Therefore, in the Partnership of 21 century skills, it is stated that prospective teachers should be equipped by 21 century knowledge and competences. In order to acquire 21 century competence, teacher must change the way of teaching, including the use of textbook. Textbooks that must be used are textbooks that accommodate the increasing competence of the 21st century. Specifically, this research aims to develop a tennis textbook with a flipbook-based Anchored Instruction model for students of Sport, Health and Recreation Study Program at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. This research used Research and Development (R&D) design with 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The selection of this development model is based on: 1) the existence of revisions (evaluations) that were carried out continuously in each correct stage so that it can produce a better teaching material, 2) this model was very simple but the implementation is systematic. Overall, the development of a tennis textbook with a flipbook-based Anchored Instruction model is suitable to be used as a learning medium with an average feasibility score of 91.5% included in the \"Very Valid\" criteria.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131809486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, learning using context will make it easier for students to put mathematics into context so that it will help students use problem-solving skills in lecture learning, be able to answer questions, and can challenge students' mathematical thinking patterns. The purpose of this research is to see to what extent the learning path uses the context of the PGRI Building and Apam Cake. This research method is a design research type validation study. The subjects in this study were the 2nd semester students of PGSD, PGRI Palembang University. The research method used was descriptive-qualitative. Data collection techniques were conducted by reading-listening, recording, and documentation techniques. At the same time, data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely reduction, verification, and presentation of the data. The results show that Remy Sylado's poetry \"Lebih Baik Mati Muda\" have linguistic deviations, i.e., phonological, lexical, morphological, syntactic, semantic, and graphological deviations. Those linguistics deviations have correlated to the basic competency 3.12, as the primary point in enrichment in literacy learning in class VIII SMP. It substantially contributes to learners, in particular, class VIII SMP. Students become critical in analysing literary works, including poetry \"Lebih Baik Mati Muda,\" thus, students' competence increases significantly.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126664518","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To develop teaching materials needs to consider various aspects, one of which is the selection of teaching materials based on students’ needs. This research was aimed to determine the teaching materials needed to be developed in the Microeconomic Theory course according to students’ needs. Later, the results of the need analysis will be taken into consideration for researchers to identify the types of teaching materials and materials that need to be developed in interactive digital teaching materials in future research. This research used qualitative descriptive research carried out in the Economics Education Study Program of FKIP, Sriwijaya University. Interviews, observations, and questionnaires were used for data collections. Based on the results of the research, it was found that as many as 42.9% of students had difficulty in understanding some of the materials in the Microeconomic Theory course depending on the levels of difficulty of the materials. In addition, the most difficult material was the theory of cost, which was 82.1%. Furthermore, 94.4% of students agreed that an interactive digital teaching material was developed to support the learning process.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134378922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data was collected using multiple choice test instruments with 25 questions that given before and after project-based practicum learning. Observations on the implementation of project-based learning processes are carried out using observation guidelines. The data of students learning outcomes were analyzed by calculating the average, percentage, and N-Gain. The results of the study showed that a practicum-based project can effectively improve students learning outcomes by an average of 70.78 (good category) and with n-gain 0.59 (moderate category).
