Paper Title: Port Performance between factors, dimensions and stakeholder requirements

In the last two decades, the strong progression of the port environment forces ports to comply with international standards by taking into consideration global variables and new indicators in order to develop their attractiveness, competitiveness and productivity. Therefore, we opt for the stakeholder theory to develop a model that focuses on the factors, dimensions and indicators that impact the port performance of Moroccan ports, particularly the port of Casablanca. The model constructed is based on a qualitative exploratory study that allowed us to identify twenty-two factors, six key dimensions that influence port performance. Given the complexity of the port system, the differentiation of stakeholders and the diversification of their objectives and strategies, our model aims to take into account the expectations of key stakeholders and performance as a multi-dimensional concept.
