Located in SD Negeri 8 Simpang Keuramat. Data collection uses techniques: interviews, documentation, and observation. Testing the validity of the data follows the criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis uses techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed: (1) Implementation of Academic Supervision includes three activities, namely: (a) program planning (b) Academic Supervision strategy and (c) evaluation using standard assessment instruments (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors and (3) Role Principal as Supervisor. (4) Description of the increase in teacher professional competence after carrying out academic supervision, 6 initial competency class teachers received a fair predicate (C) but the final competence increased to: 3 class teachers received a good predicate (B), and 3 teachers the class at SD Negeri 8 Simpang Keuramat has improved to very good (A) thus the implementation of academic supervision has increased the professional competence of teachers at SD Negeri 8 Simpang Keuramat.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengikuti model studi multi kasus, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berlokasi di SD Negeri 8 Simpang Keuramat.Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik: wawancara, dokumentasi,dan observasi. Pengujian keabsahan data mengikuti kriteria kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 29 teachers at State Vocational School 5 Sungaipuh who were teachers assisted by researchers. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the school principal's academic supervision can improve teacher competence in preparing a Learning Implementation Plan at SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Full. This is seen from the readiness of the teacher in the implementation of learning. Besides that, based on the results of the research conducted, the average value of lesson plans made by the teacher also experienced an increase, namely in cycle one the average value was 50.19 and in cycle two 80.75 (good).\u0000ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 29 orang guru di SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh yang merupakan guru binaan peneliti. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembaran obeservasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaa Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh. Hal ini dilihat dari kesiapan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Data collection in this school action research was carried out by means of interviews and observations. Interviews using interview guidelines. While the observation uses an observation guide, namely an academic supervision instrument. After the data was collected, it was then processed and analyzed so that it could be concluded that before the first cycle of school action research, the teacher's academic supervision score in class XI averaged 55 and after the action increased to an average of 67 or an increase of 14%. Thus academic supervision in the first cycle can improve the teacher's ability to apply the STAD type cooperative learning method to learning in class XI by 13%. Furthermore, after the second cycle of action, the grade XI social studies teacher's academic supervision score increased from an average of 68 to an average of 92 or an increase of 24%. Thus academic supervision in the second cycle can improve the teacher's ability to apply the STAD type cooperative learning method to learning in class XI of the Assisted School by 24%.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan metode kooperatif learning tipe STAD pada pembelajaran kelas XI Sekolah Binaan melalui Workshop MGMP. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Sedang observasi menggunakan panduan observasi yaitu instrumen supervisi akademik. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebelum tindakan siklus pertama penelitian tindakan sekolah, nilai supervisi akademik guru Di kelas XI rata-rata 55 dan setelah tindakan meningkat menjadi rata-rata 67 atau meningkat sebesar 14%. Dengan demikian supervisi akademik pada siklus pertama dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan metode kooperatif learning tipe STAD pada pembelajaran Di kelas XI sebesar 13%. Selanjutnya setelah tindakan siklus kedua nilai supervisi akademik guru IPS kelas XI mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata 68 menjadi rata-rata 92 atau meningkat sebesar 24%. Personal competence is a personal ability that reflects a solid, stable, mature, wise and authoritative personality, being a role model for students and having noble character. While the objectives of this study are (a): To determine the Role of the Principal as a Supervisor in Improving Teacher's Paedagodic Competence. (b). Knowing the steps to creating Teacher Paedagodic Competence by implementing the school principal supervisor. The role of the Principal as a Supervisor, found a positive influence on the creation of Paedagodic Teacher Competence. This was indicated by a significant increase in each cycle, cycle I was 63% and cycle II was 90%. This shows the success of the Principal's Role as a Supervisor in Improving Teacher's Paedagodic Competence.\u0000ABSTRAKKompetensi paedagogik meliputi pemahaman guru terhadap peserta didik, perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar, dan pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya. Kompetensi kepribadian merupakan kemampuan personal mencerminkan kepribadian yang mantap, stabil, dewasa, arif, dan berwibawa, menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik dan berakhlak mulia. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a): Untuk mengetahui Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Supervisor dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Paedagodik Guru. (b). Mengetahui langkah-langkah terciptanya Kompetensi Paedagodik Guru dengan diterapkannya supervisor kepala sekolah. Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Supervisor, didapati pengaruh yang positif terhadap terciptanya Kompetensi Paedagodik Guru, Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya kenaikan signifikan pada tiap siklusnya, siklus I sebesar 63% dan siklus II sebesar 90%. This research is an action research head of supervision or PTKp. The subjects in this study were the principals of public and private schools in West Lombok Regency who were supervised by supervisors (researchers) for the 2022-2023 school year. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that supervising supervisors through effective managerial supervision can improve the performance of school principals in preparing RKTs based on school unit reports in the 2022-2023 school year in the assisted junior high schools of West Lombok Regency. This can be seen by the increase in the results of the questionnaire for each cycle, namely cycle I 56%, cycle II 76% and cycle III 88%. Not only that, this can be seen with the predicted value in the first cycle of 2.8 (almost enough), the second cycle is 3.8 (almost good) and the third cycle is 4.4 (good).\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja kepala sekolah dalam menyusun rencana kerja tahunan berdasarkan rapor satuan pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh pengwas sekolah melalui supervisi manajarial pada sekolah binaan di Kab Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kepengawasan atau PTKp. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah Negeri dan Swasta di Kabupaten Lombok Barat  yang menjadi Binaan Pengawas (Peneliti) tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian dan diskusi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembinaan pengawas melalui supervisi manajerial efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah dalam menyusun RKT berdasarkan rapor satuan pendidikan pada tahun pelajaran 2022-2023 di SMP binaan Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan meningkatnya hasil angket tiap-tiap siklus yaitu siklus I 56%, siklus II 76% dan siklus III 88%. This type of research is a correlational descriptive research. Data was collected using a questionnaire technique for school principals as well as interviews with teachers and documentation with a sample of 37 school principals and 9 teachers representing each district. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the managerial ability and work motivation of school principals and the quality of the implementation of School Based Management in Sinjai district are in the moderate category as a result of questionnaires from school principals and interviews with teachers. (2) The managerial ability of school principals has a significant effect on the quality of implementing School Based Management in Sinjai Regency, (3) Work motivation of school principals has a significant effect on the quality of implementing School Based Management in Sinjai Regency, (4) managerial abilities and work motivation of school principals collectively affect the quality of the implementation of School Based Management in Sinjai District.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan motivasi kerja kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah di kabupaten Sinjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik angket untuk kepala sekolah serta wawancara terhadap guru dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel 37 orang kepala sekolah dan 9 orang guru mewakili setiap kecamatan. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kemampuam manajerial dan motivasi kerja kepala sekolah serta kualitas penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di kabupaten Sinjai berada pada kategori sedang baik hasil angket dari kepala sekolah dan wawancara dengan guru. Positive leader behavior can encourage groups or subordinates to direct and motivate individuals to work together in groups in order to realize educational goals. Leadership psychology states that the main function of a leader is to develop an effective motivation system, so that followers (subordinates) want to work according to what is ordered by the leader concerned. In this case a leader must be able to stimulate or stimulate his followers or subordinates in such a way as to make a positive contribution to organizational goals, besides satisfying his personal needs. In the implementation of rewards for teachers, a positive influence was found on creating teacher motivation in teaching and learning activities. This was indicated by a significant increase in each cycle, cycle I was 60% and cycle II was 100%. This shows the success of the teacher reward program on teacher motivation in teaching.\u0000ABSTRAKDalam kaitannya dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang ingin menggerakkan bawahannya (guru) untuk mengerjakan tugasnya haruslah mampu memotivasi guru tersebut sehingga guru akan memusatkan seluruh tenaga dan perhatiannya untuk mencapai hasil yang telah ditetapkan. Kepala sekolah harus benar-benar menjalin komunikasi aktif dan setiap saat mengadakan evaluasi terhadap tugas pengajaran yang telah dilakukan oleh guru. Hal ini dapat tercermin dari pola kepemimpinan yang ditunjukkan oleh kepala sekolah kepada bawahannya. Perilaku pemimpin yang positif dapat mendorong kelompok atau bawahannya dalam mengarahkan dan memotivasi individu untuk bekerja sama dalam kelompok dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan Pendidikan. Psikologi kepemimpinan menyatakan bahwa fungsi utama seorang pemimpin adalah mengembangkan sistem motivasi yang efektif, agar para pengikut (bawahan) mau bekerja sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan oleh pimpinan yang bersangkutan. Dalam hal ini seorang pemimpin haruslah mampu melakukan stimulasi atau rangsangan terhadap pengikut atau bawahannya sedemikian rupa agar dapat memberikan sumbangan positif bagi tujuan organisasi, disamping memuaskan kebutuhan-kebutuhan pribadinya. Dalam Implementasi reward pada guru ini, didapati pengaruh yang positif terhadap terciptanya motivasi guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya kenaikan signifikan pada tiap siklusnya, siklus I sebesar 60% dan siklus II sebesar 100%. The research results in improving the performance of school principals in compiling RKTs based on school unit report cards increased from cycle I 56% to 76% in cycle II and cycle III 88%, and the predicted value in the first cycle was 2.8 (almost enough), the second cycle 3 .8 (almost good) and the third cycle 4.4 (good). Thus it can be concluded that the school principals and TPMPS who were the subjects of this study had improved their performance in compiling RKTs based on school unit report cards with good results.\u0000ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja kepala sekolah dalam menyusun RKT berdasarka rapor satuan pendidikan, melalui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial, saya selaku pengawas pembina dan sekaligus sebagai peneliti melakukan penelitian kepengawasan sekolah (PTKp) terdiri dari 3 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Adapaun obyek dalam penelitian adalah 5 sekolah binaan sesuai dengan SK pembagian tugas pengawas sekolah, yang berlokasi di SMP binaan kabupaten Lombok Barat. Adapun hasil penelitian dalam meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah menyusun RKT berdasarka rapor satuan pendidikan meningkat dari siklus I 56% menjadi 76% pada siklus II dan siklus III 88%, dan nilai prediksi pada siklus pertama sebesar 2,8 (hampir cukup), siklus kedua 3,8 (hampir baik) dan siklus ketiga 4,4 (baik). Academic supervision is professional assistance provided by supervisors to teachers to improve their competence so that they are able to develop a higher quality learning process. In its implementation, the academic supervision carried out by the madrasa supervisor consists of several activities, namely the planning stages, carrying out academic supervision, and carrying out coaching, monitoring, evaluating the performance of the madrasa head and conducting PK Teacher analysis. The purpose of this study was to obtain data about 1) The condition of the madrasa supervisor academic supervision service in Central Lombok Regency, 2) The quality of the madrasa supervisor academic supervision service in Lombok Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analytic. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation studies, the research subjects were madrasa supervisors, madrasa heads and teachers. Data analysis uses data analysis in the field based on the theory of Miles and Huberman which divides data analysis into three parts, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusions from this study are: 1) The academic supervision service for madrasa supervisors in Central Lombok Regency is well implemented but not optimal. Supervision planning is contained in the annual program and supervisory semester program. The implementation of supervision includes coaching, monitoring, assessment, mentoring and professional teacher training. 2) The quality of the academic supervision service for madrasah supervisors is effective both in terms of the techniques used and the implementation procedures.\u0000ABSTRAKPengawas madrasah merupakan unsur pengendali mutu pendidikan di madrasah dengan melakukan supervisi akademik dan manajerial. Supervisi akademik  adalah bantuan profesional yang diberikan oleh supervisor kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya agar ia mampu mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih berkualitas. Dalam implementasinya, supervisi akademik yang dilakukan pengawas madrasah terdiri dari beberapa  kegiatan, yaitu tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan melaksanakan  pembinaan, monitoring, penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah dan melakukan analisis PK Guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang 1) Kondisi layanan supervisi akademik pengawas  madrasah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah , 2) Kualitas layanan supervisi akademik pengawas  madrasah di Kabupaten Lombok. Supervision competence is absolutely necessary for school principals to support their duties as supervisors in their schools to improve quality and performance. In the learning process, it is not only students who need to be assisted to achieve their competence, but teachers also need to be assisted to improve their profession. And clinical supervision not only assists the professional development of teachers in implementing the learning process but is also an effort to improve the learning process which is carried out through a systematic cycle starting from the planning, observation and intensive analysis stages of the learning performance with the aim of improving the learning process. The results of the study show that the application of collaborative clinical supervision can have a positive impact on improving learning. This can be seen from the average results of observations of collaborative clinical supervision of teachers between subjects that have increased. Aspects of learning elements increased by 19.23%, aspects of core learning activities increased by 18.57%, and aspects of learning evaluation results increased by 14.17%. The criteria for teacher success in clinical supervision have been achieved in cycle 2 with the acquisition of an average teacher score of 80.68 in the good category, an increase of 10.74. The results of interviews with 5 teachers showed that collaborative clinical supervision not only increases the professional competence of subject teachers, but also fosters student interest and motivation in learning so that the target of achieving student competence increases.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru melalui supervisi klinis kolaboratif di MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Kompetensi supervisi mutlak diperlukan kepala sekolah sebagai penunjang tugasnya sebagai supervisor di sekolahnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja. Dalam proses belajar tidak hanya siswa yang perlu di bantu untuk mencapai kompetensinya, tetapi gurupun perlu di bantu untuk meningkatkan profesinya. Dan Supervisi klinis tidak hanya membantu pengembangan profesional guru dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran tetapi juga merupakan upaya perbaikan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui siklus yang sistematis mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengamatan dan analisis yang intesif terhadap penampilan pembelajarannya dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan supervisi klinis kolaboratif dapat memberikan dampak positif pada perbaikan pembelajaran.
