By knowing the channel characteristic of all users, our goal is to assign subcarriers to each user fairly and reduce computational complexity with requirement of minimizing the overall transmit power subject to the proportional rate constraints. Abstract
In this paper, a real-time subcarrier allocation algorithm with fair consideration is proposed based on simplification at both antenna dimension and frequency dimension.
