were able to select more than 30 articles or book chapters. –Our observations will be complemented by other studies that support our findings. Thus, first, we retrace the evolution of the concept of logistics in the health sector. Secondly, we present insights into logistics performance in the hospital environment, emphasizing towards the end the four dimensions of hospital logistics originating from the industrial sector.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125894938","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Companies had to face a dramatic decrease in their order books. Traditional sales forecasting methods were unable to anticipate this abrupt interruption in the delivery of finished products. The production schedule initially planned was revised downwards and the raw materials ordered, according to an MRP-type calculation, were not consumed. The increase in raw material stocks, due to its importance on the companies' cash flow, became a strategic and priority issue. It was in this context that the aeronautical group Hutchinson set up an inventory segmentation based on an indicator: the just needed. Our article describes this method, known internally as Stock Segmentation Raw Material (SSRM), and assesses its advantages and limitations.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127209923","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, we opt for the stakeholder theory to develop a model that focuses on the factors, dimensions and indicators that impact the port performance of Moroccan ports, particularly the port of Casablanca. The model constructed is based on a qualitative exploratory study that allowed us to identify twenty-two factors, six key dimensions that influence port performance. Given the complexity of the port system, the differentiation of stakeholders and the diversification of their objectives and strategies, our model aims to take into account the expectations of key stakeholders and performance as a multi-dimensional concept.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129916236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
