Institutional pressures & practices assessement for green supply chain management practices: A conceptual framework
The ambiguity existing within metrics on drivers and green practices have pushed researchers, practitioners to increase their efforts so as to standardize and assess these measurements. Consequently, this paper proposes a conceptual holistic framework for green supply chain management drivers and practices assessment. Based on frequency analysis, The results indicates that among all institutional pressures used by scholars that normative pressures are the most cited followed by coercive and mimetic pressures respectively. Moreover, internal and external green supply chain management practices have been identified, the most investigated ones are respectively as follow Green Purchasing (GP), Eco-design (ECO-D), Internal Environmental Management (IEM), Cooperation with customer (CWC), Investment recovery (IR) and Reverse Logistics (RL).
