All the national speeches of his majesty king of Morocco are focalized in reorganizing this system by detecting the problems and developing pertinent solutions and tools able to make the difference in the future. The Moroccan context is characterized by the will of government to establish the notion of governance and performance in the public services in general and in the national educational system especially. The aim of our paper is to study how can we introduce the concept of performance in the educational system by integrating a system of management control in the system of education? In several studies focused on children's representations we find that these representations these representations are critical to education and are often incompatible with the scientific model. This article presents the results of an empirical research on the representations of young children for melting and solidification of salt. The research sample consisted of 79 pre-school children (five to six years old) from one state kindergarten in Greece. Data were collected through expanded, open type, semi-structured individual conversations between a child of the sample and one researcher. It is an important psychopathological entity and one of the most demanding clinical problems, which psychiatrists face in their everyday practice, especial in schizophrenic patients. According to literature data, the number of suicides of schizophrenic patients has been increasing in recent decades Objectives: The aim of this study was to determinate the profile of patients with schizophrenia who attempted suicide in the Psychiatric hospital “Skopje”-Skopje, R.Macedonia. Methods: The study included 114 patients with schizophrenia, 47.4% (n=54) of them attempted suicide, 52.6 %( 60) was group consists of patients with schizophrenia who is not registered for suicide attempt, nor the existence of suicide idea. Psychiatric diagnosis of schizophrenia was based on ICD-10 criteria. The results of the experiment show that the errors of the students come mostly from previous incorrect conceptions. We think that the traditional teaching method favors the emergence of these conceptions and that the introduction of new teaching methods is needed. The assessment requires a carefully designed random sampling that ensures the sample is representative of all students in the class. In addition, the assessment becomes more difficult when soft-skill graduate attributes are involved. The purpose of this paper is to present an efficient method for assessing graduate attributes in large classes without sampling. The proposed method involves defining an indicator (learning objective) by knowledge elements (topics) that the student should know or by interaction elements in a case study that represent the principles related to the indicator. Multiple-choice questions are then developed for the knowledge or interaction elements and processed using scantron sheets. The method involves a weighted-score procedure and performance scales for determining class performance. Application of the method for assessing two graduate attributes (lifelong learning and professionalism) in a fourth-year common engineering course is illustrated in this paper. The results show that class performance is sensitive to the weights assigned to the questions and therefore these weights should be carefully established by the instructors. Biodiesel derived from plant oils, which include edible and non-edible oil have gained interest for the last two decades as alternative for diesel around the world. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of high school students in Jakarta on the regarding renewable biodiesel. The study conducted a survey among twelve-grade. High school students studying in private schools in easten Jakarta  in order toexplore their perceptions of biodiesel  production from non eedible oil and edible oil  for heat and power. A total of 20 item questionnaires were administeredto a total of  185 students in twelve grades. In addition, three open-endedquestions were asked of the students in order to determine their level of knowledge regarding biodiesel, and power stations. The study data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package program. The study results revealed that, thestudents were of the perception that biodiesel use wouldreduce global warming, and that renewable energy sources areenvironment-friendly, non toxic and renewable.In addition, thestudents generally knew about biodiesel sources and their importance, although they lacked knowledge about certain aspects of biodiesel.The study recommends energy and educational policy makers to increase awareness of non edible and edible oil baseed bioenergy production among young students.
