Abstract

Lean initiatives have been largely implemented in organizations in order to improve productivity and enhance performance. Lean has recorded success in different sectors including food industry. This paper aims to identify the critical success factors CSFs of Lean implementation and motivation factors in Moroccan food industry. We have collected answers from 32 professionals operating in the Moroccan food organization.
