Abstract

HR governance presents an important innovation that contributes to improving the performance of companies through the development of an agile Supply Chain ensuring a competitive advantage to them. In this sense, we propose through this paper a theoretical conceptual model based on a synthesis of the state of the art to see to what extent HR governance contributes to the the performance of the supply chain of companies.
