It is used to provide the required phase and amplitude of the signals sent to the antenna. The advantage of this type of device is the electronic formation of antenna array beams without the need for mechanical action on the system elements. Such electronically controlled circuits are developed using a computer study of antenna elements and corresponding electronic components in the frequency or time domain. In our case, the simplest 4x4 Butler matrix was miniaturized using inductive and capacitive elements combined into artificial transmission lines and installed instead of segments. The functional scheme of the two-channel discriminator with the detuned channels according to some parameter is given. The operation of the named discriminator is described. It is noted that the measured parameter is a random function of time. The occurrence of dynamic error is shown, as well as the appearance of fluctuation errors under the influence of noises. The assumption system accepted in the paper allows considering the servo-measuring device as a linear system according to the measured parameter. The analysis is done for a quadratic envelope detector. It is noted that the effective bandwidth of the tracking meter depends on the level of noises. Expressions for definition of a dispersion of errors of measurement both in the presence only additive hindrances, and at action on a signal multiplicative hindrance are received. The coefficients making it possible to estimate the influence of multiplicative noises on deterioration of accuracy of the tracking meter characteristics are introduced. The calculated value of irregularity of magnetic field of the developed system is 0.5 - 0.6%. The maximum value of generated field magnetic induction is ± 58 mT. The increase and decrease of magnetic field magnitude is produced in minimal increments of 0.4 mT. Factors of planar structures evolution (both hindering and contributing) are analyzed. Structures using TEM-, TE- and slow surface waves are considered. A review of some antenna types based on planar structures is given. Ways of solving the problem of reducing dissipative losses in feedline devices from general theoretical position are considered. Previously, we proposed a new “improved” smoothing function that ensures a monotonic increase in output resistance from the minimum value at the beginning of the triode regime to the maximum value at saturation. We used this smoothing function for compact modeling of an “ intrinsic” (with neglecting the contacts parasitic resistances) MOSFET. Later, we proposed a linear approximation for the drain current dependence on drain bias in the saturation regime for the “extrinsic” (taking into account contact parasitic resistances) MOSFET without taking into account body effect. This approximation is based on the proposed by us equations for the output resistance of the “extrinsic” MOSFET in the saturation regime (one for Level l and second for BSIM3 /4 models). Later, we generalized this equation on the case with accounting for the body effect, that was considered in the linear approximation. Note that modern transistors with steep retrograde body doping profiles exhibit approximately linear relationship between a threshold voltage and a source-to-body bias. In addition, we have shown how it is possible to convert a transistor with a body terminal to an equivalent transistor without a body terminal. In this paper, we use an “improved” smoothing function for compact modeling of the drain current of an “extrinsic” MOSFET operating in the above threshold regime that accounts for the body effect in the linear approximation. The resulting model yields a monotonic decrease in output conductance, which is important for improving the accuracy of MOSFET compact modeling in CAD software. Furthermore, we analyze in detail the relationship between the equation obtained for the output resistance of the “extrinsic” MOSFET in the saturation regime with the output resistance of a common-source amplifier with source degeneration. The use of ring antenna arrays in GNSS receivers is substantiated. The main advantage of such antenna arrays is their invariance to the direction of the main lobe of the radiation pattern in the azimuthal plane. The structure of the hardware-software complex for research is given and the principle of its operation is described. Its main parts are a 24-channel beam-forming GNSS receiver and an 8-element ring antenna array. The software and hardware complex allows the study of various configurations of antenna arrays - two, four and eight elements. The technique of carrying out the experiment is given. A feature of the technique is the use of differences in measured pseudoranges using a single antenna and various configurations of antenna arrays. Spacecraft dielectrics should have increased conductivity to exclude physical possibility of electrostatic discharges in them when exposed to near-Earth plasma electron radiation. It is possible to achieve an increase in the conductivity of dielectrics by introducing a finely-divided conductive compound into them; its concentration should be carefully controlled in order to remain near the percolation threshold. However, during preliminary research, it has been found out that application of voltage to metal-dielectric-conductor structures (MDM), manufactured on the basis of such dielectrics, may lead to spontaneous instabilities of the electric current passing through the dielectric. A method for testing nano-conductive dielectrics of this type for long-term current flow has been developed. The purpose of this paper is to explain the mechanism of a significant decrease (up to 10 or more times) in the conductivity of dielectrics with increased conductivity during the flow of high currents and to develop a physical model on this basis that would allow to explain the observed phenomenon. The developed method allows to automatically diagnose the technical condition of an electronic device by analyzing the amplitude-frequency characteristics in the control points. TVhen implementing the method for circuit modeling and obtaining the family of amplitude-frequency characteristics, the computer-aided design system NI Multisim was used, and the high-level language Python was used for creating the program code of functional modules. On the basis of the experimental data the fault database of the electronic device was formed, the processing of the information arrays is carried out by the artificial neural network, based on the self-organizing Kohonen maps. The subject of the research is the methods of Volterra filters effective realization, based on representation thereof in matrix form and decomposition procedure. The article is aimed at development of ways of effective realization of two-dimensional (2-D) discrete Volterra filters due to paralleling and unification of computing operations. To describe the process of multidimensional discrete filtering the matrix representation of the Volterra filters is used. The concept of block convolution is introduced, which makes it possible to reduce the calculation of nonlinear convolutions to a sequence of calculations of linear 2-D convolutions, and then to estimate the volume of necessary calculations. An approach to realization of 2-D discrete Volterra filters is proposed, based on decomposition of matrix representation on non-linear 2-D convolutions. The given approach allows reducing the problem of nonlinear Volterra filters realization to series-parallel execution of linear 2-D convolutions and may serve as a foundation for development of parallel computational structures intended for realization of high-speed algorithms of non-linear filtering. The method of realization of 2-D discrete Volterra filters, based on execution of decomposition of the matrix representation of non-linear convolutions, allows to use the known methods and algorithms of multidimensional filtration for realization of Volterra filters and to give clear interpretation thereof.
