In this method, the power of MUSIC spectrum function is regarded as target distribution up to a constant of proportionality, and Gibbs sampling is done on this distribution. The new method can resolve the problem that spatial APES is unable to cancel multiple coherent interferences, and also provide the accurate GPS signal estimate. So in this paper, we propose a new, semi-blind algorithm based on pilots and cyclostationarity. First, the cyclostationarity of the OFDM signal which contains pilots is proved. Then the algorithm for estimating the carrier frequency offset based on the cyclic autocorrelation function of the cyclostationary signal is proposed. Inspired by the geometrical limitations between input images, we applied a fast image-based rendering (IBR) method for interactively synthesizing arbitrary-view. Although images form different views are needed, only \"Region of Interest\" (ROI) is used for the synthesis. Besides, a depth correction scheme based on plane-sweep algorithm was used to diminish visual artifact caused by insufficient geometric information. First, face extraction method based on skin-color information is improved by forehead skin localization and lip detection. Second, vertical projection in hue image is used instead of horizontal projection in intensity or edge images in other works. At last, the eye center is located by a peak value extraction algorithm. This method is time efficient as no gradient or other time consuming computations are used. The experiment result shows that a 320times240 color image needs 8 ms to locate the centers of both eyes on a PC with an AMD Sempron TM 2500+ at 2.25 GHz CPU. In this study, we propose a new color removal method that takes difference of the chrominance into account in addition to luminance of an image. However, it results in very high computational load. In this paper, a novel fast ME algorithm with reduced computational complexity is proposed. First, a predictive mode reduction method is used to free the encoder from checking the small block types in the homogeneous region. Second, a selective pixel matching scheme and a simplified optimal reference frame discrimination strategy are employed to find the best full-pixel motion vector. Finally, direction based selection rule is utilized to diminish the searching points in sub-pixel ME process. In the traditional scheme of network coding, the linear combination with coefficients of bits is used in the coding process. In this paper, we design another coding approach on the basis of random network coding - shuffle coding, which can sharply decline the complexity of the coding process and improve the encoding rate of the coding scheme. In shuffle coding, shifting operation is used instead of coefficients combination compared to the normal network coding, with its operating objects are the data units not the bits. We present a detailed scheme of shuffle coding in the paper, and simulate the whole encoding process on a channels model for evaluation.
