This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The resulting data is descriptive in the form of words, expressions and opinions from research subjects orally and filling out supervision questionnaires. Sources of data in this study were 5 (five) respondents who were Madsarasah Heads, BOS Treasurers, Committee Chairs, senior teachers and operators / TU. Supervision techniques are carried out individually, namely interviews with each respondent and filling out supervision questionnaires to assess aspects of managerial supervision. The results of the study show that the implementation of managerial supervision at MI Darul Ulum Bangkuang village includes roles, implementation, evaluation, dissemination of supervision results, follow-up of supervision results and benefits of supervision results. Supervision activities at MI Darul Ulum are included in the \"good\" category with an average score of 88.25. There was an increase in the performance of school principals and teachers who were managerially supervised by supervisory supervisors at MI Darul Ulum Bangkuang Village as seen from the output produced in the form of work programs for madrasa heads, so that managerial supervision had an effect on the performance of educators and education staff. This supervision must be carried out periodically and scheduled so that they can monitor and provide guidance to school principals and teachers in the target schools. \nABSTRAKTujuan dasar penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial terhadap pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi manajerial terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Ulum, Desa Bangkuang, Kecamatan Karau Kuala, Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Data yang dihasilkan bersifat deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata, ungkapan dan pendapat dari subjek penelitian secara lisan dan pengisian angket supervisi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) orang responden yang merupakan Kepala Madsarasah, Bendahara BOS, Ketua Komite, guru senior dan operator / TU. Teknik supervisi dilakukan secara individual yaitu wawancara dengan masing-masing responden dan pengisian angket/ kuisioner supervisi untuk menilai aspek supervisi manajerial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial di MI Darul Ulum desa Bangkuang yang mencakup peran, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, sosialisasi hasil supervisi, tindak lanjut hasil supervisi dan manfaat hasil supervisi. Kegiatan supervisi di MI Darul Ulum termasuk dalam kategori “baik” dengan rerata nilai sebesar 88,25. Terdapat peningkatan kinerja kepala sekolah dan guru yang disupervisi manajerial yang dilakukan oleh pengawas Pembina di MI Darul Ulum Desa Bangkuang yang dilihat dari output yang dihasilkan berupa program kerja kepala madrasah, sehingga supervisi manajerial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Abstract
