In the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2020 Number 326, stipulates Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in the Serang Region of Banten Province in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019, thus further making it clear that Civil Servants (PNS) required to work from home in exchange for daily performance as a monthly report to be reported to the relevant agency where the PNS teacher works is known as work from home (work form home), then the implementation of guidance exercises for the period April 6 to April 30 2020 for PNS assisted teachers, become one of the solutions to help work from home (WFH: work form home) in the Region of the Ministry of Religion, Tangerang Regency. This type of research is Supervision Action Research (PTKp), in which supervisors provide guidance and training in preparing PTK to participants online by applying direct instruction strategies in Cycle I and then in Cycle II mastery learning strategies. Based on this study, it was concluded that there was a linear relationship between the participants' activeness in participating in Bimlat activities and competence in preparing PTK to achieve graduation with an \"Excellent\" score. The results of passing the PTK preparation were achieved by 5 participants out of 11 (all Bimlat participants) or 45.45% \"Passed\", while there were 6 participants or 54.54% did not pass (TL).\u0000ABSTRAKKegiatan bimbingan dan pelatihan melalui komunikasi daring diperkut lagi dengan diberlakukannya Presiden Nomor 7 Tahun 2020, tentang Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 9 Tatrun 2020 tentang Pedoman Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). The government implements the National Education System in accordance with Law No. 2 of 1989 and No. 20 of 2003. National education aims to enrich the nation's life and shape the character of children to be devout, morally upright, and knowledgeable individuals. One component within the education system is the process of education. To achieve favorable educational outcomes, it is essential to have a well-structured and directed educational process. Such a process can only be carried out effectively by dedicated education professionals or teachers who are genuinely proficient in their field. Teachers, who are the primary key to improving the quality of education, must be dependable professionals. Therefore, the quality of a teacher influences students' learning achievements. However, there are still several challenges encountered in the field, such as a lack of work discipline and insufficient teacher competence. This research aims to analyze these factors and their correlation in teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Lago. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the correlation between work discipline, competence, and teacher professionalism. Additionally, it will offer recommendations and steps to enhance the quality of education in the school.\u0000ABSTRAKMasalah pendidikan merupakan masalah yang kompleks karena melibatkan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Pemerintah menjalankan Sistem Pendidikan Nasional sesuai Undang-Undang No. 2 tahun 1989 dan No. 20 tahun 2003. Pendidikan nasional bertujuan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan membentuk watak anak yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan berilmu. Salah satu komponen yang ada di dalam sistem pendidikan adalah proses pendidikan. Untuk mencapai hasil pendidikan yang baik harus melalui proses pendidikan yang baik dan terarah. Pendidikan yang baik dan terarah hanya mungkin dapat dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kependidikan atau guru yang benar-benar profesional di bidangnya. Guru yang merupakan kunci utama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan harus menjadi profesional yang dapat diandalkan. Oleh karena itu kualitas seorang guru mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya disiplin kerja dan kurangnya kompetensi guru yang ditemui di lapangan. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut dan hubungannya dengan tingkat profesionalisme guru di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Lago. They haven't even made a vision and mission, as well as the goals for developing madrasas properly, which are the basis for other programs, so that the head of the madrasa has no direction and will be difficult to measure. As active administrators of the Banjarbaru City KKMA researchers seek to provide assistance through a School Action Research which was carried out for 5 months, namely from January to May 2023. This research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflection. Research data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in the achievement of values in each dimension of quality culture between cycle I and cycle II, as well as the average achievement of the value of developing quality culture in madrasah aliyah in Banjarbaru City in cycle I, which was 72.35 and cycle II, namely of 82.52. So it can be concluded that the development of a quality culture of madrasah aliyah in Banjarbaru City can be improved through effective KKMA activities.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh suatu kenyataan bahwa kepala madrasah aliyah di Kota Banjarbaru ada yang masih belum membuat program pengembangan budaya mutu di madrasah yang dipimpinnya. Bahkan belum membuat visi dan misi, serta tujuan pengembangan madrasah dengan baik, yang merupakan dasar dari program yang lainnya, sehingga kepala madrasah bekerja tidak memiliki arah dan akan sulit untuk diukur. Sebagai pengurus aktif KKMA Kota Banjarbaru peneliti berupaya memberikan bantuan melalui sebuah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan, yaitu dari bulan Januari hingga Mei 2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan capaian nilai pada setiap dimensi budaya mutu antara siklus I dan siklus II, demikian juga terjadi pada rata-rata capaian nilai pengembangan budaya mutu di madrasah aliyah Kota Banjarbaru pada siklus I, yaitu sebesar 72,35 dan siklus II yaitu sebesar 82,52. The expertise possessed by professional teachers is the expertise obtained through an education and training process programmed specifically for that. As a school principal, you must be able to manage time efficiently, both for your own tasks and for the school as a whole. So that complaints of teaching and learning process activities can run effectively and efficiently. The results of this study are that in the process of implementing the 1st cycle teachers are asked to take part in the teacher discipline coaching program held by the Principal. With a disciplinary coaching program, teachers' discipline increases. With the first indicator, namely the presence of an active teacher, then the second indicator, namely the activeness of the teacher in providing teaching material in accordance with the lesson plans. So the disciplinary coaching program that was held was able to increase teacher discipline in the teaching process with criteria according to the indicators as explained earlier. From the results of observations, the results of observational and interview values in cycle I, the implementation of the disciplinary coaching program can run conducively. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles. This second cycle is a cycle which is a reflection of the first cycle. In cycle II, this consists of planning, observing, and reflecting on actions. In this cycle, the implementation of the disciplinary development program is also the same as that applied in cycle I, and the results of the disciplinary development program that have been implemented show an increase in the discipline of teachers at SMAN 1 Pseksu Lahat district in the teaching process.\u0000ABSTRAKGuru professional akan tercermin dalam penampilan pelaksanaan pengabdian tugas-tugas yang ditandai dengan keahlian baik dalam materi maupun metode. Keahlian yang dimiliki oleh guru profesional adalah keahlian yang diperoleh melalui suatu proses pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diprogramkan secara khusus untuk itu. Sebagai Kepala Sekolah harus mampu mengelola waktu secara efisien, baik untuk tugas-tugas sendiri maupun untuk sekolah secara keseluruhan. Sehingga keluhan  kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dapat  berjalan secara  efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada proses pelaksanaan siklus ke-1 guru diminta untuk mengikuti program pembinaan kedisiplinan guru yang diadakan oleh Kepala Sekolah. Dengan program pembinaan kedisiplinan membuat guru semakin meningkat kedisiplinannya. Dengan indikator yang pertama yaitu Kehadiran guru yang aktif kemudian indikator ke dua yaitu Keaktifan guru memberi materi ajar sesuai dengan RPP. This research is a school action research. The subjects of this study were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Waibakul. This research was conducted by the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Waibakul. The result of this study is that continuous academic supervision has been scientifically proven to increase teacher competence in preparing teaching modules at Waibakul 1 Middle School. This is proven by the increasing number of good teacher teaching modules from 52% to 85% after academic supervision. In addition, the number of teaching modules collected also increased from 67% to 100%. The increase in teacher competence in compiling good teaching modules increased by 33%.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun modul ajar melalui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 Waibakul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan oleh kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Waibakul.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan supervise akademik secara berkelanjutan terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun modul ajar di SMP Negeri 1 Waibakul. Ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah modul ajar guru yang baik dari 52% menjadi 85% setelah supervise akademik. Selain itu jumlah modul ajar yang terkumpul juga meningkat dari 67% menjadi 100%. This research was developed with the aim of increasing the professional competence of teachers at SMA Keguruan Sorong Regency through the principal's academic supervision program. This research is a School Action Research (PTS) conducted in 2 cycles with 18 teachers as subjects. The research time is 4 months in the odd semester of 2022 (August-November). Data collection techniques use assessment instruments that have been made that focus on the teacher's professional abilities in planning and implementing learning. Thus, the assessment is carried out on the results of making the Lesson Plan (RPP) and class observations. Data analysis techniques use quantitative analysis to obtain the value of the items being assessed. The results showed that there was a significant increase in teacher achievement in each cycle. Especially in cycle 2, the results of the RPP assessment found that 11 (61%) teachers got a Very Good score and 7 (39%) teachers got a Good score. Meanwhile, for class observation assessment, there were 10 (56%) teachers got a Very Good and 8 (44%) teachers got a Good score. These results certainly have achieved indicators of success which require that all teachers must get scores in the range of 81-100 and more than 50% of teachers have received the title of Very Good. So, it can be concluded that by implementing the school principal's academic supervision program, it can improve the professional competence of teachers at the Teacher Training High School in Sorong Regency.\u0000ABSTRAKSalah satu peran kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisor pembelajaran melalui pelaksanaan program supervisi akademik yang harus dilakukan secara maksimal dan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru SMA Keguruan Kabupaten Sorong melalui program supervisi akademik kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan subjek 18 orang guru. Waktu penelitian yaitu selama 4 bulan pada semester ganjil tahun 2022 (Agustus-November). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang telah dibuat yang berfokus pada kemampuan profesional guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Sehingga, penilaian dilakukan terhadap hasil pembuatan perangkat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dan observasi kelas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk memperoleh capaian nilai dari item yang dinilai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dari capaian guru pada tiap siklus. This research was conducted by making direct observations of the activities of all teachers, as well as monitoring teachers in online learning at MAN Banjarbaru City. Then document the results of these observations. In the pre-cycle the researcher observed how much teacher competency was in online learning using Google Classroom and Google Forms and the results were very low, with an average score of only 1 or 16.66% of the maximum target score of 6. The research was continued to cycle I and the authors started holding teacher training to improve teacher competence in online learning using google classroom and google forms. The results show that there is an increase in the average score of cycle I to 2.6 or 43.33% of the maximum target score of 6. This means that there is an increase of 26.67% from the pre-cycle score. Furthermore, in cycle II the score increased again to 5.6 or 93.33% of the maximum target score of 6, which means there was a 50% increase from the score in cycle I. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that bimlat can improve teachers' abilities to use Google Classroom learning media and Google Forms at MAN Banjarbaru City. \u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah, yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan masing- masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: tahap perencanaan program tindakan, pelaksanaan program tindakan, pengamatan program, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan pengamatan langsung terhadap aktivitas semua guru, disamping juga memantau guru dalam pembelajaran daring di MAN Kota Banjarbaru. Kemudian mendokumentasikan hasil pengamatan tersebut.Pada pra siklus peneliti mengamati seberapa besar kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran daring menggunakan google classroom dan google formulir dan hasilnya sangat rendah yakni dengan skor rata-rata cuma 1 atau 16,66% dari target skor maksimal yakni 6. Penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus I dan penulis mulai mengadakan bimlat guru untuk memperbaiki kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran daring menggunakan google classroom dan google formulir. Hasilnya memperlihatkan ada peningkatan skor rata-rata siklus I hingga mencapai 2,6 atau 43,33% dari target skor maksimal yakni 6, Hal ini berarti ada kenaikan 26,67% dari skor pra siklus. Selanjutnya pada siklus II skor meningkat lagi sampai 5,6 atau 93,33% dari target skor maksimal yakni 6, yang berarti ada kenaikan 50% dari skor siklus I. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The resulting data is descriptive in the form of words, expressions and opinions from research subjects orally and filling out supervision questionnaires. Sources of data in this study were 5 (five) respondents who were Madsarasah Heads, BOS Treasurers, Committee Chairs, senior teachers and operators / TU. Supervision techniques are carried out individually, namely interviews with each respondent and filling out supervision questionnaires to assess aspects of managerial supervision. The results of the study show that the implementation of managerial supervision at MI Darul Ulum Bangkuang village includes roles, implementation, evaluation, dissemination of supervision results, follow-up of supervision results and benefits of supervision results. Supervision activities at MI Darul Ulum are included in the \"good\" category with an average score of 88.25. There was an increase in the performance of school principals and teachers who were managerially supervised by supervisory supervisors at MI Darul Ulum Bangkuang Village as seen from the output produced in the form of work programs for madrasa heads, so that managerial supervision had an effect on the performance of educators and education staff. This supervision must be carried out periodically and scheduled so that they can monitor and provide guidance to school principals and teachers in the target schools. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan dasar penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial terhadap pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi manajerial terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Ulum, Desa Bangkuang, Kecamatan Karau Kuala, Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Data yang dihasilkan bersifat deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata, ungkapan dan pendapat dari subjek penelitian secara lisan dan pengisian angket supervisi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) orang responden yang merupakan Kepala Madsarasah, Bendahara BOS, Ketua Komite, guru senior dan operator / TU. Teknik supervisi dilakukan secara individual yaitu wawancara dengan masing-masing responden dan pengisian angket/ kuisioner supervisi untuk menilai aspek supervisi manajerial. The method used in this research is supervisory action research (PTKP). The subjects of this study were all ASN SMP teachers at target schools in Banjarmasin City totaling 42 teachers spread over 4 fostered SMPs, namely SMPN 15 Banjarmasin, SMPN 25 Banjarmasin, SMP NU Banjarmasin and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin. While the object of research is the performance of junior high school teachers in target schools in preparing lesson planning administration. This research was conducted for 3 (two) months, namely from January to. March 2023. The research was carried out for 2 (two) cycles, namely, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The stages carried out in each cycle included planning (planning), implementation (action), observation and evaluation (observing and evaluating), and reflection (reflection). The techniques used to collect data are observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation studies. The data obtained was in the form of the performance of junior high school teachers at the target schools in preparing the administration of lesson plans, then the data was analyzed using average scores and percentages. The indicator of research success is if as many as 75% of junior high school teachers in target schools in preparing the administration of lesson planning are at least in the good classification. The results of the study show that: (1) the performance of junior high school teachers in target schools in preparing lesson plan administration can be improved through the application of group supervision in Banjarmasin City, and (2) the administrative components of lesson plans prepared by junior high school teachers in target schools in Banjarmasin City can be improved through the application of group supervision. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) meningkatkan kinerja guru-guru SMP pada sekolah binaan dalam menyusun administrasi perencanaan pembelajaran, dan (2) mendeskripsikan penerapan supervisi kelompok untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP pada sekolah binaan di Kota Banjarmasin dalam menyusun administrasi perencanaan pembelajaran. The approach taken in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques applied are observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using source and method triangulation. The results of the study show that innovation in the field of employment education in efforts to increase the competency of Al-Quran teachers through training in the Ummi method is very effective for improving the quality of teachers at MIS Karya Pembangunan, especially in terms of mastery of the Qur'an. This method makes it easier for teachers to understand the Koran and really helps students to be more responsive in learning the Koran. The teacher further improves competence in learning the Qur'an and has references, clear methods in learning the Qur'an, because the Ummi method starts from opening to closing and the next meeting there are specific stages that are clear in the Ummi method. So that teachers who initially did not have references or methods in learning the Koran now have references and methods for the stages of learning volumes 1 to the Koran, the method has been directed to the Ummi method, and supervision is carried out once every 3 months. from the development of the Banjarmasin ummi method center this is for reviewing the development of the implementation of the ummi method whether it has been well conveyed from the teaching side and the results from student benchmarks implementing the ummi method, so MIS Karya Pembangunan has collaborated between the Banjarmasin ummi method team so that this activity monitoring is always going as expected so that teachers have integrity in learning the Koran. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pelaksanaan peningkatan kompetensi guru al-qur’an melalui pelatihan metode ummi di MIS Karya Pembangunan Puruk Cahu.
