To improve urban living circumstances, a balance between economic growth and environmental and security preservation must be achieved. Sustainable logistics management has emerged as a major objective for municipal operations. Smart cities have grown into a technology- and data-driven paradigm for urban sustainability as a result of the invasion and independence of new technologies. To accomplish these goals, it is realistic to predict that smart cities will continue to advance in the domain of smart city logistics, a critical component of this game-changing shift. Simultaneously, intelligent logistics contributes to economic growth, the enhancement of human life quality, and the efficient use of economic resources; by enabling flexibility, adaptation, and competitiveness in the context of the creation of a digital society.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122808706","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That's why sustainable supply chain management has attracted a significant attention and interest among managers, academics, and practitioners. This paper aims to provide a literature review on the field of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) starting with defining the concept of SSCM followed by its dimensions, its practices, and its impact on sustainable performance. This review paper presents some definitions, but we trust that the most novel definitions of sustainable supply chain tend to cover the three pillars of sustainability. The literature has brought a lot of practices that we tried to classify them into two categories: environmental practices (green purchasing, eco-design…) and social practices (safety, healthcare, ethics…) in supply chain. Regarding the impact of SSCM on sustainable performance, we first summarized the relevant literature and detected gaps on this issue. In fact, the question of outcomes that the companies can have after implementing SSCM practices still needs to be studied because the literature has not been decisive which requires more investigations in this area.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122904557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

SCMs are increasingly complex, and SC members must store and manage a huge amount of related information to provide evidence of regulatory compliance to national authorities and the most demanding customers. The complexity and fragmentation of modern SC networks impede the development of robust traceability and transparency mechanisms. In this article, a trustless and secure distributed architecture for SC traceability is presented. To assess the feasibility of a blockchain-based SCM approach, a case study on the SC traceability of some companies is presented. The applicability of the model is further illustrated by the development of fully functional smart contracts and a specific private blockchain. In addition, the various links between the proposed blockchain-based model and its managerial implications are presented.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126511955","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As is the case in the rest of the other countries, Moroccan supply chains (SCs) have been seriously disrupted. To adapt to this new condition, Moroccan companies need to quickly adjust their processes through the use of digital technologies. This research seeks to analyse how Moroccan companies responded to the Covid-19 pandemic through the adoption of digital solutions. The present data were collected from 196 companies sampled across different regions in Morocco and analysed using the Chi-square test, the algorithmic K-means method, and the analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings revealed that the sector has impacted the behavior of the supply chain (SC) in the adoption of technological solutions. Findings also revealed that the companies operating in the first and second sector have mobilized expensive technological tools to overcome the devastating effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, companies with a simple SC have mobilized low-cost digital solutions to maintain their resilience.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128832264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper deals with multimode systems by managing the switching between different modes. Modeling the nominal mode is not a problem since the system is in its normal state. The appearance of a failure involves the transition of the system from a nominal mode to a degraded mode. The modeling of this degraded mode is a problem to be dealt with. However, we cannot deal with this problem without knowing the compatible state. We will start in this paper by modeling the switching between the two modes which will lead to the search for compatible states. We put as a perspective, a logical continuation of this paper that will allow to find a way to switch from the nominal mode scheduling to the degraded mode scheduling while linking the reachable state in the degraded mode with the scheduling of the new mode. The combination of the multi-model approach and scheduling modeling calls for a new scheduling approach called multi-model scheduling.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127745880","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Emergency medical services (EMS) around the globe aim at improving ambulance coverage by deploying different strategies and tools. This paper aims to propose a discrete-event simulation (DES) model capable of mimicking as closely as possible the functioning of the EMS in the prefecture of Fez, Morocco, to evaluate and improve the ambulance coverage. This study examines the impact of some changes in the system, such as adding ambulance bases and reallocating ambulances, on the system's performance. Results revealed that ambulance coverage could be enhanced significantly by making minor changes to the system: ALS coverage increased from 9.3% to 52.3%, and BLS coverage from 46.7%% to 71.4%. These changes to the system do not require any investment but cooperation actions.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128946212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nevertheless, to achieve this end, new devices have been adopted, among which we find sustainable technological innovations. Therefore, this research highlights the blockchain technology considered as a real lever for the anchoring of sustainable development. However, this ambition of sustainable digitization encounters many obstacles in terms of acceptance of technology, its use and its compatibility with the sustainable development strategy. Through the analysis of the literature review, we have identified the main factors that influence the adoption of blockchain technology that can improve the sustainability of a supply chain. The exploratory study with actors in the fisheries industrial supply chain allowed us to analyze the feasibility of implementing this technology in the sector.","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124047336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Transport infrastructure is a subset of public capital and contributes strongly to growth. This paper addresses a preliminary macroeconomic question, namely, what is the relationship between public capital and economic development? We then turn to the specific case of transport infrastructure. In general, we find that the principle of non-deterministic effects holds. However, recent empirical studies and the most recent one confirms the existence of variability in the link between public capital and economic growth. But with different impacts more moderate for the second work undertaken on this subject. This article aims to present and synthesize a review of the literature on the role and effects of transport infrastructure on economic development, including high speed rail, in order to prepare the ground for the future case of the first high speed rail line in Morocco (Tangier-Casablanca High Speed Line) in service since November 2018.)","PeriodicalId":253343,"journal":{"name":"2022 14th International Colloquium of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128757081","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
