Factors that affect teacher performance are motivation and discipline, as has been proven by previous researchers. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is an effect of: (1) teacher work discipline on teacher performance; (2) teacher's work motivation on teacher performance; (3) discipline and teacher motivation on the performance of junior high school teachers in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency. The study population consisted of 175 junior high school teachers in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency with a sample of 122 people using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection using the questionnaire method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and hypothesis testing of the regression analysis model with the help of the SPSS 25 for Windows program. The results of the hypothesis test found that discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect teacher performance by 20.5% and the remaining 79.5% from other variables not examined. The partial influence of work discipline on teacher performance is 4% and the influence of work motivation on teacher performance is 21.3%. The influence of work motivation dominates performance, so it is suggested that in improving teacher performance, schools must fulfill and increase their teacher's work motivation and can ignore work discipline. For future researchers to change the concept of data into work motivation as variable X1 and work discipline as variable X2\u0000ABSTRAKKinerja guru elemen penting dalam pendidikan yang merupakan penentu tinggi rendahnya kualitas hasil pendidikan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru adalah motivasi dan kedisiplinan, sebagaimana telah dibuktikan peneliti sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh: (1) disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru; (2) motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru; (3) disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP se Kecamatan Kedungwuni Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 175 guru SMP se Kecamatan Kedungwuni Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan sampel 122 orang menggunakan teknik sampling Proportionate Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat serta uji hipotesis model analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 20,5% dan sisanya 79,5% dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru 4% dan pengaruh motivasi kerja tehadap kinerja guru sebesar 21,3%. Therefore, the performance of teachers needs to be improved as much as possible. Based on the aforementioned provisions, to find out the absorption of a teacher in managing class administration. Classroom administration as a mirror in education or teaching and learning processes. Therefore, teachers must be supervised by management in class administration. This research is a school action research focused on teacher performance. The subject of the study was a class teacher at SD Negeri 1 Platar. The study took place in 2 cycles. The result of this research is that clinical supervision is able to improve teacher performance in making and compiling class administration, which can be seen from the average results of teacher administration preparation with a score of 38.67 with a good category.\u0000ABSTRAKTujuan Pendidkan Nasional adalah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, beraklaq mulia, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, berwawasan global dan menjadi warga negara demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu kinerja guru perlu ditingkatkan semaksimal mungkin. Berdasarkan ketentuan tersebut di atas, untuk mengetahui daya serap seorang guru dalam mengelola administrasi kelas. Administrasi kelas sebagai cermin dalam pendidikan atau proses belajar mengajar. Oleh sebab itu guru harus di supervisi manejerial dalam pengelolaan administrasi kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang difokuskan pada kinerja guru. Subyek penelitian adalah guru kelas di SD Negeri 1 Platar. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 2 siklus. Plans and strategies for inclusive education programs which include; human resources, curriculum, and facilities at the provincial education office, 3). program implementation; capacity building, technical assistance and program monitoring and 4) Inclusive school performance results. This research uses mixed methods; quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data were collected through simple questionnaires and qualitative through FGDs, in-depth interviews, and observations. Data were analyzed using the CIPP approach to summarize and determine recommendations. The program evaluation criteria are divided into 4 criteria, namely: 1). The evaluation includes Program Objectives, Attitudes, and Achievement of Goals. This research is a program evaluation research using a goal oriented model. The method used is a combination method. Quantitative data collection techniques used questionnaires with 48 respondents consisting of 15 teacher advisors and 33 industrial supervisors, while qualitative data used the results of interview observations. The results of the research program objective component as a whole obtained a good category with an average value of 3.42 and TPR 85.43%, the attitude component obtained a very good category with an average value of 3.53 and TPR 88.31%, and the goal achievement component obtained a good category with an average value 3.42 and TPR 85.68%. so that it can be concluded that in general the implementation of field work practices at SMKN 1 Tambelangan has been going very well according to the program that has been planned with an average value of 3.47 and TPR 86.48%\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan di SMKN 1 Tambelangan Tahun 2022. Evaluasi meliputi Tujuan Program, Sikap, dan Pencapaian Tujuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi program dengan menggunakan model goal oriented. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode kombinasi. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan angket dengan responden 48 yang terdiri dari 15 guru Pembimbing dan 33 Pembimbing Industri, sedangkan data kualitatif dengan menggunakan hasil observasi wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesiapan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran melalui kegiatan supervisi akademik tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Dari hasil yang di peroleh menunjukan terdapat peningkatan yang significant dimana pada siklus dua terdapat 88,33% guru mampu merancang pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. The subjects of this study were teachers in Group I, Group II and Group III at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City, Jambi Province. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documents, observations and test instruments. This research consists of two cycles. The results of cycle 1 stated that the average score of teachers in Group I was 58.75, Group II was 65 and teaching in Group III was 50. An increase of 41.25% compared to the initial value of 17.5. The teacher's average score increased 40% compared to the initial average value of 25. The results of cycle 2 stated that teachers in Group I got 75, Group II got 84.5 and taught in Group III got 80.5. This increased 16.25% for Group I, 19.5 for Group II and 30.5% for Group III. The average size of the subjects studied in writing PTK proposals was 79.61. There is 17.32% compared to the results in cycle 1. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Triangle MPM technique (presenting, practicing, compiling) is significant enough to make Group I, Group II, and Group III teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City Jambi Province write Proposals easily.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan sekolah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis proposal penelitian tindakan kelas melalui penggunaan teknik Triangle MPM (menyajikan, praktik, menyusun). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Kelompok I, Kelompok II dan Kelompok III di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumen, observasi dan instrumen tes. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Hasil siklus 1 menyatakan nilai rata-rata guru di Kelompok I adalah 58,75, Kelompok II adalah 65 dan mengajar di Kelompok III adalah 50. Meningkat 41,25% dibandingkan dengan nilai awal 17,5. Nilai rata-rata guru meningkat 40% dibandingkan nilai rata-rata awal 25. Hasil siklus 2 menyatakan guru di Kelompok I mendapatkan 75, Kelompok II mendapatkan 84,5 dan mengajar di Kelompok III mendapatkan 80,5. Ini meningkat 16,25% untuk Kelompok I, 19,5 untuk Kelompok II dan 30,5% untuk Kelompok III. Rata-rata besar subjek yang diteliti dalam penulisan proposal PTK adalah 79,61. Ada 17,32% dibandingkan dengan hasil pada siklus 1. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to improve the competence of Islamic teachers, namely Islamic education innovation through professional improvement of Islamic religious teachers. The research was conducted at Al Madaniyah Samuda Integrated Islamic Primary School, East Kotawaringin Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah District. The subjects in this study were 2 Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out by direct observation/ observation to obtain data, interviews and documentation. The results showed that professional teachers are teachers who are willing to renew themselves and are open to the times, master learning which is the competence possessed by the teacher, discipline, high integrity and strive to fulfill the vision and mission of the school. Islamic education (PAI) teachers must innovate in learning, utilizing various existing technologies such as abundant references in print, electronic, digital or online form. This makes it very easy for teachers and students in the learning and teaching process. Innovation can be made on the selection of teaching methods and techniques. In the midst of the diversity of methods and techniques, some of the basic things are that wherever possible the subject matter can be explained thoroughly and completely. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Islam Terpadu Al-Madaniyah Samuda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru agama Islam yaitu Inovasi pendidikan Islam melalui peningkatan profesional guru agama Islam. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Islam Terpadu Al-Madaniyah Samuda, Kotawaringin Timur Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang berjumlah dua orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi/ pengamatan secara langsung untuk mendapatkan data, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru profesional adalah guru yang mau memperbaharui diri dan terbuka terhadap perkembangan zaman, menguasai pembelajaran yang merupakan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru tersebut, disiplin, integritas tinggi dan berusaha untuk memenuhi visi dan misi sekolah. Guru pendidikan Agama Islam harus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran, memanfaatkan berbagai teknologi yang ada seperti banyaknya pustaka referensi yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk memperkaya bahan ajar dan métode pembelajaran yang baik. Pembaharuan yang dilakukan oleh guru bisa berupa penggunaan métode pembelajaran yang menarik dan mudah dipahami, penggunaan media yang bisa membantu pemahaman peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang merupakan inovasi guru dalam melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran. In general, this study aims to find our ho madrasah heads are able to improve teacher performance in their leadership, especially at MAN 1 Sumedang. In this study using a qualitative approach, namely the technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study resulted in a leadership style practiced by the head of the madrasah such as a democratic leadership style. This can be proven by the ability of the teacher’s performance in accordance with their respective duties (curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure facilities, public relations and an increase in student learning outcomes in accordance with the specified standards). The leadership style adopted by the head of the madrasah gets a pretty good response from the teacher, especially in determining a solution to the problem that arise. The leadership of the madrasah head can be a reflection, motivator, and guide for teachers, student and stakeholders in the madrasah enironment. \u0000ABSTRAKSalah satu komponen pendidikan yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru adalah kepala madrasah. Keberhasilan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola tenaga kependidikan akan berpengaruh kepada keberhasilan pendidikan madrasah, selain itu kepala madrasah memiliki kemampuan untuk menggerakan sumber yang ada sehingga dapat digunakan secara maksimal untuk mencapai tujuan. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepala madrasah mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam kepemimpinannya, khususnya di MAN 1 Sumedang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan kepala madrasah seperti gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan kemampuan kinerja guru sesuai dengan tufoksinya masing-masing ( kurikulum, kesiswaan, sarpras, humas dan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan). Gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah mendapat respon yang cukup baik dari guru terlebih dalam menentukan suatu solusi terhadap masalah yang muncul. GUMALIS stands for Writing Madrasa Teacher. It is hoped that the existence of GUMALIS can increase the enthusiasm and skills of teachers in writing and can help teachers improve their careers and professionalism. The steps taken were combining teachers to join the GUMALIS community, providing writing training materials, making anthologies or books with multiple authors, holding book launching activities, reviewing books and introducing GUMALIS to the public via radio broadcasts. The increase in GUMALIS members from day to day indicates an increase in literacy among Madrasah teachers namely RA, MI, MTs, MA in Cilacap district. \u0000ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang mendasari best praktice ini adalah rendahnya minat atau motivasi literasi guru madrasah dikabupaten Cilacap dalam hal menulis, upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan mendirikan komunitas GUMALIS. GUMALIS merupakan kepanjangan dari Guru Madrasah Menulis. Diharapkan dengan adanya GUMALIS dapat meningkatkan semangat dan keterampilan guru dalam menulis dan bisa membantu guru meningkatkan karir dan profesionalismenya. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh yaitu menggabungkan guru-guru untuk bergabung dalam komunitas GUMALIS, memberikan materi pelatihan menulis, membuat buku antologi atau buku dengan banyak penulis, mengadakan kegiatan launching buku, bedah buku dan mengenalkan GUMALIS kepada masyarakat melalui siaran radio. This research is a School Action Research (PTS) with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study aims to analyze the professional competence of teachers from the aspect of mastery of material, concepts, structures, and scientific patterns that support subjects, mastery of competency standards and basic competencies and the ability to develop creatively taught learning materials. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews and class observations. Secondary data from observations of syllabus and lesson plans documents as well as other relevant documents. Data collection instruments used interview guides, observation sheets and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used the Milles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, display and data verification. The results showed an increase in teacher professional competence after being supervised by the school principal, 68.18% (15 out of 22) succeeded in achieving the mastery indicator (? 80%) . There are 7 out of 22 teachers (31.82%) of whom are in the \"Enough\" category, which means that they still need further guidance specifically on aspects of developing creative learning materials. This shows that the implementation of academic supervision is able to improve the professional competence of teachers. The triggering factors for the low professional competence of teachers include 1) lack of self-motivation (self motivation); 2) low literacy skills; 3) difficulty getting out of the comfort zone; 4) having a narrow view of a change; 5) not optimally utilizing technology; 6) always think negatively; 7) self-closing; 8) lack of discipline. 9) do not feel ashamed to see other people busy working; 10) busy doing activities outside of school hours; 11) habit of procrastinating work. If routinely carried out, undoubtedly the teacher's supervisory competence will increase. Another effort that can be done is to involve teachers in various KKG activities, workshops, and IHT and even training organized by the government.
