The first phase (quantitative) involved a descriptive analysis of 265 responses from the Mother-Baby Friendly Birthing Facilities Thermometer. In the second phase (qualitative), 44 interviews were conducted with postpartum women. Descriptive and content analysis, using a thematic approach, was applied.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>data analysis and integration identified limitations in information transmission, a lack of understanding, and restricted autonomy in decision-making processes. Information was conveyed by the healthcare team in an authoritative manner. Snowball sampling and individual interviews were carried out, with structured and semi-structured questions. Analysis was simple statistical, percentage and lexicographic using Alceste software.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>age ranged from 60 to 78 years, with a majority of women and difficulties in starting remote classes. There were more hours of work with overload, physical health problems due to a sedentary lifestyle and mental health problems.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>learning to use technology was understood as reinventing oneself as a professor. Collaborative work was a strategy to overcome challenges, and there was little psychological support from institutions. The research was conducted in a hospital specializing in gender-affirming surgeries, involving 100 self-declared transgender women. The Free Word Association technique was applied using the inducing term \"HIV exposure in transgender women\" to obtain representational content. Data analysis was performed using the four-quadrant technique, facilitated by the Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires software, version 0.7 alpha 2.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the possible central nucleus identified included the terms \"prevention, prostitution as a profession, prejudice, and risky behavior\". Interviews were conducted using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Spirituality - Religiosity - Personal Beliefs (WHOQOL-SRPB) and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30). The experimental group consumed 3 g/day of encapsulated cinnamon for 90 days. Anthropometric variables were measured at baseline and at the end of the study, with intra-group comparisons performed using a paired t-test.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the majority of participants were women (69.2%) with a mean age of 61 years. Quantitative data were obtained using the DASS-21 and WHOQOL-Bref questionnaires. Qualitative data were collected from 17 semi-structured interviews and analyzed through thematic content analysis. Statistical analysis included the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, paired t-test, and multivariate regression models.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>after ten sessions of auriculotherapy, anxiety levels decreased, with most participants (86.7%) reaching normal levels. Additionally, 61.7% rated their quality of life as good, and 46.7% reported satisfaction with their health. Six thematic categories emerged. Data collection occurred in three stages: assessment of students'skills before clinical simulation; application of the simulated scenario; assessment of skills after clinical simulation. A cross-sectional study with 845 nursing workers was followed by an exploratory descriptive study involving 17 of these workers. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for the quantitative phase, while thematic content analysis was conducted for the qualitative phase.
