They want to find ways to make society stronger and help the economy grow. They are focusing on developing people's skills and knowledge for their whole lives. Learning throughout your whole life can only be beneficial if society values and promotes continuous learning and if individuals recognize the importance of constantly enhancing their education, social skills, and professional knowledge. In many Asian countries, including Indonesia, schools are teaching kids to keep learning throughout their lives. They want to create a modern school environment that helps kids develop the skills they need to learn on their own. This is part of a program to encourage lifelong learning. Teaching foreign languages helps people learn new skills and strategies, so they can keep learning and adapting throughout their lives. This study uses a literature study approach to collect data by accessing relevant information from leading scientific reading sources without the need for fieldwork. This approach allows researchers to access broader information and build a solid theoretical framework. Lifelong learning in Asia, including Indonesia, emphasizes learning progress with the aim of strengthening work skills, serving the market, managing finances, reducing social marginalization, and individual integration for self-actualization and problem solving.\u0000ABSTRAKBanyak negara di Asia dan Eropa berupaya mengatasi masalah sosial baru dan pertumbuhan yang cepat. The research methodology is a survey selected using a simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of data shows that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on job performance, (2) quality of work life has a positive direct effect on job performance, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on quality of work life .\u0000ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMKN 1 Keruak tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. This training was carried out in stages over 2 months, starting from August, until the beginning of October 2022. The number of training participants from the teacher group was 15 people, while the school staff was 2 people. After the training implementation is complete, an evaluation and assessment is carried out. From the results of this evaluation and assessment, it was found that all teachers (15 people) of SLB Bhakti Luhur Nanga Pinoh were declared ready to implement the Independent Curriculum, because of the 15 teachers, there were 8 teachers with A Predicate (Very High Competence for Implementing the Independent Curriculum), and 7 teachers with Predicate B (High Competence for Implementing the Independent Curriculum). These results show that not a single Bhakti Luhur Nanga Pinoh SLB teacher received a score below the minimum criteria for the Independent Curriculum Implementation Competency assessment.\u0000ABSTRAKPelaksanaan Diklat yang diselenggarakan, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru di SLB Bhakti Luhur Nanga Pinoh dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas masing-masing. Diklat ini dilaksanakan secara bertahap selama 2 bulan, mulai dari bulan Agustus, sampai awal bulan Oktober tahun 2022. Jumlah peserta Diklat dari kelompok guru berjumlah 15 orang, sedangkan staf skolah berjumlah 2 orang. Setelah pelaksanaan Diklat selesai, dilakukan evaluasi dan penilaian. Dari hasil evaluasi dan penilaian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa semua guru (15 orang) SLB Bhakti Luhur Nanga Pinoh, dinyatakan siap mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka, karena dari ke 15 guru, terdapat 8 orang guru dengan Predikat A (Sangat Tinggi Kompetensi untuk Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka), dan 7 orang guru dengan Predikat B (Tinggi Kompetensi untuk Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka). This research applies School Action Research to the implementation of teacher performance. in carrying out learning in the 2nd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SD Negeri Temanggal. This action research was carried out with the aim of improving teacher performance. Data analysis uses the Miles and Humberman interactive model with the steps: (1) data collection and analysis, (2) comparative description, (3) data presentation and (4) verification of drawing conclusions. After carrying out the research in 2 cycles there was extraordinary development. The results of research on the syllabus, lesson plans and implementation of learning from initial conditions to cycle 2 show improvement. In the initial study, preparing the syllabus 65.73, preparing RPP 63.39, implementing learning 64.75. In cycle 1, preparing syllabus 74.76, preparing RPP 73.39, implementing learning 76.5. A very significant increase, but not yet able to meet the criteria for completeness, namely a minimum of 80. Continued with cycle 2, preparing the syllabus 82.86, preparing RPP 83.7, and carrying out learning 81. Thus, after carrying out cycle 2, it has been completed, meeting the criteria 80. Performance teachers continue to improve. Learning runs more effectively. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan deskripsi empirik tentang peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran melalui supervise akademik dengan pendekatan kolaboratif bagi guru SD Negeri Temanggal Kecamatan Adimulyo Kabupaten Kebumen tahun pelajaran 2022/ 2023 pada semester 2. Penelitian ini menerapkan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah/ School Action Research terhadap pelaksanaan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2022/ 2023 SD Negeri Temanggal. Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud meningkatkan kinerja guru. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Humberman dengan langkah-langkah : (1) pengumpulan dan telaah data, (2) deskripsi komperatif, (3) penyajian data dan (4) verifikasi menarik kesimpulan. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian dalam 2 siklus ada perkembangan yang luarbiasa. Hasil penelitian silabus, RPP ,dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari mulai kondisi awal sampai dengan siklus 2 menunjukkan peningkatan . Pada studi awal menyusun silabus 65,73 menyusun RPP 63,39 , melaksanakan pembelajaran 64,75. Pada siklus 1 menyusun silabus 74,76 , menyusun RPP 73.39 , melaksanakan pembelajaran 76,5. Peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, namun belum bisa memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan yaitu minimal 80. Dilanjutkan siklus 2 menyusun silabus 82,86 , menyusun RPP 83,7 , dan melaksanakan pembelajaran 81. Dengan demikian setelah di laksanakan siklus 2 telah tuntas, memenuhi kriteria 80. The method in this research is literature study, namely looking for literature that is relevant to the topic raised and describing it to compare each literature. The results of this research show that the principles in educational supervision must be to guide teachers in carrying out teaching and supervising, easy to implement, not urgent, working together to advance education, always expecting change for the better. The targets in educational supervision are academic targets which include supervision of the academic or learning process that occurs at school so that it improves and is of better quality. Administrative targets include the administrative completeness of school principals and teachers such as the availability of facilities, textbooks, teaching tools such as learning implementation plans (RPP), annual programs, semester programs, effective time analysis and KKM. Teacher learning tools must always be updated and adapted to the latest curriculum. The target of the Institution is supervision of schools to improve the quality of the institution in general and improve the quality of schools. The target of this institution is related to school accreditation, completeness of documents and school activities which must be properly documented so that when the institution is supervised, the required documents are available and updated. Schools must also have a strategic plan for future planning, so that the institution can develop. ABSTRAKTujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari prinsip dan sasaran dari supervisi Pendidikan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yaitu mencari literatur yang relevan dengan topik yang diangkat serta mendeskripsikannya untuk membandingkan masing-masing literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip dalam supervisi pendidikan yang harus yaitu membimbing guru dalam melaksanakan pengajaran dan mengawasi, mudah dilaksanakan, tidak mendesak, bekerjasama dalam memajukan pendidikan, selalu mengharapkan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Sasaran dalam supervisi Pendidikan yaitu sasaran akademik yang meliputi pengawasan terhadap proses akademi atau pembelajaran yang terjadi di sekolah agar lebih meningkat dan berkualitas. The aim of this research is to describe and obtain information about increasing teacher pedagogical competence in preparing learning implementation plans (RPP) through in house training (IHT) at MAN 2 West Pasaman. This research is madrasa action research (PTM). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 4 teachers who taught at MAN 2 West Pasaman. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data was analyzed using percentages. The research results show that implementing In House Training (IHT) can improve teachers' pedagogical competence in preparing lesson plans. This is proven by the initial average score of teacher competency before the program was carried out, namely 74. Then after the IHT activities were carried out there was an increase in the first cycle to 78.70 (good) and after that it increased in the second cycle to 87.56 (very good) . ABSTRAKBerdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun RPP masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik Guru Dalam Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Melalui In House Training (IHT) di MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan madrasah (PTM). Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ter diri dari 4 orang guru yang mengajar di MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembaran obeservasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan In House Training (IHT) dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun RPP. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan dari nilai rata-rata awal kompetensi guru sebelum dilakukan program yaitu 74. Research data shows that efforts to increase teacher professionalism in preparing DUPAK through In House Training (IHT) at SD Negeri Candi III Nglipar are going well by achieving maximum results and objectives. The results of the study showed a positive influence. This is supported by data from observations of teacher behavior. The teacher's behavior in participating in the In House Training (IHT) is enthusiastic, enthusiastic, critical with questions that require argumentative answers and the teacher is able to master the material easily and quickly. From the comparison of the observation data tables in Pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II, there was an increase. Prasiklus data shows that only 1 person out of 4 teachers or 25% is able to compile DUPAK. There was an increase of 25% in Cycle I where 2 out of 4 teachers or 50% were able to compose DUPAK. From the comparison of observation data tables in Cycle I and Cycle II there was an increase. Research data shows that there is an increase in the percentage of teachers by 50% in compiling DUPAK through In House Training (IHT) from Cycle I to Cycle II data. Cycle I data showed that only 2 out of 4 teachers or 50% were able to compile DUPAK. There was an increase of 50% in Cycle II where 4 out of 4 teachers or 100% were able to compose DUPAK.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini memiliki tujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam menyusun Daftar Usul Penetapan Angka Kredit (DUPAK) Di SD Negeri Candi III Kapanewon Nglipar melalui In House Training (IHT). Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam menyusun DUPAK melalui In House Training (IHT) di SD Negeri Candi III Nglipar berjalan dengan baik dengan mencapai hasil dan tujuan yang maksimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif. Hal ini didukung oleh data hasil pengamatan perilaku guru. Perilaku guru dalam mengikuti In House Training (IHT) adalah bersemangat, antusias, kritis dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang membutuhkan jawaban argumentatif dan guru mampu menguasai materi dengan mudah dan cepat. Dari komparasi tabel data observasi dalam Prasiklus, Siklus I dan Siklus II terdapat peningkatan. Data Prasiklus menunjukan hanya 1 orang dari 4 guru atau 25 % yang mampu menyusun DUPAK. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a study that is used to systematically describe facts or characteristics of certain populations or certain fields carefully. The population in this study were all teachers or instructors at SMPN 2 Cikarang Selatan, totaling 34 people. Based on the results of this social attitude questionnaire that’s the statements have been adjusted for teachers, it has been found that the average of all indicators has reached a percentage of 89%, and of the 7 indicators it has reached >80% except for one aspect which is still at the 75% level, namely honesty indicator. In the social attitude competency assessment, it was found that each individual had received a total score with Very Good criteria, but there were also 2 people who got lower results, namely in the Good criteria with a percentage of 73% and 72%. While the highest percentage is found in the Responsibility indicator with an overall percentage of 97%. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can be a starting point for improving the quality of educators or to continue in research with other environmental scopes.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi tinggi rendahnya sikap sosial guru atau pendidik di SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Selatan sehingga dapat dilihat apakah pemberian pengembangan sikap sosial yang dituangkan dalam kurikulum yang mereka berikan pada peserta didik juga diterapkan pada diri pengajar itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang digunakan untuk melukiskan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik populasi tertentu atau bidang tertentu secara cermat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru atau pengajar yang ada di SMPN 2 Cikarang Selatan yang berjumlah 34 orang. Berdasarkan hasil angket sikap sosial yang telah disesuaikan pernyataannya untuk kalangan guru, telah didapatkan bahwa rata-rata dari semua indikator sudah mencapai persentase 89%, dan dari ke 7 indikator sudah mencapai >80% kecuali pada satu aspek yang masih pada tingkat 75% yaitu pada indikator kejujuran. Dalam penilaian kompetensi sikap sosial ini didapatkan bahwa setiap individu sudah mendapatkan nilai total dengan kriteria Baik Sekali, akan tetapi juga masih terdapat 2 orang yang mendapatkan hasil lebih rendah yaitu pada kriteria Baik dengan persentase perolehan nilai 73% dan 72%. Sedangkan persentase yang paling tinggi terdapat pada indikator Tanggung Jawab dengan persentase keseluruhan 97%.
