SUPERVISI AKADEMIK MENGGUNAKAN PERTEMUAN INDIVIDUAL SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN GURU PADA SEKOLAH BINAAN DI SUDIN PENDIDIKAN WILAYAH 2 JAKARTA TIMUR

There is still a fact that not all teachers understand the contents of Permendikbud number 22 of 2020. The impact is that in some schools teachers have not been able to carry out the learning process in accordance with process standards. Another fact is the reluctance of some teachers to participate in academic supervision activities programmed by the school or supervisor. This is because they do not understand that supervision is part of the service to teachers to improve the teacher's ability to carry out the learning process. Based on these facts, researchers are interested in conducting research on the usefulness of one technique in academic supervision. The technique is an individual meeting technique. This research is designed in the form of School Action Research which consists of two cycles. The location of the research was conducted in East Jakarta Region 2 which consists of 3 Vocational High Schools (SMK) namely Mardhika Vocational School, Al Fathiyah Vocational School and PB Soedirman 2 Islamic Vocational School, and the subjects of this study were teachers of Mardhika Vocational High School, Al Fathiah Vocational School and PB Soedirman Islamic Vocational School. 2. From the results of the study obtained the following data: Mardhika Vocational School teachers, the results of observations based on the instruments used in the first cycle obtained a score of 67, which means that it is included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle obtained a value of 82 which means good. The score of the Al Fathiah Vocational School teacher in the first cycle is 61 which means enough and in the second cycle 76 which means good. Meanwhile, the teacher of SMK Islam PB Sudirman 2 in the first cycle got a score of 65 which means enough in the second cycle to get a score of 80 which means good. Seeing the average value obtained from the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that from cycle I to cycle II there was an increase in the average value obtained from each of the components observed. This means that academic supervision with individual meeting techniques to teachers can improve teacher abilities. in carrying out the learning process. Based on the success mentioned above, it is suggested to the principal or school supervisor to use individual meeting techniques in conducting academic supervision. ABSTRAKMasih ditemukan adanya fakta bahwa belum semua guru memahami isi dari permendikbud nomor 22 tahun 2020. Dampaknya dibeberapa sekolah guru belum mampu melaksanakan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan standar proses. Fakta lain ada keengganan dari beberapa guru untuk mengikuti kegiatan supervisi akademik yang diprogramkan sekolah atau pengawas. Hal ini dikarenakan belum difahaminya bahwa supervisi merupakan bagian layanan kepada bapak/ibu guru untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksankan proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang kebermanfaatan satu teknik dalam supervisi akademik. Teknik tersebut adalah teknik pertemuan individual. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang terdiri dari dua siklus,. Adapun tempat penelitian dilakukan di Jakarta Timur Wilayah 2 yang terdiri dari 3 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yaitu SMK Mardhika, SMK Al Fathiyah dan SMK Islam PB Soedirman 2, dan subyek penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Mardhika, SMK Al Fathiah dan SMK Islam PB Soedirman 2. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data sebagai berikut : guru SMK Mardhika, hasil pengamatan berdasarkan instrumen yang digunkan di siklus pertama memperoleh nilai 67 yang berarti termasuk katagori cukup. Di siklus ke dua diperoleh nilai 82 yang berarti baik. Nilai guru SMK Al Fathiah di siklus pertama 61 yang berarti cukup dan di siklus ke dua 76 yang berarti baik. Sedangkan guru SMK Islam PB Soedirman 2 di siklus pertama mendapat nilai 65 yang berarti cukup di siklus ke dua mendapat nilai 80 yang berarti baik. Melihat nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari masing-masing komponen yang di observasi ini berarti supervisi akademik dengan teknik pertemuan individual kepada guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan keberhasilan tersebut di atas disarankan kepada kepala sekolah atau pengawas sekolah dapat menggunakan teknik pertemuan individual dalam melakukan supervisi akademik.
