By knowing the channel characteristic of all users, our goal is to assign subcarriers to each user fairly and reduce computational complexity with requirement of minimizing the overall transmit power subject to the proportional rate constraints. Firstly, noisy points were located using the synchronous pulse burst property of PCNN, then, were processed using the morphological open-close filtering. Finally our algorithm was compared with median filtering, morphological open-close filtering and the algorithm combined PCNN with median filtering. Unlike the conventional design of wavelet filter banks, our approach is based on near-perfect-reconstruction (NPR) filter banks, justifying the name \"wavelet-like.\" The major contribution of this paper lies in the technique to impose regularity constraints individually into each filter of the NPR filter bank, yielding more free parameters to design wavelet-like filter banks. Moreover, our method involves no optimization procedure by imposing regularity constraints. The designed 1-regular wavelet-like filter bank possesses good properties as the original NPR filter bank. The 2-regular wavelet-like filter bank can also be obtained preserving the NPR property. Our scheme is based on quasi-orthogonal codes. We consider a wireless system with four transmit antennas. At the transmitter, symbol pairs are jointly mapped to construct quasi- orthogonal codes and the codes are used to perform differential encoding. At the receiver, a simple pair-wise decoder is derived to demodulate symbol pairs. We compare the bit error rate (BER) performance and computational complexity of our scheme with that of other differential detection schemes. To improve the robustness and accuracy of optical flow estimation, we proposed a systematic optimization algorithm based on the pulse-coupled neural network (PCNN) and the smallest univalue segment assimilating nucleus (SUSAN). The primary aim of the proposed algorithm is to overcome the problems incurred by the noise disturbance and texture insufficiency. Specifically, our method performs a homogeneous area extraction based on texture variation using a nonlinear filter, smallest univalue segment assimilating nucleus. Then a novel 3-D pulse- coupled neural network model is constructed to perform optical flow optimization. Because of the excellent clustering capability of the PCNN, the proposed algorithm significantly improves the quality of optical flow estimation in the presence of noise. The enhanced optical flow field and extraction results are combined to solve the problem of insufficient texture. VBAZRP modifies the protocols of ZRP, and presents a new IARP named VBA-IA which uses asymmetric request and reply mechanism and symmetric mutual update mechanism to maintain node's routing zone proactively and a new BRP named VBA -B which can forward routing query efficiently outside zones by using relationship of nodes. This method needs lesser data and data matrix is very simple. In the twin coupled microdisks, mode coupling between the same order whispering-gallery modes (WGMs) results in coupled WGMs with split mode wavelengths and different quality factor (Q-factor). The numerical results show that the coupling between the first and the second order WGMs exists, which can greatly decrease the quality factor of the coupled first order WGMs and deduce the anti- crossing of the mode wavelength.
