Firstly the time-space smoothing matrix is constructed by temporal data and spatial data of two uniform parallel linear arrays and smoothing technique, and then 3-D parameters of coherent signals can be obtained from its eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenvectors. The algorithm can precisely estimate 3-D parameters of coherent signals, and doesn't need the multidimensional spectrum peak search with smaller computational load and parameters paired automatically. In addition, it can still estimate correctly 3-D parameters of signals when signals have the same one or two dimensional parameters. It is showed that the tolerable maximal cross correlation coefficient of the iterative detection algorithm is about 0.7, and under the proper cross correlation coefficient it is found that the minimum signal to noise ratios (SNR) converges with the user number in the cell, which indicates the successful cancellation of the MAI among users. E-touch is constructed by a set of overlay nodes that can provide intelligence media service. The system allows service composition of distributed stream processing applications dynamically, to satisfy their end-to-end QoS demands. Compare to traditional centralized-group management scheme, our approach achieves better scalability and resource utilization by efficiently allocating media service resources. It combines spectral clustering with immune algorithm for data clustering. In this algorithm, making use of the dimension reduction ability of the spectral clustering algorithm, an immune clonal clustering algorithm is used to cluster the data points in the mapping space. Because we can get tight clusters after mapping with the spectral clustering, and the immune clonal clustering algorithm characterized by rapid convergence to global optimum and minimal sensitivity to initialization, we can get a better data clustering. The problem with Volterra series is that the number of parameters grows very rapidly with the order of the nonlinearity and the memory in the system. Techniques exist to efficiently model and compensate for Volterra systems but are often not practical to implement. One approach is to factor the Volterra kernels into a sum of simple terms that are easy to implement. Approaches utilizing the eigen-decomposition have been published for second order nonlinearities. But coefficient magnitudes of the IWT-image have smaller dynamic change value and worse energy compaction than the first generation wavelet. Those reduce efficiency of IWT-based coding. In this paper, we present a new still image coder based on multiple subbands decomposition and IWT (integer wavelet transform). These high frequency subbands with the higher entropy can be decomposed secondly. It transforms the channel matrix columns orthogonally based on Householder transformation to avoid solving the upper triangular matrix and sorts the channel matrix only once. In the processing of judging signal, it proposes a parallel processing of judged signal's feedback and received signal's interference cancellation, so the detection performance is improved distinctly.
