This research was conducted using a descriptive analytic design that describes and assesses the training implementation process based on the Kirkpatrick level 1 (Reaction) and level 2 (Learning) evaluation models. Bivariate analysis has been carried out to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (academic substance test results) and the independent variables: (1) the age of the participants (p = 0.005 or there is a relationship); (2) participants' education (p=0.561 or no relationship); (3) gender (p=0.315 or no relationship); (4) years of service as supervisor (p=0.029 or there is a relationship); (5) widyaiswara communication style (p=1,000 or no relationship); (6) widyaiswara's responsiveness (p=1,000 or no relationship); (7) widyaiswara knowledge level (p=1,000 or no relationship); (8) the suitability of the training subjects with the needs of the participants (p=0.229 or no relationship); (9) the suitability of the training subjects with the needs of the participants (p=0.307 or no relationship); (10) method of delivering material (p=0.101 or no relationship); (11) LMS used (p=0.922 or no relationship); and (12) rest time provided (p=0.251 or no relationship). Meanwhile, to find out the factors that affect the knowledge of participants, an analysis was carried out using logistic regression test. The results showed that the quality of the widyaiswara was very good (87.11%), the training materials were good (70.36%) and the service providers were very good (84.95%). While the average value of participants' knowledge is 88.5 with a standard deviation of 10.24. The results also show that according to the logistic regression test on the factors that affect the participants' knowledge, the participant's tenure as supervisor (p=0.01) and the participant's age (p=0.028) are factors that affect the participants' knowledge (academic substance value).\u0000ABSTRAKEvaluasi Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas dapat dilaksanakan melalui evaluasi peserta, tenaga pelatihan dan penyelenggaraan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan disains deskriptif analitik yang menggambarkan dan menilai proses pelaksanaan pelatihan berdasarkan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1 (Reaction) dan level 2 (Learning). The performance of teachers and principals is an important element in the implementation of educational services at this time, the demand for improving the quality of education services in Indonesia is getting higher. This study uses a quantitative approach with 3 variables, namely (1) Teacher performance (X1) as an independent variable, which is divided into: Performance (X1) (2) Additional assignments as independent variables (X2) and Effectiveness as dependent variables: Educational Effectiveness (Y). The type of data in this study is primary data using a closed questionnaire method to obtain and secondary data using the documentation method to collect. The population that became the object of this study were all teachers who received additional assignments totaling 40 people. The results of the answers to the questions are given a score, then the score obtained for each variable is described in the multiple linear regression equation, t test and f test. The results of his research concluded that (1) the teacher performance variable partially has a significant influence on educational effectiveness. (2) The variable of commitment to school partially has a significant influence on the effectiveness of education and additional assignments.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru dan tugas tambahan terhadap efektivitas pendidikan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi secara dominan terhadap efektivitas pendidikan di MAN Model Bangkalan. Kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah merupakan elemen-elemen penting dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan pendidikan pada saat ini, tuntunan akan peningkatan mutu pelayanan pendidikan di Indonesia semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 3 variabel yaitu (1) Kinerja guru (X1) sebagai variabel bebas, dimana dibedakan menjadi: Kinerja (X1) (2) Tugas tambahan sebagai variabel bebas (X2) dan Efektivitas sebagai variabel-variabel tergantung: Efektivitas Pendidikan (Y). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dengan penggunaan metode angket tertutup untuk mendapatkan dan data sekunder dengan metode dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan. Populasi yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang mendapat tugas tambahan jumlah 40 orang. Hasil jawaban dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan diberikan skor selanjutnya skor yang diperoleh masing-masing variabel dan digambarkan dalam persamaan regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitiannya meyimpulkan bahwa (1) Variabel kinerja guru secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikasn terhadap efektivitas pendidikan. This research method is coaching can improve teacher performance in learning, this research was carried out in 2 cycles. As for the purpose of this coaching to improve teacher performance in teaching, this research was carried out through Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. The results of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II obtained an average score, the score of the second cycle was 84.71 really a good increase from the pre-cycle the average score was 61.10, the first cycle the score was 76.38 up 15.28 the second cycle increased by 8.33 and in the average value from cycle I, 76.38 to cycle II to 84.71, the increase is 8.33. This is one level better than the Enough criterion to be a cycle II score of 84.71 with B criteria (Good).\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran sehingga akan tercapai peningkatan mutu melalui pembinaan secara berkala oleh Kepala Sekolah, kepada guru kelas di SDN Hargosari, Tanjungsri, Gunungkidul. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan pembinaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Adapun tujuan dari pembinaan ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam mengajar, penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi dan Refleksi. Hasil penelitian dari pra siklus ,siklus I dan siklus II didapat skor rata rata, skor siklus II sebesar 84.71 sungguh kenaikan yang baik dari prasiklus skor rata-rata 61,10, siklus I skornya 76,38 naik 15,28 siklus II naik sebesar 8.33 dan pada nilai rata rata dari siklus I, 76,38 ke siklus II menjadi 84,71 kenaikanya sebesar 8.33 . The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of developing an information system for monitoring the performance of school supervisors based on information technology at the Department of Youth and Sports Education, Banjarnegara Regency. The information system developed was named “Sipedas” which is an acronym for sistem Informasi pemantauan cerdas. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. In the analysis combines qualitative and quantitative data to find out how much the utilization of the Sipedas information system is used. The average usability test results of Sipedas show more than 72% of user respondents' answers stating that Sipedas is \"Good\". Based on the development, testing and analysis, it can be concluded that Sipedas is feasible and effective to be used in the process of monitoring the performance of school supervisors in terms of usability.\u0000ABSTRAKKinerja pengawas sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugas pengawasan akademik dan manajerial pada satuan pendidikan yang meliputi penyusunan program pengawasan, pelaksanaan pembinaan, pemantauan pelaksanaan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, penilaian, pembimbingan sangat penting dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan sistem informasi pemantauan kinerja pengawas sekolah berbasis teknologi informasi di Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan ini diberinama “Sipedas” yang merupakan akronim dari sistem Informasi pemantauan cerdas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Dalam analisis menggabungkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemanfaatan sistem informasi Sipedas digunakan. Rata-rata hasil uji ketergunaan (usability) Sipedas menunjukan 72% lebih jawaban responden pengguna menyatakan bahwa sipedas “Baik”. From the results of observations in cycle 1 the average overall score of participants was 75 which could be categorized as good, because it was already on the performance indicator, namely > 75, while in cycle 2 the average overall score of participants was 100% with a very good classification. In cycle 2, this research is said to be very successful because it reaches a maximum value of 100%. The success in cycle 2 was due to the mastery of media by participants in cycle I was still not optimal as described in cycle 2. After this research was carried out it was found that the percentage of PAK teachers' abilities increased, teachers who were able to use audio-visual media in the pre-cycle were 42% and became 75 % in the first cycle and becomes 100% in the second cycle. Based on observations, it is known that an increase in understanding of the use of learning media from cycle I to cycle II is due to the weaknesses in cycle I after being corrected in cycle II and reaching a perfect level so that it can improve satisfactory results with very good classification. So the researchers concluded that with the help of peers the use of audio-visual media for PAK teachers in Makale sub-district increased.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang dilakukan Pengawas sebagai peneliti di wilayah binaan Kecamatan Makale dikarenakan banyak guru PAK yang belum menggunakan media audio visual dengan baik, pada bulan Februari 2022, maka dari itu peneliti melaksanakan penelitian ini dalam dua siklus dengan tujuan meningkatkan Kemampuan guru PAK dalam menggunakan media audio visual dengan teman sejawat. Dari hasil observasi pada siklus 1 rata-rata skor keseluruhan peserta adalah 75 dapat dikategorikan baik, karena sudah berada pada indicator kinerja yaitu >75, sementara pada siklus 2 rata-rata skor keseluruhan peserta adalah 100 % dengan klasifikasi sangat baik. Pada siklus 2 ini penelitian dikatakan sangat berhasi karena mencapai nilai maksimal yaitu 100 %. Keberhasilan pada siklus 2 ini disebabkan penguasaan media oleh peserta pada siklus I masih belum optimal seperti dijelaskan dalam siklus 2. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persentase kemampuan guru PAK meningkat, guru yang mampu menggunakan media audio visual pada pra siklus adalah 42% dan menjadi 75% pada siklus I dan menjadi 100% pada siklus II. This research is school action research (PTS), which is designed following the Kemmis and Mc Taggart Model which includes a series of interrelated (continuous) with 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 activities namely planning, action, observation and reflection followed by planning in the second cycle. The next step is to utilize the results of the previous reflection. The solution design in question is an action in the form of academic supervision carried out collaboratively consisting of the Principal and School Supervisor. The sample in this study amounted to 18 teachers consisting of 9 junior high schools fostered by Team 4 Deli Serdang Regency. The results showed that the competence of social studies teachers, namely the development of lesson plans with academic supervision, increased from the first cycle, namely 65% ??to the second cycle, 86% of teachers were able to make lesson plans in the emergency curriculum. Likewise, there is an increase in the making of online media in each cycle, namely 70% of teachers to 89% of teachers using media in online learning. Teacher competence in designing learning is good so that the quality of student learning increases.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru IPS dalam pembelajaran daring dengan supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS), yang dirancang mengikuti Model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang meliputi serangkaian yang saling terkait (berkesinambungan) dengan 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri 4 kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi yang diikuti oleh perencanaan pada siklus berikutnya dengan memanfaatkan hasil refleksi sebelumnya.. Adapun rancangan solusi yang dimaksud adalah tindakan berupa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan secara kaloboratif yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah dan Pengawas Sekolah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 18 orang guru yang terdiri dari 9 sekolah SMP Binaan Tim 4 Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru IPS yaitu pengembangan RPP dengan supervisi akademik meningkat dari siklus I yaitu 65 % ke siklus II 86 % guru sudah dapat membuat RPP pada kurikulum darurat. Demikian juga ada peningkatan pada pembuatan media daring di tiap siklusnya yaitu 70 % guru menjadi 89 % guru menggunakan media pada pembelajaran daring. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Tojan in the academic year 2021/2022, with 8 teachers as the subject, while the object of the research was to increase the ability of teachers to prepare operational lesson plans by applying the Guidance in Actions approach. The research follows the school's action research flow with two cycles, each cycle includes planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The data collection technique uses observation, and the data collection instrument uses an observation format. The data analysis method used a univariate descriptive statistical method, and to draw conclusions used a qualitative descriptive method. The indicator of success was the average value of the teacher's ability to prepare operational lesson plans of at least 85 with a minimum completeness of 80% . The results showed that the teacher's ability to prepare operational lesson plans had increased as evidenced by an increase from the pre-cycle average of 55.56 in the first cycle the average was 74.65 and in the second cycle the average was 86.11 and the percentage of completeness in the pre-cycle was 47.62, the first cycle was 80.00, and the second cycle 81.90.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kemampuan guru SD Negeri 2 Tojan, menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran operasional, dengan tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru menyusun RPP operasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 2 Tojan tahun pelajaran 2021/2022, dengan subyek guru berjumlah 8 orang, sedangkan obyek penelitian peningkatan kemampuan guru menyusun RPP operasional dengan penerapan pendekatan Guidance in Actions. Penelitian mengikuti alur penelitian tindakan Sekolah dengan dua siklus masing-masing siklus meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dan instrument pengumpulan datanya menggunakan format observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan cara statistic deskriptif, dan untuk menarik kesimpulan digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Indikator keberhasilan adalah nilai rerata kemampuan guru menyusun RPP operasional minimal 85 dengan ketuntasan minimal 80%. This research is a type of library research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data used are secondary data sources, namely in the form of books and articles relevant to this research. Collecting data through documentation by exploring the meaning and information or empirical data obtained from books and scientific research results and other literature with the aim of wanting to know more about managerial supervision that can be done to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that managerial supervision is very much needed in Islamic educational institutions. Managerial supervision is not related to a single subject matter, but involves all aspects of the structure and management of the school. The quality of Islamic educational institutions is not only seen from the success of students and teachers, but all components in the school determine the quality of Islamic educational institutions. Managerial supervision is one way to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions, because with supervision, guidance and assessment from supervisors, it will be able to increase productivity and management performance at Islamic educational institutions, and in the end will be able to improve the quality of education.\u0000ABSTRAKTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya supervisi manajerial, untuk mengetahui sasaran supervisi manajerial dan prinsip-prinsip supervisi manajerial dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian merupakan jenis riset kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data sekunder, yaitu berupa buku-buku dan arikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dengan menggali makna dan informasi atau data empirik yang didapat dari buku-buku dan hasil penelitian ilmiah maupun literatur yang lain dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui lebih banyak tentang supervisi manajerial yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi manajerial sangat diperlukan pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Supervisi manajerial tidak berhubungan dengan satu pokok permasalahan saja, tetapi menyangkut semua aspek yang ada dalam struktur dan manajemen sekolah. The objectives of this best practice are to determine: 1) the competence of the Madrasah Head in preparing the 2020 IASP Madrasah accreditation document at MA NU Gesi, Sragen Regency; 2) the implementation of Programmed Intensive Guidance (PINTER) in improving the competence of Madrasah Heads preparing the IASP 2020 Madrasah accreditation document for MA NU Gesi, Sragen Regency; 3) the results of the implementation of Programmed Intensive Guidance (PINTER) in improving the competence of Madrasah Heads preparing the IASP 2020 madrasa accreditation document at MA NU Gesi, Sragen Regency. This research is a supervisory action research involving 10 teachers of madrasas in South Aceh. The instruments used in this study were observations to measure the teacher's ability to apply a scientific approach to integrated thematic learning and observation of the teacher's active participation in coaching activities. Preliminary data show that the average score of the teacher's ability to apply the scientific approach to integrated thematic learning is 63.75. The average score in the first cycle was 78.88 and all teachers were actively involved in coaching activities. The score obtained in the second cycle increased significantly, namely 86.31 and the level of activeness of participants in the training was also quite stable. Based on the final results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of academic supervision is able to improve the ability of teachers to apply thematic learning with a scientific approach.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendongkrak kualitas tenaga pendidik atau guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan pendekatan scientific serta menggunakan pembinaan supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kepengawasan yang melibatkan 10 orang guru madrasah binaan di Aceh Selatan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi guna mengukur kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan scientific pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu dan observasi terhadap keaktifan guru mengikuti kegiatan pembinaan. Data awal menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata kemampuan guru menerapkan pendekatan scientific pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu 63,75. Skor rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 78,88 dan semua guru terlibat aktif pada kegiatan pembinaan. Skor yang diperoleh pada siklus II naik secara signifikan yaitu 86,31 dan tingkat keaktifan peserta mengikuti pelatihan juga cukup stabil.
