With advances in energy use and storage, electric vehicles offer competitive performance in terms of fuel consumption and energy perimeter compared to internal combustion engine vehicles, which can be further sustained by the use of efficient technologies and green energy. This paper provides a state of the art of the current state of electric vehicles and their future trends, as well as an update on the progress of the electric vehicle market in Morocco, divided into two parts: First, an overview of the current state of electric vehicles in the world is developed through a classification of electric vehicles, their battery technologies, and recharging infrastructures. Second, an assessment of the evolution of the electric vehicle market in Morocco is performed. As a whole, the transition to electrification of the automotive industry will transform the entire supply chain and significantly affect the automotive market. This will be achieved by a strong commitment from the public authorities to meet their responsibilities in terms of climate change.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129033061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (113) practitioners of large multinational companies in the industrial sector and which are established in Morocco. Data were analyzed using PLS-Smart software which is specialized in structural equation modeling. The software was used to determine whether the tin dimensions of Green Supply Chain Quality Management (i.e. independent variable); Green Human Resource Management, Green Leadership Behavior, Green Supplier Quality Management, Customer Focus, Process Management, Information and Analysis, Eco-Design, Green Purchasing, Environmental Cooperation, and Reverse Logistics have a significant impact on Corporate Green Performance(i.e. dependent variable). The software was also used to test the two mediation variables, namely: Green Organizational Culture and Green Innovation. The findings revealed that the practices of « Green Supply Chain Management » are having a significant impact on green innovation; and the implementation of the « Green Supply Chain Management » has a positive effect on Corporate Green Performance. However, Green Organizational Culture and Green Innovation did not have a significant impact on Corporate Green Performance according to the respondents' ratings. Therefore, this study is based on two main theories, namely: cost theory, institutional theory, green theory, stakeholder theory and resource-based theory.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"315 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122310557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indeed, most of the methods are model-based control strategies where supply chain models play a major role. The increasing complexity of these systems makes their representation more difficult and fails to capture all the dynamic behavior of the supply chain networks. This paper proposes a new efficient and easy implementable framework for tactical management in supply chain systems. The developed approach rests on the use of model-free control in order to deal with the inventory control of supply chains. The provided numerical simulations of a petrochemical example shows the effectiveness and robustness of model-free controllers against the classic controllers.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116046740","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
