This research used qulitative research method. Data collection was through google form distributed to 57 subject teachers and the interview on the students who conduct online learning. The research results show that even though the teacher can utilize online learning application well, they still encounter difficulty in building collaborative learning among the students whereas collaborative learning is a pivotal thing in building active learning activity on the students. This occurs because there are various obstacles such as the presence of the students is in different places until it is difficult to do coordination, difficulty in accessing the internet network especially the students living in the region, the teacher finds difficulty in monitoring the students’ activity during the online learning until the learning model is more on using lecture method. Therefore, the coordination and support from the government, parents, the school, even the teacher are necessary in creating online collaborative learning effectively. On the other hand, that online learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behavior and can minimize direct contact between the teacher and students.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114035991","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are 20 multiple choice questions that have been developed with five alternative answer choices. These questions consist of four topics, namely the structure and function of cells, cell membranes and molecular transport, cell reproduction, and cell communication. This research was conducted through a survey research method with a total sample of 45 students from the Biology Education Study Program. The instruments provided in this study were questions that had been developed previously to determine the effectiveness of the answer choices used and questionnaires to determine the level of readability of the questions and answer choices. Data collection was carried out online with the help of Google Form media. The results showed that several answer choices for each question had to be revised because they did not function effectively, apart from that, of the 20 questions tested there was 1 question whose answer choices could not be understood by the sample so it had to be revised while the sentence questions could be understood well by the sample.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122167636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, every student needs to possess the characters of responsibility and social care by applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type model. This study aims to (1) develop the character of student responsibility, social care, (2) describe student learning outcomes, and (3) analyze the effect of responsibility and social care character on student learning outcomes after applying the STAD type cooperative model. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with a time-series design. The purposive sampling method was used to obtained data from 30 students of class VIII-H SMP Negeri 15 Banjarmasin through observation and test techniques and analyzed using the normality test and multiple regression methods. The results showed that (1) the application of the cooperative model type STAD in mathematics learning developed the character of responsibility and social care among students, (2) the average learning outcome tends to increase and is included in the very good category, and (3) there is an effect of responsibility and social care character towards the increase of student achievement in mathematics learning.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129828914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis was conducted in three steps: deciding inclusion criteria, conducting a literature search, and synthesizing research specific aims. Utilizing these criteria, a table was created including the author and year, keywords, independent variables, dependent variables, mediator/moderator/group comparisons, how the study incorporated country comparisons, and a brief statement of the articles focus. The results of this analysis yielded a large amount of work considering student identity, which has received less attention in comparison to studies exploring aspects of democratic education or student dispositions. Thus, this study focuses primarily on how student identity, such as race, gender, immigrant status, and SES, relates to their educational experiences and development of civic engagement.","PeriodicalId":217459,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th Sriwijaya University Learning and Education International Conference (SULE-IC 2020)","volume":"24 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132570929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
