Based on initial observations at SDN 2 Kedungjati, Kedungjati District, Grobogan Regency for the 2019/2020 Academic Year, all classroom teachers and field of study teachers rarely and never even use the school environment as a learning resource, this is due to the lack of understanding and ability of teachers to utilize the school environment as a learning resource. learning resources. So far, teachers have mostly used textbooks and teaching aids owned by schools as learning resources to complement classroom learning activities. To overcome this, it is necessary to have group discussions among classroom teachers in the form of KKG (in house training) to discuss the problem of using the school environment as a learning resource. In these discussion activities, teachers can share experiences in utilizing the school environment as a learning resource to achieve optimal learning outcomes. From the results of the school action research carried out, it can be seen that to improve the ability of teachers to utilize the school environment as a learning resource through a teacher working group (KKG) discussion approach at SDN 2 Kedungjati, Kedungjati District, Grobogan Regency for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal di SDN 2 Kedungjati Kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, semua guru kelas dan guru bidang studi jarang dan bahkan tidak pernah memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan guru untuk memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar.Selama ini guru lebih banyak menggunakan buku paket dan alat peraga yang dimiliki sekolah sebagai sumber belajar untuk melengkapi kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Untuk mengatasi hal itu perlu adanya diskusi kelompok diantara para guru kelas dalam bentuk KKG ( in house training) untuk mendiskusikan masalah pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with interviews, observation and documentation of evidence in school institutions. The subjects in this research are principals, vice principals and teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique uses the data triangulation method, namely by narrating the strongest evidence of reality that appears at the research location. The triangulation method used includes: triangulation of data with sources and triangulation of data with methods. This study shows that transformational leadership has an influence on improving teacher performance so that teachers can perform performance that exceeds expectations. This study suggests that principals provide a habituation approach to maintain the stability of teacher performance.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memberikan pengaruh dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja guru oleh pimpinan atau kepala sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi bukti yang ada dalam lembaga sekolah. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh pada peningkatan kinerja guru sehingga guru dapat melakukan kinerja yang melebihi dari ekspektasi yang seharusnya. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study were principals, managers of facilities and infrastructure, teachers and students. Data collection techniques through observation. The results of research and discussion can be concluded that school facilities and infrastructure greatly affect student learning outcomes, if the facilities and infrastructure in the school are complete, then learning will run optimally. Educational facilities include classrooms, learning media, tables, chairs and others. Meanwhile, infrastructure is a facility that indirectly functions to support learning activities such as yards, roads in schools. The existence of these school facilities and infrastructure as a tool to support the success of the process carried out by the school as an effort to provide services to the public, because without suggestions and infrastructure in schools, the teaching and learning process of teachers and students cannot run well and the expected results will not be achieved. . The subjects of this study were 15 teachers of MTs Negeri 3 Buton Tengah. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results showed that the exemplary principal can improve teacher discipline in teaching attendance in class, where in the implementation of pre-cycle learning at the first meeting all teachers were present on time, because it was the first day of school for the 2012/2022 school year. The implementation of learning in the first cycle there were 12 teachers who were late to teach in class, and after the implementation of learning in the second cycle the teacher's discipline in teaching attendance in class reached 80% based on the responses of respondents (teachers) regarding the example of the Principal, while based on the results of observations 77% Teachers who are still less than 5 minutes late, because the location of the school is far and difficult to reach.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas melalui keteladanan Kepala Sekolah di MTs Negeri 3 Buton Tengah tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru MTs Negeri 3 Buton Tengah sebanyak 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keteladanan Kepala Sekolah dapat meningkatkan Kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas, dimana pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pra-siklus pada pertemuan pertama semua Guru hadir tepat waktu, karena merupakan hari pertama sekolah untuk tahun pelajaran 2012/2022. For this reason, in the context of implementing the process standards contained in the National Education Standards, learning in grades seven, eight, and nine is more appropriate if managed in integrated learning through a Lesson study approach. At SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu, Tegal Regency, the author tries to train teachers to make lesson plans as well as practice implementing the Lesson study-based learning process. The purpose of this PTS writing is to find out how to increase the ability of teachers in PBM through Lesson study-based training and to find out how much improvement the teacher's abilities in PBM are through Lesson study-based training actions at SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu, Tegal Regency. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu, Tegal Regency, semester I for the 2020/2021 academic year. The research subjects in this study were teachers from class VII to class IX at SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu, Tegal Regency. Data collection techniques and tools were carried out through test and non-test instruments. This research consisted of two cycles with each cycle consisting of: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed that the results of the pre-cycle average score of 44.34 participants, the first cycle the average value of the participants was 42.60, and the average score in the second cycle was 82.17. While the increase in value based on the percentage from the pre-cycle to the first cycle minus 2.00%, from the first cycle to the second cycle 31.71%, and from the pre-cycle to the second cycle 29.90%. The results of product tests and PBM assessments from cycle I to cycle II showed an increase, namely 17.10% for the increase in RPP products and 23.49% for PBM assessments. Thus it can be concluded that through Lesson study-based training can assist teachers in preparing lesson plans that have a major impact on PBM.\u0000ABSTRAKPelaksanaan Lesson study ternyata belum dicobakan di SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu Kabupaten Tegal. Untuk itu dalam rangka implementasi standar proses yang termuat dalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan, maka pembelajaran pada kelas tujuh, delapan, dan sembilan lebih sesuai jika dikelola dalam pembelajaran terpadu melalui pendekatan pembelajaran Lesson study. Di SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu Kabupaten Tegal penulis mencoba melatih guru membuat RPP sekaligus berlatih melaksanakan proses pembelajaran berbasis Lesson study. Based on the researcher's initial observations that there are several guidance and counseling teachers in the target schools that have not carried out their duties optimally in preparing the guidance and counseling service program. Counselors who prepare guidance and counseling service plans and the quality of guidance and counseling service plans made by teachers in target schools only reach 42% which is categorized as good. To overcome these problems, the researcher plans to conduct Guidance and Training with a workshop method at the MGBK of the target schools with the hope that the guidance and counseling teachers in the target schools can increase their professional competence in developing guidance and counseling service programs. This type of research uses school action research with the research subject of 7 guidance and counseling teachers in the target schools. The results of school action research through Guidance and training with the Guidance and Counseling teacher workshop method in the MGBK Community can improve the professional competence of BK teachers who are teachers guided by researchers in carrying out the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs. This can be proven from the results of observations / observations of researchers which show that there is an increase in the professional competence of BK teachers in preparing guidance and counseling service programs from cycle to cycle. The population of this research is all civil servant teachers of public elementary schools in Wonosalam District, Demak Regency, totaling 245 people, obtained a sample of 71 people using proportional random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and hypothesis testing which includes correlational testing, simple regression and multiple regression and determination. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the average principal competency score is 126.82 including the high category, the average school organizational culture score obtained is 71.62 including the high category and the average principal score is 133.28 included in the high category. From the hypothesis test, there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's competence on the principal's performance with a contribution of 47.8%. There is a positive and significant influence of school organizational culture with a contribution of 18.6%. And there is a positive and significant influence on the principal's competence and school organizational culture together on the principal's performance with a contribution of 51%. On the basis of this research, it is recommended that: (1) primary school principals actively participate in education and training activities, attend workshops on leadership, attend seminars, actively participate in KKKS and continue their studies. (2) The head of the UPTD of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Wonosalam District, should provide facilities for principals of public elementary schools to attend education and training, workshops, seminars, KKKS and continue their studies. So that the performance of the principal of public elementary schools in Wonosalam District, Demak Regency further increases and ultimately can improve the quality of education.\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengolah dan menganalisa data hasil penelitian menjadi sebuah data yang bermakna. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Demak, yang berjumlah 245 orang, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 71 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi pengujian korelasional, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda dan determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata perolehan skor kompetensi kepala sekolah 126,82 termasuk kategori tinggi, rata-rata perolehan skor budaya organisasi sekolah diperoleh skor 71,62 termasuk kategori tinggi dan rata-rata skor perolehan kinerja kepala sekolah adalah 133,28 termasuk kategori tinggi. Bangka, in preparing the even semester test through the MGMP work meeting. This research is classified as a supervisory action research involving 15 teachers of social studies, Indonesian and PPKN subjects, which is used as a sample for the preparation of a summative test, based on the criteria for preparing a standardized test. From the results of the previous survey, they have never compiled a test based on the criteria / steps for preparing a standardized test. They arrange the test by adopting test questions from the question bank they have and are adjusted to the indicators of the material taught in class. Based on the criteria obtained, from cycle I and cycle II the average score showed an increase, from an average score of 65.4 to a score of 75.3. it means the efforts of the teachers of SMAN 1 Riau Silip Kab. Bangka in compiling the Deuteronomy was significant and they had put a lot of effort into being able to make a proper test. In the first cycle there were 2 teachers who had not finished, so it was continued in the second cycle to complete as well as provide enrichment for those who had completed. From the results of the analysis in cycle I and cycle II showed an increase in quality with the average result of the ability of teachers at SMAN 1 Riau Silip Kab. Bangka in compiling even semester tests from an average score of 65.4 to a score of 76.43 with an increase of 25%. Thus, it can be concluded that through the MGMP working meeting in the preparation of the even semester exams, the teachers of SMAN 1 Riau Silip Kab. Bangka , has succeeded in making a standardized test (feasible) based on the established criteria. Hopefully the teachers at SMAN 1 Riau Silip Bangka in carrying out formative tests, semester tests and school exams and others will no longer adopt the existing questions (question bank).\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi dan mendeskripsikan  kemampuan guru SMAN 1 Riau Silip Kab. Bangka, dalam menyusunan Ulangan semester genap melalui rapat kerja MGMP. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kepengawasan dengan melibatkan 15 orang guru mata pelajaran IPS, Bahasa Indonesia dan PPKN, yng  dijadikan sempel  penyusunan tes sumatif, berdasarkan kreteria penyusunan tes standar. Dari hasil  survai   sebelumnya mereka belum pernah menyusun  tes  berdasrkan kreteria / langkah-langkah penyusunan tes setandar.  Mereka menyusun tes dengan  mengadopsi soal tes dari bank soal yang dimiliki dan disesuaikan dengan indikataor materi yang diajarkan di kelas. Berdasarkan kreteia yang didapat, dari siklus I dan siklus II rata-rata skor menunjukkan peningkatan, dari rata-rata skor 65.4 ke skor 75.3. itu berarti upaya guru SMAN 1 Riau Silip Kab. This study aims to obtain information on the extent to which efforts to increase teacher competence in compiling RPP through academic supervision by the principal of MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Singkawang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were teachers of MTs Ibnu Taimiyah with a total of 13 people. This research took place in 2 cycles. Based on the pre-cycle analysis, it was found that the average score quality data for RPP teachers was only 65.05%, so the researcher as the principal wanted to conduct school action research as an effort to increase teacher competence in preparing and implementing lesson plans (RPP) through continuous academic supervision from cycle I reflection. The results obtained from the quality of the lesson plan with a score of 82.20%, this shows that the research indicators that have been set have not been achieved, thus the research is continued to cycle II. and the esultsf the analysis of RPP quality assessment have increased. This can be seen from the number of teachers who are able to compile the RPP properly and correctly by 93.17%. As for analyzing/testing the authenticity of the RPP compiled by the teacher, the result is that the RPP collected by the teacher is original. Through the reflection of cycle II, the results have reached the indicators of success in this research. Thus, continuous academic supervision can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at MTs Ibnu Taimiyah for the academic year 2021/2022.\u0000ABSTRAKPelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan kepala madrasah setiap semester terdapat temuan diantaranya kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP rendah maka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat informasi sejauh mana upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Singkawang Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian adalah guru MTs Ibnu Taimiyah dengan jumlah 13 orang. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 2 siklus. Berdasarkan analisis pra siklus diperoleh data kualitas skor rata guru RPP hanya 65,05%, maka peneliti selaku kepala sekolah ingin melakukan penelitian tindakan sekolah sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan menerapkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) melalui supervisi akademik berkelanjutan dari refleksi siklus I diperoleh hasil kualitas RPP skor 82,20% hal ini menunjukan belum tercapai indikator penellitian yang ditetapkan, dengan demikian penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus II. dan diperoleh hasil analisis penilaian kualitas RPP mengalami peningkatan. The impact is that in some schools teachers have not been able to carry out the learning process in accordance with process standards. Another fact is the reluctance of some teachers to participate in academic supervision activities programmed by the school or supervisor. This is because they do not understand that supervision is part of the service to teachers to improve the teacher's ability to carry out the learning process. Based on these facts, researchers are interested in conducting research on the usefulness of one technique in academic supervision. The technique is an individual meeting technique. This research is designed in the form of School Action Research which consists of two cycles. The location of the research was conducted in East Jakarta Region 2 which consists of 3 Vocational High Schools (SMK) namely Mardhika Vocational School, Al Fathiyah Vocational School and PB Soedirman 2 Islamic Vocational School, and the subjects of this study were teachers of Mardhika Vocational High School, Al Fathiah Vocational School and PB Soedirman Islamic Vocational School. 2. From the results of the study obtained the following data: Mardhika Vocational School teachers, the results of observations based on the instruments used in the first cycle obtained a score of 67, which means that it is included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle obtained a value of 82 which means good. The score of the Al Fathiah Vocational School teacher in the first cycle is 61 which means enough and in the second cycle 76 which means good. Meanwhile, the teacher of SMK Islam PB Sudirman 2 in the first cycle got a score of 65 which means enough in the second cycle to get a score of 80 which means good. Seeing the average value obtained from the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that from cycle I to cycle II there was an increase in the average value obtained from each of the components observed. This means that academic supervision with individual meeting techniques to teachers can improve teacher abilities. in carrying out the learning process.
